The location and facility.

Lack of the car charger at the underground parking lot. External parking lot operated by different company where you need to pay high hourly rate around the clock for parking and paralelly for charging to third party operator so finally you pay the price of gold :-(.Not all of the allergens were properly signed in the restaurant at breakfasts and there was really small choice of fruits and vegetables. We were asked while check in for cleaning during our stay and decided to change the towels only but that room service forgot about it. In the family room for 3 people we had only 2 mugs and 2 glasses, stock of tea and coffee in the room has not been replenished before our stay.

Stylish hotel, only a short walk away from the CHP airport. Great views over the CPH skyline or the Oresund from the rooms. Very quiet rooms. Comfy bed; great breakfast; great connection to the city by metro (an even shorter walk away).

The wellness area has to be booked and paid extra, even the sauna and the pool. Rooms do not have kettle or refrigerator; hot and cold drinks have to be bought at the reception. The airport shuttle does not run on weekends.

We took a family room and got a seaside view. Even though hotel is close to the airport, the noise of airplanes taking off was barely audible from the room. Hotel and room were exceptionally clean. Buffet breakfast was tasty.

There is not much to do near hotel, if you are not visiting Den Bla Planet. The beach is roughly 25 minute walk from hotel.

Breakfast is perfect

There is no Shuttlebus at weekend, this is negative for us. Kids activity or area like kidsclub should be necessary for family travelling. We had two nights, after first night, we needed the roomcleaning but there is no “cleaning label to hang on door” We wanted to hang when leaving room

Great location close to the airport, with easy access to the city too (10 mins walk+20 mins metro). Perfectly situated on the sea shore, offering long walks on the sea front. Clean, modern, with great breakfest offer.

Noise between rooms may be an issue, depends on your neighbours ....

Wonderful breakfast with many choices.

I ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and didn’t find many choices that appealed to me so I got a hamburger and French fries which were tasty. The hamburger was the most expensive hamburger I’ve ever eaten and I’ve eaten many delicious hamburgers in my lifetime.

Close to the airport (15min by walk, or by metro and then 5mins walk), close to the center (15mins by metro). Nice and clean rooms. Superb breakfast. Easy to find.

Everything was just fine.

The breakfast was excellent & one of the best I’ve had in terms of choice, freshness, quality & quantity. The location was good and easy to get to the metro. Lovely views and quiet. The rooms were a good size as was the bathroom, with good shower. Skybar view was fab. Food at dinner was nice and staff lovely.

No kettle in the room, no bath mat. My safe didn’t work though the staff offered to change the room. One of the night staff on reception was very unhelpful and bordering on rude. Also found it a bit stingy that they didn’t give jugs of water and cups by the coffee machine. You had to ask for a cup even to take hot water which was weird. I had booked online for dinner one night but still had to wait more than 10mins to be seated. Seemed to be quite short-staffed at dinner.
