Location was great! Just a 15 minute walk to the airport.

The bathroom was small and not so fresh.

As good as everything! A great hotel for a great price with two several restaurants and markets close to it. Best rate goes to the staff! Very friendly and helpful! Helped me a lot when I was in a hurry and made my weekend in Copenhagen more enjoyable! A big plus with the service having a microwave at first floor there you can warm your food. It is even close to the metro and buses, and even a 15 minute walk from the airport. A big plus even there! And a very calm cozy location where the hotel is! I'm gonna have this hotel in mind when I go to Copenhagen in the future!

Just one small thing, and it depends on preferences. The chairs at the desk in the room has a design that makes them not so comfortable, some kind of wooden chairs with wide gaps between the ribs. The other chair near the windows was more comfy though!

Room was good, location wise it is close to two grocery stores, a couple of restaurants and more importantly, to both metro station and bus stop. It is well-connected though the neighbourhood itself is very quiet. The check in staff were very helpful and the check in process was both quick and smooth. They also have a luggage room where I could store my bag after check out and retrieve it a few hours later when it was time for me to board my flight.

The door to the room opens outwards, into the corridor. And there are rooms on both sides of the corridor. When you are walking through the corridor to the elevator, you have to be very quick and hope and pray that nobody suddenly decides to leave their room and opens the door just when you are passing by. Similarly, when you have to leave the room, you have to be very careful and open it slowly so you don't accidentally hit a passerby. This could so easily be rectified by having doors open inwards. Bad design.

The room was large and comfortable, both the bed and seating area. It was well located, a short walk from the Metro to the airport or into the city. The breakfast was excellent with more or less everything you would want and was replenished regularly.

The room was too hot and it isn’t really possible to open a window so near to the airport, it really needs air conditioning. The water pressure, at least on the 6th floor where we were, was pathetic and the shower was little more than a trickle. A second coffee machine would be useful as this did cause delays at breakfast.

Great location! One Metro stop from the airport and a quick 3 block suburban walk from the Metro station. We arrived from Boston at 6:45 am, got the 24 hour CityPass for all public transport ($12 , and checked our bags at the hotel. We were down to the heart of the city by 7:30 and watched Copenhagen come to life. Had a great morning walk to see the sights, took a 25 minute ride back to Kastrup for the 2pm check in, and had time to get a quick nap before heading back to the city for the evening. Location couldn’t be better. Staff was wonderful. Very accommodating. Fantastic full breakfast. On 2nd day I went back to airport via Metro for rental car and took advantage of parking at the hotel. Then a 5 minute drive to the highway and we explored the Roskilde Viking museum and Cliffs of Mon.

It was a bit warm but it was nice to have a fan and open window. We faced residential side so pretty quiet. It would be nice to have just a sheet instead of full duvet setup, but that’s the European norm. Room is a bit small but otherwise served purpose’s perfectly.

I had an early flight from CPH and was looking for a hotel nearby. This one offers by far most attractive price and is in a walkable distance from the airport (I walked 15 min from the airport, next day I preferred to go by metro and ended up with a long waiting time for the train, hence walking might be a better option). The breakfast is good. My room was quite spacious and comfortable. Some areas of the hotel might look a bit run down, but I don't expect everything to be brand new anyway. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. There are 2 supermarkets nearby. I also noticed a spacious lounge area in the lobby, perfect for those who may need to work when traveling. They also offer bike rental.

As mentioned, some areas are a bit run down, though it was totally ok for me.

Location is decently close to Copenhagen Airport. The hotel definitely has the best fitness center available to hotel guests in the area. It seems that they have a partnership with a company called Kastrup Fitness. They can be found on the basement of the hotel. If you ever need to factor training or workout into your vacation or schedule; then this is definitely a better choice to other hotels in the area. This isn’t the end of the world, and are minor details that can be ignored. Given the price for the stay, we looked aside from this minor inconvenience.

Our room had a few cosmetic damages like on the floor ceiling and the bathroom unfortunately did not have toothbrush or toothpaste in its amenity kit. Moreover the shower room could use a door, so that the bathroom floor doesn’t get all wet. After use.

It is good hotel for few days stay in Copenhagen. Metro station is just 400 m from the hotel and it takes only 15-20 minutes to get to the centre of Copenhagen. Surrounding area is quiet and there are near two spacious supermarkets and some not too expensive bars/restaurants. By the hotel there is not expensive spacious parking lot. Generally it is a good base for sightseeing of Copenhagen as well as Zealand island. Personnel is helpful and friendly.

Some standard cups for tea or coffee could be good idea - not paper ones.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff couldn't be more helpful and welcoming and friendly. All of them. I would just make it a policy to serve your guests tea and coffee for free in the lobby if they ask for it. It wouldn't cost you a lot and would be a super nice touch. We loved that there was a fridge, microwave, glasses and plates available in a corner downstairs.

Should offer tea and coffee to guests for free in the lobby downstairs. We arrived before we could check in or had a chance to exchange currency. A complimentary coffee whilst we recovered in the lobby would have been perfect. But your staff were good enough to say we could pay for it later when we had sorted ourselves out anyway.

Best Western Plus Airport Kastrup is a fantastic location for a stay to get in and out of Copenhagen Airport. This hotel is a few blocks (6-minutes) walk from the Kastrup stop on the yellow line of the Copenhagen Metro. Kastrup is the last stop before Terminal 3 of the Copenhagen Airport. It is in a residential neighborhood, and next to the hotel are two markets, some other shops, and a couple of restaurants. We ate a Crust and absolutely loved the food, staff, and vibe. You can buy a 24, 48, or 72-hour Metro pass at the airport, stop at Kastrup, check-in and drop your luggage off at Best Western Plus Airport Kastrup, and then ride the Yellow Line direct to the Kongens Nytrov stop and be in the heart of downtown Copenhagen and Nyhavn in under an hour. When you are ready to catch a flight out, it's a 6-minute walk and a 3-minute Metro ride to be inside the terminal.

One of the two rooms our family were given was not thoroughly cleaned when we checked into it. We notified the front desk, and they quickly and happily moved us to another room nearby.
