Our satying was amazing! The hotel is super new, so it was very confortable and pleasent. Very helpfull staff! The hotel is quite outside city center, but copenhagen is not that big and with a 5 minute ride you get there (metro station is in front of the hotel). Public transportation is a little expensive, so each way to downtown was 30 crowns (+- 4 euros). You can always get the 24 hour ticket (80 crowns). It is still less expensive that satyng in city center... and the neighborhood was quiet and you get to know a new place in the city. It is also near the airport, so thats something good... we loved it, it was the best hotel in our trip!

Nothing that bad that I would complain about... The breakfast was a little expensive, but there is the most amazing bakery on the corner so we ended up eating there... we still miss it, it was really good.

It’s very convenient to reach the hotel from the airport. It took me within 20 mins. Warm and clean beautiful room. The staff are nice. The check in and check out time is short and fast. I love then decorations in the room especially the map of Copenhagen. You need your room card to go to the floor of your room. So I feel very safe to be here. I can see the sunset in the room during my stay. I should stay here for longer time in next summer.

If you stay in the room that is facing the metro, you will hear the noise of it. It is not that busy at night so you still can have a good sleep. But if you really can’t bear with the noise, you better tell the hotel about it. There is a electric kettle in the room. But there are no plug next to the bed table that where the snack bar is. And the wire of the kettle is quite short so I can’t put it on the high table. I can only put it on the floor if I use it.

Though easy to reach the city due to public transport access, this hotel is in the outskirts. So nothing much around. I am not complaining of it as I knew what i am booking . For me, I was staying here for a conference in the adjoining bella center. Expensive: paid over 1600 DKK/day during my stay for accomodation without breakfast

The hotel is brand-new and very nicely decorated with a nice lounge bar. Rooms are very nice, practical and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Metro stop right at the door.

Cleaning of the rooms was not great as in the 3 days we stayed they never picked up used glasses, cups, etc. The location is not great as it is not nearby the city center walking distance, but the metro stop is just right in front of the hotel, which makes it easy to go everywhere. The breakfast was ok but not very complete, did not have many gluten-free or lactose intolerant options.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a miscommunication over whether breakfast was included but it was sorted out really quickly with no fuss, and I wasn't made to feel uncomfortable or difficult for asking for help. The staff are a credit to the hotel. Everything was clean and tidy, super efficient. I felt very safe in the hotel too. Metro station is right outside but doesn't disturb your sleep at all, and it's so easy to travel from the hotel.

The twin room felt a little cramped but we were only there two nights so it wasn't too much of a problem; this was a last-minute trip so I was just looking for something quick and easy in a good location. The room was still really good value for money.

Breakfast was very good. I had it once since we had pasteries at our meeting and a local pastry shop. Location was perfect for meeting at the Bella Centre and access to the subway was super easy, so downtown was accessible. Room was comfortable. Access to nearby parks was a bonus that lead to my choice.

No major problems. I generally like a gym to work out, which was not available, but given the time of the year, it was easy to go for runs and walks, so this was not an issue on this particular trip. An in room core work out could be done.

The location is excellent. Metro is within reach of 1 min walk and in just less than 10 min you'll get in city centre. Danish Public transport is one of the best. The hotel is modern and very well decorated. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Stuff is friendly and helpful and the lobby is very nice to have a chat or drinks. I definitely would recommend and would love to come back some time.

Although the stuff is friendly, during the breakfast they seem to be disoriented, absolutely not organised. For example I've chosen my place to sit down where I left my cup of coffee, to have the opportunity to take some food, and make clear that the place is occupied. Before I would return, they would just remove your cup of coffee even if the cup is still full and you'd lose your place just like that. Now you stand with the food nowhere to sit. I attempted several times before I finally could enjoy the breakfast. This happens in the lobby as well. Too bad and quiet annoying! Something to work on!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially thanks to the lovely staff (thank you for the kind note that came with the extra duvet we asked for). The place is modern and beautifully designed, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of both sweet and savoury options, and the location is convenient (very close to the airport and just a few steps from the metro station). The place offers a great value for money and we would definitely come again :)

Our room was a bit small for three people and we would appreciate more storage space.

The hotel is located very close to Bella Center metro station, which is very convenient for those who have plans in that area of the city. The hotel itself it's very clean and comfortable . The room I had was cosy, but with enough space for your basic needs. The main asset of this hotel is the staff, which is very friendly and warm! They have responded efficiently to all I have asked and have done it quickly!

The breakfast was not so variate and was the same in every day. But, what can I tell for sure is that I have never left the breakfast hungry...:-) As a suggestion, especially during summer, may be a good idea if they would extend their restaurant with some tables outside, in open air, together with some big table umbrellas ( for shade).
