I was welcomed by a smiling receptionist. House rules were made very clearly. The directions to the room were very good. Excellent, clean room. It had a microwave, as I asked the receptionist. It also had a refrigerator/freezer, cable TV with local channels, and a coffee maker with cups lined with plastic. It even had a nice LED desk lamp and a good chair. Temperature controls on the unit below the window, as well as on the bathtub water faucet, responded well and quickly. A little different was that the wide sink opens up to the room and not in the bathroom. I had almost too comfy of a night's sleep! Breakfast was well done. It had a typical, yet respectable, American variety: do-it-yourself waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, a good variety of drinks, too, including orange juice and cranberry juice. I was sent on my way by another smiling receptionist. A very good stay at a reasonable price.

With a building under renovation construction in between, the walk/drive to and from the Travelodge room to the main desk was a little awkward. The toilet paper could be a little softer. Though the tourist pamphlet rack was full, there could have been a little more variety in attractions advertised.

Nice and new - very clean, warm, and spacious rooms. Good free breakfast! Excellent value for the price- big fridge, microwave, and coffee in the room as well as a very nice staff.

Street noise was a little loud. A little weatherstripping around the doors would do wonders for insulation - i could feel a cold breeze all around the door frame. Lucky the heater is brand-new and working like a champ! But the hotel would save a lot on electricity with this easy fix.

Staff is always friendly professional and accomidating

It rained a good bit which caused the sand an rain to belly a lot which left my room a hot mess and I can not ever connect to their wifi....mostly blame xfinity but either way doesn't help me just needs figured out bed is worn as well

It is right across the street from the Hollywood Casino! Room was clean & it was perfect for an overnight stay to attend a concert at the Hollywood Casino. The shuttle driver was the absolute best!! I absolutely hate casinos and he gave us directions directly to the restaurant and the concert hall, so we didn't have to wander around looking.

It was a bit loud since we were on the ground floor with parking right outside the door.

The location was nice and convenient but not crowded. The price was right and it was clean and felt safe due to lighting in the parking lot. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was so nice and welcoming.

Some of the businesses in the parking lot were a bit suspect looking. Also theres quite a bit of partying due to it being across from the casino.

The renovated rooms looked great and were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

Because this property had two hotels with shared management, some amenities like ice were far from my room--literally on the next block. No space for hanging clothes--since I was there for work, I had suits to hang. No iron in the room, and didn't see one in the guest laundry.

Staff was friendly, helpful and the breakfast was great. They put out quite the spread for breakfast. The rooms were clean and stocked with everything you need. The price was exceptional. Close to the casino, places to eat and activities.

Nothing, I was pleased with everything. They held true to everything they advertised.

Best part about this property was it was super clean and given an upscale revamp. no cheap remodel here. Extremely impressive for what we paid

There was a homeless guy who slept on the steps to the upper level but he wasn’t a bother.

my non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke even though the room had recently been renovated. I didn’t bring my suitcases into the room the smell was so bad. Furniture was worn out.

missing the cross lick on the inside of front door, they stuck an extra desk and chair in the room I front of the window- there already was a desk and chair!, no hair dryer, hallway dirty, bathroom door didn’t stay closed
