Great breakfast. Guests are asked to make a reservation for breakfast each day.

Hotel is indeed quite close to Tivoli Gardens, but a 30 min walk to the city. As in all Nordic countries staff will not clean your room unless directly requested.

Fabulous breakfast with lots of choice and good quality food. Service was great. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool, with a good handrail access which made it easy to enter. Sauna was lovely and hot. The accessible bathroom was great, handrails helped that folded down from the wall as well as the walk in shower and hose attachment. We didn’t try the hire bikes but the option was there. The bed was comfy and the lighting good.

Our room was quite small and not much space to get around the bed. For the environment there was no daily cleaning of the bins or towels. We could have asked for it but it just seemed to complicated. Taxis to and from the centre of town were expensive. There was a 7A bus quite regularly. The safe didn’t work and drying towels was hard, could have done with a heated towel rail even at this time of year.

Tasteful decor. Choice of restaurants. Sticks and sushi restaurant is great. Good breakfast. Rooftop cocktail bar. Well appointed rooms. Efficient check-in and check-out. Staff friendly (thank you Marta).. Reasonable location. 15 min walk to Tivoli Gardens and Central Station. Good transport options. Bus 7A nearby to there or 26 to Nyhaven. Sightseeing bus from outside. Taxi from hotel to airport 275 DK.

No room cleaning unless requested. Location not quite centra but knew this beforehand. Room was affected by noise from busy railway line but not too badly and not all are affected in this way. Other room had an uninspiring view of a bleak courtyard.

Lovely clean and modern room on 10th floor overlooking canal waterway, great views. Very comfy bed. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel so unable to comment. Nice to use the pool after a busy day, lovey lighting and relaxed colors in pool area, but pool was quite noisy with children when we used it at 9.30pm. Hop on tour bus stops right at the door of the hotel. Reception staff very helpful and friendly, despite being very busy. Our room was ready so we could check in a little earlier when we arrived. You can have room cleaned daily free of charge, was asked if we wanted this on checking in. Room was cleaned daily, towels were changed daily too, which is a shame as we hung them up as we didn't mind using them again. Two paper cups provided to use for tea and coffee in the room, we thought this was unusual, but not a problem. It might be to do with sustainability, we should have asked. Fabulous views from rooftop bar. Great location, only 15 mins walk from train station, Tivoli gardens, restaurants and shops. Canal water bus just across the bridge 15 min walk. Hotel is located away from busy tourist areas so nice and peaceful at night time.

Pool quite noisy, even at 9.30pm Not very much coffee, milk and sugar provided in the room and only herbal tea, I'm sure we could have got more if we asked for some though.

Lovely room, shame not a bath but the rainforest shower was lovely. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The restaurants buffet food was amazing! Hotel decor was lush and I also loved the free prosecco/ juices as a welcome for guests, lovely touch!

My only critique would be the pool, needed to be a tad warmer and more loungers needed for people to relax poolside, the pool was the reason I booked as we like to have a swim and a chill once been out and about exploring the city. and no jacuzzi which is a shame. so room for improvement there,

Everything was lovely for a special treat trip for Mum and Daughter!

We got confused with the Stromma Red Bus leaflet in reception and didn’t realise there were several red hop on off companies around the city. Walked a long way to pick up wrong bus when it turns out ours stopped outside! Tour booked online. Not really a hotel issue but the leaflet in the lobby could have been the company whose bus stopped right outside! We had a lovely day though. One other thing that wasn’t ideal was no changing room options in the pool area. Not all of us have bodies everyone else wishes to see, especially with surgery scars, etc

I liked the two rooms next to each other. Breakfast was good for the most part. Staff were friendly. There was plenty of space to wait in lobby.

Coffee - I don’t like it- but also many of the machines weee broken so I couldn’t get a cappacino. I didn’t like that reservations could be made for the 11th floor executive room Via the app only to be told that I wasn’t allowed to make such a reservation. Why allow it- and why send a confirmation. The hotel would fix that. It’s not on the customers to know which rooms are entitled in which restaurants - your reservation system should be able to handle that.

The room was clean and in good condition when we arrived. I had requested a quiet room as I go to bed early and this was provided, I did not hear any noise during our stay in the hotel. The breakfast had plenty of variety and the whole family was able to find something they enjoyed every day. The Tivoli hotel is also located close to a large shopping centre, around 10 minutes walk, where there is also a big supermarket to buy any other supplied that are needed. Although the hotel is located backing onto train lines from the central station the soundproofing worked well, and did not disturb me at all.

For a family of 4 with two older children (13 and 9) the family room was a little cramped, however upon check-in we were offered the option to upgrade to connecting rooms at any point in time which was nice. In the end we were able to cope ok with a little careful luggage management.

The executive room we had was amazing , we got upgraded to an executive junior suite so as well as a spacious large double bed with two separate duvets we had a desk and a chair and an adjoining lounge section with a sofa and extra tv . Large windows which opened like a door with a glass panel outside to make a sort of balcony / stop you falling out 🙂 Executive room opened up all sorts of special facilities such as an executive breakfast in beautiful surroundings with lovely choice set out as a buffet . Extensive range of breakfast foods . You could order your eggs / omelettes separately to be made fresh and brought to the table , selection of fresh fruits and dried fruits and nuts and mueslis . Smoothies and fresh juices as well as a huge selection of breads and pastries , cooked sausages and bacon and cold meats and cheeses . There was an exclusive lounge where snacks and drinks and cakes were served at different times of the day but we didn't get chance to do that ( short break busy itinerary) There was also a swimming pool for use by any guests which I used once due to time constraints , it was just beautiful ❤️ Very friendly helpful staff , beautiful clean rooms with coffee and tea facilities and robes and slippers were provided in our executive room also which was a lovely touch We forgot to bring our adapter and the hotel lent us one for a small refundable fee 😊

I stayed at Tivoli during the ECM conference which was just in the same building. The facilities are good, it was great to use the swimming pool and the gym before heading to the conference. The staff are friendly, I had some comments concerning some issues which were solved at the spot. The breakfast was delicious, many options to choose; sweet, salty, appetizers, fruits. This was the best hotel breakfast!

One of the cleaning staff entered the room when I was still in getting dressed, he knocked briefly and without waiting for the response opened the door instantly.
