If you have paid via booking.com then ( due to the bug) you should not use the self chech-in, because you would be charged twice.

Perfect location just steps from airport. Everything very clean and modern and not too expensive. Bed very comfortable.

Like most modern hotels, this one is hermetically sealed. I like fresh air, but there was no window to open.

The room for 4 people was okay size. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was VERY easy to get into the city using the metro. We bought a city ticket, it was great as we could use public trnasport all around Copenhagen. Don't travel without a ticket on the airport line as we were stopped on all but 1 trip and asked for our tickets. View from our room was AMAZING!!! 5th floor and looking out over the sea between Coenhagen and Sweden. The room furnishings were also great. Shower was lovely.

The main bed was a little too close to the wall. It made it hard to walk past. Parking was expensive and hard to understand. You used to airport parking. Booking a parking spot would be recommended so you didn't have our problem, where a lot of the airport parking was full. We could not park under the hotel, which meant we had to pay at a machine and renew each 24-hour period. It was also raining and this was very inconvenient. I would have booked a space in P9 in advance had I known this.

We arrived as a family of 5 and had a really big room with 8 bunk beds, all equipped with very comfortable and good matrasses. Very kind and friendly check-in service, who even took time to explain us the quickest way to town and where to find the boat tours (very recommendable for a brief overview of the city, if you have only little time in Kopenhagen). Very good breakfirst that we could put into lunch boxes, since we were very short in time. That was more than comfortable! :-)

Fast, automated check-in. Room was available at 13:00 even though official check-in time is 15:00. A twin bed family room was available. Large, clean bathroom.

Buying food in the food court in the lobby is extremely confusing and dysfunctional. There is a menu with QR code that takes you to a website, but ordering there does not seem to have any effect. We had to wait repeatedly in a chaotic line to finally get our order going, and even after that delivery of a hot foccacia took ages. The reception desk is severely understaffed and the QR code option should be cancelled, it doesn't work and only adds frustration for everybody, both guests and staff. The clueless consultant who thought this was a good idea should not be paid.

As an airport hotel, it's walking distance from the airport. It's literally 5 minutes, and you're in the terminal. So it's extremely convenient. The hotel is also quite modern and stylish. It has what you NEED.

Tiny rooms. No space for a table/chair/wardrobe. You get a bed and a bathroom and that's it. No space to sit and work and no place to put your things other than the floor. Literally, there's not a single shelf, wardrobe or drawer to put things in. Even the bedside table is not even a table. Of course you're not going to stay for more than 1 night, but at these prices? It's extremely minimalist.

Booked this hotel as it is much cheaper than the city center, next to the airport (minimal noise, black out curtains) and regular trains going into Copenhagen (15min ride). We booked two superior family rooms and a double room. They were a good size. The buffet at the restaurant was very good with both meat and vegetarian dishes. Drinks included were limited to water, juice and coffee. We found the breakfast buffet too expensive but option to buy croissants/muffins at the bar or there is a McD next door. Well equipped gym, soft play and small climbing wall for little ones as well as a ping pong table and table football. Skybar on 10th floor with views of planes taking off. Used their free luggage holding area whilst we explored the city before catching our flight in the evening. Many charging points for mobile/laptop throughout hotel.

No kettle in the room

The hotel seems very new and clean. If you have an early morning flight, the location is excellent. You literally walk across the street to the airport. You might expect being so close to the airport that it would be noisy, but we weren't bothered by airplane noise at all. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The evening meal in the dining room was disappointing. There was a buffet style with plenty of food. It just didn't taste good. After many wonderful meals in Copenhagen, this was tasteless, even for hotel food. The breakfast in the morning was better, and quick. Again good, if you've got a early flight.

Great hotel if you have an early morning flight. Walking distance to trains and terminals. We were on 11th floor in a family room with amazing views over the bridge and Sweden. Wished we could have tried the table tennis in the lobby, but it was very popular and busy all the time. Good with automats for self check-in/out, so you did not have to wait in line to get the key.

A nice touch would have been to offer guests with early flights a banana to-go for breakfast :-) It would not cost much but would have been highly appreciated. They do offer a breakfast bag, but we preferred to have breakfast at the airport instead.

I loved the breakfast. The location couldn’t have been closer to the airport which was amazing for us since we don’t know our way around. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The elevators were amazing. There were so many so you didn’t have to wait long to get to where you wanted. I loved the hotels encouraging notes in the bathroom to drink water and reuse towels.

The room was smaller than anticipated but just enough to keep from being cramped. The bathroom had no face cloths. Although the clicked no to my room being quiet, that’s not the fault of the hotel. Some other guests were letting their kids run around in the hallway and I nearly ran into one standing in front of my door when I opened it. Not the fault of the hotel.
