I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff at the front desk. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room itself was a true highlight of my stay. It was spacious, elegantly decorated, and meticulously clean. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, from the high-quality linens to the well-appointed bathroom. The view from my room was breathtaking, offering a panoramic vista of the city that made my stay even more memorable. The central location of the hotel was another advantage. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient, with many attractions within walking distance about 10-15 min. In summary, my stay at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel was a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting

In the beginning of my stay i have connection door in my room and it was a bit noisy and lack of privacy. But after my concern receptionist was helped me very quick to change my room to room next door without connection room inside

The rooms were nice and staff were nice as well. It is also close to the metro and the bus stops

Even though I had specially requested for early checkin being pregnant and we arrived early as well. I could see people who were given the same category of rooms before me even though they had arrived after me. I was quite disappointed by this and won't expect this from a radisson property. All they had to do was switch the room numbers for the same category room and I had informed them even before our arrival 2 days before.

Nice comfy hotel near Tivoli gardens and many of the sites to see. Some of the sightseeing is quite a walk away but you can get a hop on/off bus near Tivoli if you want to save your legs. Sometimes we walked along the road sometimes through the park depending on where we wanted to go. We had a car so it was useful to have an onsite carpark although it was expensive to use. The staff are very nice, there was plenty of choice at breakfast and everything was nicely cooked/presented. We ate in the restaurant one evening and that was delicious. The room was nice with a comfy bed, kettle, fridge, toiletries etc. Would definitely stay again but not book a specific room.

We were not given the panoramic city view room we had booked, we had checked in online before arrival but actually getting our key took absolutely ages we just couldn't be bothered trying to find someone to ask to change rooms for the one we'd booked which would have taken even longer. We opted for the eco room servicing however, there was no guidance on how to exchange dirty cups or change our towels if we wanted, we would not have minded doing this ourselves but getting anything at reception took a very long time and we didn't want to wait the standard 20+ minutes as it would eat into our holiday time.

Great location, outside the bustle of the centre but close enough to walk/cycle in. The bus stops and metro station are a convenient 2mins walk from the hotel. Room was modern and clean, very cool furniture. View from upper floors is spectacular. Stayed over my birthday and at the request of my girlfriend the hotel left complimentary chocolates and a welcome note in our room with some free drink vouchers. Breakfast selection was huge and all delicious. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel no longer has a pool as is still advertised on some other websites.

Location was on spot. There is a full size gym which is just perfect and I was super surprised. Even took one of the early morning classes. The room had everything we ever needed. And the breakfast was spot on to have a energy eeded for the adventures that followed the same day.

There isn't any particular thing I dislike. One thing though, this was also highlighted by the staff. The hotel is going through renovation. Occasionally in the late mornings, you could hear some noises. Nothing too critical.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Our room had a great view and we even had room service for the two nights we were staying which was unexpected.

There is no air-conditioning, and I knew this from reading all the other reviews, so no surprises there. But I think the air was a bit too still. It luckily wasn't very warm inside the room, we did sleep without the covers. But even a small table fan to move the air around for some ventilation would have been nice. Our shower still had some hair in it, which I also wasn't expecting but nothing to cry about.

location was great, the hotel was large with are bar, restaurants and a Casino. The room had a mini bar and fridge. The view was great and spacious. a kettle with mugs was supplied.

The Toilet seat has dry urine drops on it, so clearly had been used by someone before we arrived. We only had decaf coffee when arriving late, the next day we went and asked for some and got given enough for the next morning. We purposely left out the empty sachets for the cleaner. That evening we arrived back to find once again we had been given more decaf but not actual caffeine coffee. Queueing at reception was long.

The customer service at this Hotel was outstanding, checkin was very quick and efficient. The room size was large in the Junior Suite and included a couple of seating areas. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. The bathroom was well lit with a lovely rainfall shower & was very modern. The view was fantastic from the Junior Suite that we stayed in and we also loved the full length mirror and two T.V's which accommodated us perfectly traveling as a family. The Cocktails at the bar were really a cut above and very Moorish. We did try out the Casino one night which was a pleasant and interesting experience and I can highly recommend The Blue Elephant Thai Restaurant downstairs, the food was absolutely delicious with generous sized portions. The Metro across the road takes you straight into the centre.

A little quibble about Housekeeping, as a party of three, they changed the Towels but only gave us two in return so had to request another one. The Bottle Opener in the room was missing, but all this was dealt with very promptly.

The room (9th floor) was nice and clean and had a very nice view. The location was good so you could walk from the train station to the hotel easily and also to Tivoli and Stroget (we rented a bike to den lille havfrue). The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room service cleaned our room every day of the stay.

I was not a fan of the carpet on the floor in the hotel room, felt like it was not a great idea since spills cannot be easily cleaned up. The bathroom was good, but I didn't like the toilet. The price for the breakfast was a bit steep.

The service is exceptional! I booked a standard room for a honeymoon trip, but the staff upgraded me to the suite! I really appreciate the lovely hospitality. The location is perfect because it is right across the bus stop and near the port river, perfect for walking and hanging out. There is a lovely lake across, perfect for jogging. The room is pleasant, with a view of the city and harbor far away. The breakfast and the gym are nice. I will come back if I go to Copenhagen again!

The bathroom is a little bit odd because the tub drains out to the floor, but it is not a big deal. The room is a bit too cold, but they are happy to give us an additional blanket. The breakfast menu does not change the next day, still okay but I hope they will add another different menu.
