Location is very near to the Metro which has a direct line to the airport that was very convient. The staffs are very friendly and the room was very clean and spacious.

Should have some English channels such as HBO or BBC so that at night there are some channels we can watch for those who dont understand Dannish, German or French.

The hotel is in a good location and the room was most comfortable. Lots of hot water, quiet and had perfect a/c. The included breakfast for superb, assisted by a wonderful staff including Kathleen, Oksana and Theo. Pelin, the guest relations supervisor, worked beyond the call of duty in addressing some of my concerns with the restaurant food/service and limited tv channels in English. Staff at reception was most helpful throughout my stay, including Oscar who tried to address my wifi/Netflix issues. Overall, a wonderful hotel with so many positives but having some major issues corrected would make it an exceptional hotel.

Wifi is so slow, having to sign in up to two times a day to stay connected. I had better service and speed in third world countries. One English news channel and a bunch of sports channels is all this hotel can offer? Unacceptable. Trying to connect to Netflix (with my password) was nearly impossible. A convoluted system had to be followed EACH time you tried to get connected to Netflix. Unacceptable. Despite breakfast being truly amazing, restaurant food served in the same location was of poor quality, limited portions and very expensive. To make matters worse, service was almost nonexistent, having three different waiters in one hour. When I wanted to pay, I had to go searching for a person to give me my bill! Unacceptable.

The whole customer relations service is simply perfect. Thanks to whole team especially Mrs Gulcan. They made our stay unforgettable. The Breakfast is perfect for those who likes having breakfast at the Hotel. It contains more than I would ask for.. The rooms are clean and very comfy. Very friendly staff.. always smiling, and polite. The location is perfect (we literally walked everywhere from the Hotel.) Great place to stay..

The easy transfer by metro from the airport. Walking distance to lots of attractions. Most importantly superb staff, courteous, friendly, helpful, each department was commendable. Breakfast was fab, plenty of choice, no queues, 4 hour breakfast window is generous and much appreciated. Room was very comfortable and relaxing. Great bathroom. Loved this hotel!!

As expected for type of hotel, very welcoming, front desk staff very attentive and customer relationship manager was exceptionally helpful making bookings in excellent restaurants at short notice and helping with planning other activities, especially at Christmas time. Felt very personalised and she knew our names.

At end of day, part of unwinding is some TV in comfort of your room after busy day, but most channels were unavailable for duration of stay and no English broadcasting nor BBC 24hrs or CNN. On Christmas Eve there was no TV service at all. The TV system did not allow to change spoken language or at least change subtitles to English or other languages we understood

Amazing stay and highly reccomended. The room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed. The soaps, shampoos and other bathroom products were incredible and to a quality we had not experienced at any other hotels. The staff were professional and very accomodating. It was also very centrally located, making it easy to get to most places, whilst there was a metro station nearby to help go further afield. However, the standout was definitely the breakfast spread. It had an incredible wide range of offerings to indulge in and all cooked to the highest of standards. Really fuelled us for the day

Nothing, it was as close to a perfect stay as you can get

Spent a 3 day mum and daughter break here. Loved the location of hotel on the river in Christianshavn. Easy walk across bridge to centre but also convenient for this lovely area too. Church next door is the “theatre” church and delicious bakery opposite and chocolate shop not far. Pretty local clothes shops and spiral church 5 mins walk away. Loved the view of the river and the buildings from our room. Coming from the airport the metro brings you to within one minute walk from hotel. We ate one evening in hotel restaurant after a cocktail in the bar- food was tasty and staff in hotel were really friendly and efficient. We will definitely come here again if we can afford to come to Copenhagen as a large family in future.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel. Maybe more English TV Channels would have been nice but we could’ve TV mirrored something like Netflix.

Comfortable beds. Big soft towels and bathrobes. Good communication from hotel before stay with clear instructions of how to get there. Lovely welcome chocolate marshmallow, nuts and mineral water. Great location close to metro and great neighbourhood.

Temperature control of room was poor and controlled by hotel rather than guest - could only adjust in room temperature up or down 3 degrees. Room was too hot to sleep in when we arrived at 9 pm. They told us to adjust by opening window. 1 hour later it was still too hot (26 degrees). So we asked to be moved to a cooler room. They did respond to this and helped us move all our luggage after packing up. They acknowledged this inconvenience by offering us free breakfast next day - the breakfast was an amazing buffet served until 12 on a Sunday. They also gave us late checkout.

We really enjoyed our stay at the NH. The staff were super friendly when we checked in and made the whole process really easy. The room was great. We had a massive, comfortable bed and the place was spotless. We loved the decoration & ambience of the reception area and bar, and the concierge found us two wonderful restaurants which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast was very good too, with a wide range of foods to suit all tastes. Location wise it was a short walk into the city centre and we easily managed to see everything that we wanted to. I would use this hotel again.

Very friendly staff, making you feel welcome. The location of the hotel is great, just outside the city center but all hotspots are easily assessible by foot, bus or metro. Also very convenient that the river bus stops right in front of the hotel. There are a number of excellent places for breakfast and lunch (e.g. the Packhouse) around the corner. The hotel design is elegant. The room was modern and sound proof but facilities not really 5-star.

We were not told during check-in that there would not be a functioning TV. During our 5-day stay there was only the possibility to connect with streaming channels through Chromecast. But wifi was fragile in the evenings. The facilities in the bathroom were showing some wear and tear ( leakage or drainblockage). When prices are 5-star, the experience also has to be 5-star
