Some of the decor was a little tired and dated, bathroom was slightly old and no special toiletries, so not as up to date like the Admiral in Copenhagen, but cost was fair.

The lost property department found 2 items in our room and reported to me via email. This kind of service is really thoughtful and shows that they are really caring about the customers. The room size of superior twin room is exceptional allowing us to put all of our 3 large suitcases open with plenty of space around to move around. The location and direct access to airport is excellent. The breakfast option is very good and the fact that they even have ginger and lemon slices with hot water machine included on the breakfast as well as ginger apple carrot juice on arrival into the breakfast area showing the healthier side of their catering and food options.

Proximity to airport is awesome. 5 mins walk to terminal 2 check in. 2 mins walk to metro then 15 mins to city center. Bed was super and the pillow was the biggest ever and very comfortable Staff were epic and Sabrina on reception was a SUPER STAR and helped us with sending an urgent parcel. She was excellent and helped us through a stressful situation. We ended up laughing and parcel was done. Really great customer service 🙏🏻😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

F&B were very expensive so much so we avoided it . I think though in general it seemed expensive in tue city for food

This Hotel is amazing ! We had the pleasure to stay for a few days . The staff is very helpful, the ambience is superb , the cleanliness is on point, the view is amazing, the breakfast is delicious ( buffet breakfast where you can choose all sort of Mediterranean or Americans breakfast ). We came late at night ( you have a room service all night long ) and you can also choose a breakfast in room, if needed. All in all , this hotel have everything you need , for one night long ( if you are a traveler, it has the gate connected to the hotel ) , or for few days of relax ( equipped with a swimming pool, a gym , a cocktail bar , a restaurant) we had a dog ( room for our woof freens too / and they welcome them with no problem) who was happy to use this facility- thank you for that . The only thing is missing from my point of view is a children space ( it could be useful ) as this hotel is very family oriented too . We will be back soon . E.

The ability to store luggage for 5 days in between stays, the quiet, spacious breakfast area, the excellent cheese selection at breakfast, convenience to the airport (though the interior walkway connecting the hotel to the airport was closed off due to construction), speedy room service, nice dinner and cocktail menus

The restaurant was very crowded for dinner, which in and of itself is not a big deal but there appears to be no host/hostess seating people or taking reservations, so we lined up and waited to see if we could be seated - very kind waitstaff did their best to notice us and help us with a table, but they are clearly overwhelmed trying to wait tables and attend to people wanting to be seated. We did get a table, the food was great and the wait staff was very charming and efficient,.....but this property can use somebody to manage the traffic in the restaurant because it gets awkward and we felt bad for the employees. Perhaps the front desk staff can be enlisted to handle dinner reservations when guests check in?

Excellent situated without getting the feeling that one is so close to the airport. Professional and friendly staff and room was clean and comfortable. Walk to the airport fantastic where one does not need to go outside. Was good to see that a rubber mat was placed where there was water leaking into the walking corridor.

I checked in late (19h00) and had to leave the hotel at 05h00 the next morning to catch my flight. An idea may be that the hotel offers a little breakfast pack/sandwich that one can take with as the kitchen is still not open at that time.

Lovely hotel within spitting distance of Copenhagen airport. We stayed the night before an early flight to avoid a middle of the night start and a stressful journey to the airport. The room had a good-sized bathroom with separate bath and shower, large bed with several pillows, a desk, wardrobe etc - everything we needed.

The room was a little dark, and I was scared of the mini bar (it said you would be charged if you even moved anything inside it - we had brought some fruit etc for breakfast so it would have been good to have had more room for that).

I was travelling with a small dog bought from a breeder in Denmark, on our way home. Needed a nice place to stay prior to the flight early the next day. The hotel welcomed me and my dog, the room was lovely and spacious, checkin and out smooth and efficient. The room was nice and spacious, really clean and comfortable. I had dinner at the restaurant at the hotel and it was a very nice meal. For me, the ability to just wake in time for my flight and not having to worry about getting a taxi for the airport was a dealbreaker. I will stay again in the future, that is for sure :)

Great location for this hotel if you need to get to the airport. The staff were welcoming and the bedroom very comfortable and spacious. We'll thought through design with lots of cupboard space. Buffet breakfast excellent and we had dinner in the restaurant. Great meal and friendly staff.

We stayed two nights. The hotel operate a policy of servicing rooms at customers request or they make a donation to charity. While a commendable option, I requested the room was serviced and put out the sign early. After being out for the day, the room hadn't been tidied until after our return, which was a little inconvenient at the time.

Room was very nice with well thought out layout. Having room service food was a life saver as I had eaten all day and had a very long check in process so last thing I wanted to do was be down stairs.. I could shower etc while waiting on food.

The process to check in for me took too long. Flight was cancelled to faroes and I booked a room immediately online to speed things up, ended up queing for over 2hrs after a long days travelling. After booking online the check in process should have been very quick and perhaps done automated.
