NH Collection Copenhagen

The location is great. It is nice to be by the canal and to be able to walk everywhere. The M2 metro train from the airport stops at Christianhavn and walk is about 150m. 4 Bakeries in the same area. 31 Bus stop right outside hotel and the Bus Boat 991/992 stop on canal. The beds are really comfortable and great showers. Staff very helpful, nice lobby area. Very good breakfast buffet with large selections. Would recommend staying here for the location and proximity to all sights and transport. Neighbourhood around canals has great vibe.

I would like the designated smoking area to be at side of hotel not at front entrance. Smelling cigarette smoke and seeing butts aren't good impressions at front entrance.

Great location, easy access to both city and airport with the metro. Staff were very good and attentive, although a little inconsistent, but it is a new hotel, so that's probably just a matter of time and expereince.

Whilst there were 6 pillows in the room, they were all quite soft, which does not suit my needs. I asked if they had any other pillows, like feather or firmer ones, but they did not. I would expect a pillow menu at a hotel of this standard. Also the air conditioning system in the rooms creates a banging sound when it turns on and off, which is very noticeable in the quiet of night, and you can't stop it as the system is centrally controlled. This kept me awake in the first room I stayed in. Was moved to another room the following night, and whilst better, the same noise happened, but less frequently.

Breakfast is excellent, a big choice of cold and hot dishes. Wide range of teas, thanks a lot for this:) Friendly staff at the reception and at the breakfast cafe. Regarding location - you need to cross the bridge to get to the old city, it takes 5-7 min. For us it was much better than to stay in the crowdy center.

The cleaning in rooms was awful :( a lot of dust after sheet changing, the personal items were not even moved for a millimeter, cups remained with signs of coffee. Be prepared that you won’t be meet and assisted with the luggage and it may be a problem for one with many bags as you need to climb on the escalator to get to the reception as it on another level than the entrance. I would say this hotel is more 4star than 5.

The breakfast was exceptionally good. A very wide choice. All staff were very attentive - obviously well trained and very international. Very conveniently situated for the main parts of the city and never more than ten minutes walk to the main attractions.

Just a few small niggles. The courtesy tray in the bedroom was not replenished with milk for two days running. In the shower, soap and shampoo were fixed in trays which would awkward to get to without getting the bottles out of the trays. The wardrobw space was not sufficient for any longer than a weekend. Certainly not a week's stay. The restaurant closes at 10 pm and we were rushed to eat as we arrived at 9.40 pm. All small points, but this is is 5 star hotel.

Excellent location for walking access to (certain) business areas, and much\most of the interesting tourist type neighborhoods and attractions.

Our room didn't "breathe" very well based on its location\placement alongside neighboring buildings, and there was limited ability to adjust the temperature of the room, BUT, there was an atypical heat wave when we were there. In general Copenhagen is not suited to or prepared for such high temperatures. We appreciated the environmentally conscious nature of the property so we adjusted our expectations.

very nice breakfast, dinner is a bit expensive but very delicious. room is spacious and they provide bottle of daily water. can tell the hotel pay good attention of sustainability. bed is comfortable and room is modern/bright with good design. very good location, easy to take Metro from the airport (15 mins), probably the most convenient airport transfer I’ve ever experienced.

sometime will hear the room next door open/close which at night kind of scary because it’s very close by it feels like someone is opening the door. room is a bit dry for me, feels very thirsty in midnight

Due to a mix-up, we were upgraded to a larger room for our full five night stay. It had very comfortable beds, a sizable bathroom, and everything worked well. The staff was exceptional in helping us out. The breakfast was excellent, with many, many choices - and it was always resupplied when items ran low. The location was also superb within the charming section of Christianshavn, at the edge of the central city and a few minutes from the metro system.

We were initially assigned a room without twin beds even though the hotel had accepted our request. Despite the hotel being nearly full, the staff found us an upgrade option which served us well.

The hotel was in outstanding condition. The room was large and comfortable with generally excellent views. The breakfast was outstanding, especially multiple coffee self-brewers, so it was easy make all types of coffee without waiting for a server.

The hotel location is very good, but people should be aware that it is located to the south of the inter-harbor waterway, so guests have to walk across a fairly long bridge to the center of the city with the major historical sites and museums. A strange issue in the otherwise excellent corner view room is that a fairly large space right in the middle of the view is blocked by the location of a large flat screen TV with a curtain behind it. We never watch TV when we travel, so it was an unfortunate use of that space which blocked our view. The non-corner view rooms (which we did not see) may be just as good of a choice as the corner view rooms.

Our name is Oluwafunmilade & Omotade Alalade and will like to leave this review of your hotel: Ugo was such an amazing person, he was super helpful throughout the check in process, he suggested tourist sites to visit and also helped us send UK adapter to our room when we requested it. Great guy! Also our stay was fantastic and the hotel was beautiful and we also enjoyed the free water in the gym. And our superwoman Gulcan, she was so helpful and nice during our check out process and helped us with booking a taxi, helped us with actually carrying our bag to the taxi. This woman is amazing we love her and she is a good reason for us to come back to NH collection for another visit. We also took this lovely photo with her for memory.

It was a great location

The room was quite noisy at times where you could hear people talking and laughing loudly. Also the voucher you receive instead of having the room cleaned was very disappointing! As it was only valid for 1 person and there were 3 of us,so we didn’t bother again.plus we missed out on coffee pods and water not great.The hotel roof bar was lovely but again disappointed that the residents are not given priority over walk-ins meaning you had to wait for a table.In other hotels we have stayed the roof bar gives priority to residents first especially as you have paid a considerable price to stay 5 Star.
