Apartment was spacious, complete amenities, super clean and I pove the minimalist design. One attraction is just across, love the place and location, very near to restaurants , stroget, Nyhavn, mostly are walkable. Staff were very helpful too. Love this apartment. A bit pricy but worth it. Free luggage storage is exceptional after checkout, we were able to roam and come back to pick up our luggage on the last day. Definitely recommended!!!

Would be nice if were given a lower floor or unit with elevator, bec some apartment unit doesnt have an elevator. We have 5 big luggages to bring upstairs to level 1 which, but It's not their fault. Overall the place is 10/10!

Location is superb. Right next to round tower. Everything is within 5-15 mins walking. Supermarket is just around the corner. We had the 2bed room apartment with elevator. Which was essential, as we had 2 big luggages. The elevator took us straight to our front door apartment. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Everything was online. The staff were very responsive too. Apartment itself , though a bit dim, was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Sofa was large enough to sleep on. Washer and dryer room was at basement floor. Detergents were provided. Love love love the area.

The apartment was very central. No need for a car. From the airport you can take the underground to the town centre and walk to the apartment. The apartment was spacious. It has a fridge, a hob and a kitchen sink. The people running the place were very responsive.

We would have liked to find some milk in the fridge upon arrival and a map of the city which would have made it easier for us to plan our stay upon arrival, on a wet VERY COLD snowy day. One of the pans did not work on the induction hob.

This was an A+ for our family of four. Not just two bedrooms, but also a spacious living room and kitchen+dining area. A very nice space; something one could imagine comfortably living in for a year, not just a week. Central location, near lots of restaurants and shopping. There was easy luggage storage for our early arrival. Would highly recommend!

We had no problems. For some others, I guess be aware that there is some noise starting around 8 am from church bells and garbage pickup?

Location is excellent. The building is in a busy car-free area with many tourist attractions. However, the unit we used (Kristin, 11) is on the internal courtyard, so it was quiet (except for trash collection early in the morning). The unit was very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware, knives etc. The staff contacted via phone or text was very helpful answering questions about access, luggage and checkin. Internet access was good, chromecast worked on tv.

Our unit had a little bit of noise from an internal stairway leading to the laundry room. Fortunately the other guests were well behaved and all of the noise occurred outside of sleeping hours. The furnishings were mostly IKEA: functional, but a bit flimsy.

The location was FANTASTIC! Beds were very comfortable. Laundry room was convenient. Apartment was very roomy and lovely. Didn’t hear the neighbors through the walls or floors at all, but the inner courtyard echoed the noise from open windows. Very convenient code for entering and exiting.

Every morning at 8am the church across the street rings the bells for 5 full minutes. Not the fault of the property but just so you know. Very many flights of stairs if apartment is on the outer side of building.

In the center of Copenhagen, right next to the Rundturm. Perfect location, few minutes from the Metro, sights, shopping street, bars. The apartment was lovely, spacious, you have everything, you need. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The area is a little bit noisy. Especially at early morning and late night. Sometimes the guest cannot behave themselves. But it can happen everywhere.

Location was excellent. Ability to store luggage pre and post stay. The exceptional response time to our inquiry for anything needed was immediate, and staff so friendly and accommodating.

Cleanliness of the communal bathroom by laundry facilities, but because it was used pre and post guests stays, hard to monitor for Rosenborg staff. And we did not mention it when we were there and we should have as everything else was shining!

Large, clean, quiet 2-bedroom with a big living room, dining table and kitchen. Very comfortable beds. The apartment is in the back, so much quieter than the other street-side apartments we rented in Copenhagen. Has a great elevator that goes right to the apartment which was perfect for one of our family members who is terrified of steep stairs. The staff that manages this apartment is also very responsive and helpful.
