The location is excellent. It is near the train station and Tivoli Gardens. You can walk to the main atractions. You do not need to use the metro. The hotel has free access to the city pool. You can find there also sauna. The breakfast was very good. You can have free coffee and tea in the hotel lounge. Here you can play for free a lot of boardgames.

We stayed during the winter and the temperature in the room was a bit lower. We found 18 degrees when we checked in. We set then the temperature to 24 degrees but it only goes around 22. When we came back from the city the temperature was 20 degrees. During the night the temperature reach about 22 degrees maximum.

Everything about this hotel is great (location, staff, breakfast, wifi signal) apart from the cleanliness of the room. The wifi is really good and the included breakfast is top notch! I’d definitely stay there again for the location and the breakfast.

The floor in the room was dirty, everything was dusty and the double bed was two twin beds put together and that was pretty uncomfortable. The view from the room was very urban: railway tracks, cranes and construction but we liked it anyway - the windows were huge and there was a balcony.

This hotel was a great find in the Vesterbro area. It is a short walk from Central railway station and is located in one of the most vibrant areas for late afternoon and evening drinks and meals. The room was large, with high ceilings and had been refurbished in a Scandi style which may not be to everyones taste. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. Free tea and coffee were available in the reception area. The breakfast was outstanding in a beautiful space. Because this hotel is part of a recreation and conference area, you had access to a large indoor pool and gym area.

CPH hotel is a part of sport center and hotel guest have the possibility to go swimming in very large swimming pool divided into a few areas including swimming pool for adults, children and very deep swimming pool appropriate for jumping and diving. The second pros is hotel's lobby with tens of board games and coffee machine available for hotel's guests with no additional fee. Localization is attractive too - neer to metro and train stations. Tivoli gardens and Carlsberg Glyptotek are also within walking distance. Breakfast include variety of bread, vegetables, fruits, cheese, scrambled eggs, sausages, soft eggs, althought is 100% repetitive.

No fridge in the room. Little space for luggage. No pancaces/ crepes for children in breakfast buffet. It would be nice to add smoked salmon or another fish dish as well.

Absolutely fantastic for family visit to Copenhagen. Connected swimming pool is first class, kids were over the moon with the amazing diving pool, only problem was they didn’t want to leave it. Breakfast was lovely, very good selection and nice restaurant. The lounge area in the hotel was great, one evening was very rainy and it was very nice to sit in the lounge, drink hot chocolate from the free coffee machine, and play board games (lots to choose from). Other groups were doing the same so it made for a nice atmosphere. Location of the hotel is brilliant, minutes from the main train station and Tivoli as well as other attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

There was some train noise due to the location of the hotel very near the train station - this wasn’t significant enough to be an issue for us ( it wasn’t very loud) but take earplugs if this might be an issue for you.

I made this booking last minute, looking for a centrally situated hotel close to the Main Railway Station, and modestly priced. What I liked most was how much of a bang for our buck this hotel was. The rooms were large, the windows absolutely vast, curtains of the optimum quality, with an air conditioner that worked as expected, bathrooms and toilets of a very good standard, excellent wifi, and breakfast options that were optimal. Instead of a clothes cupboard, there was unusually a fairly sturdy clothes stand. There was even access to a hotel pool, which was unexpected! I did not use the pool though. The hotel also offered conventional bicycles for a modest daily rental price. The staff were great, and always pleasant and positively helpful.

The bedding comprised a base mattress and then a thin top mattress. I found that the top mattress tended to move with the movements in your sleep. The pillows were optimal though. The other thing I did not like was the extremely long walk to our room from the lift. Fortunately the fire exit was just round the corner.

Great and very convenient location, 5min walk to the Metro and Central train station( 12 min ride from the airport) and 15-20 min walk to the Christiansborg palace. The hotel is connected to a big sport centre with various sports facilities. Use of swimming pool with different temperature pools, jacuzzi and sauna are free of use for the hotel guests as well as gym and bowling( you have to book it at the Reception). You have discount if you would like to play a paddle tennis ( they have 3 courts and it’s very popular, so book a court in advance). You can hire bikes at the hotel, enjoy numerous table games and free hot drinks 24/7. The hotel provides great choices for Breakfast which is served in the separate building with access to the outdoor sitting area.

If your room is facing the tennis courts and the train tracks it could be a bit noisy. The room itself doesn’t have much room to move around and no draws in the wardrobe to store things which don’t require hanging. No mini fridge. It was no water available in the shower, sink and to flash your toilet on our last day of stay.

This is a great hotel for exploring the city. The central train station and Tivoli Gardens are a few minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are basic but the staff are extremely helpful & friendly. The lobby is great place to unwind with a coffee or hot chocolate (complimentary) after a day of exploring. It has board games, jigsaws & cards etc to keep you amused. You can also purchase wine, soda & snacks. My family really enjoyed this area. The breakfast in the morning was good and always restocked. We ate in the hotel one evening; there’s a small selection on the menu but the food was lovely. You can also book ten pin bowling - you only need to pay for the shoe hire (15dkk).

We booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool but they are renovating it during the whole of July. We were all disappointed as the pool does look great!

We booked a hostel and didn't expect much from it - just central location within the city. It was great and exceeded our expectations: modern and clean, great breakfast and even a free access to a swimming pool and a free coffee automate in the lobby. The hostel is located nearby Tivoli. We used the opportunity and visited Tivoli. All together - great experience and our choice for the next visit. We had a chance to put our car into the garage close to the house at a half of the usual price, what was great if you travel by car. The parking prices in Copenhagen are insane.

It's a hostel, not 4-stars hotel. If you are ok with it, it's your choice! The price was quite expensive, but competitive to everything else - very-very fair. So, summarized, nothing negative, just to set expectations right from the beginning.

Everything was superb. The hotel is situated right next to the train station so great location. Our room was very nice and modern and although the trains were running close by, there was no noise and the rooms were very quiet. Nice shower. Very comfortable beds. Extra pillow if needed. Free tea/coffee in Reception. Gym was very well equipped and the pool looked amazing although I didn't use this. The breakfast was nice. Wide choice of continental options, bread, croissants, jams, spreads, juice, fruit, salad. Late departure time which was good for us. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

I can't think of anything actually. It all met our needs.
