The hotel staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. It seems they don't have the word NO in the lexicon. We received the requested upgrade; we were given the option of early check-in and gifted with complimentary certificates for drinks and breakfast.

We stayed in a lovely balcony room facing downtown. Nevertheless, the soundproofing is not enough, considering the church has a clock's bell starting as early as 7 a.m. and sounds every half an hour till midnight. On the one hand, it's lovely and unusual for foreign travellers; on the other - it's not easy to sleep under such an accompaniment. Another claim is the quality of pillows. It's terrible! Next time, I will take a pillow with me!))

Great location in downtown. Easy to park nearby at Nørreport. Large breakfast buffet.

This hotel has a nice breakfast and bar area which isn’t too loud like other hotels. It has good acoustic treatment and guests act respectfully, creating a nice and relaxing ambiance. It’s has a nice design and the rooms are large and comfy. The staff were all exceptional.

Although clean and adequate, the bathrooms are outdated and spoil the otherwise sumptuous furnishings of the bedrooms. The breakfast was nice but they could improve it by offering barista artisan coffee and ditch the coffee machines. They could add better dietary alternatives like alternative milks and better gluten free options. Better coffee facilities in the rooms would be a nice touch. They should consider adding a pool or jacuzzi to the gym area.

No information in bedroom about hotel facilities or mini bar prices or indeed how to use the in room safe. The Hotel is trying to keep the use of paper down, which is good thing but there should still be a way of asking about all services and prices in the bedroom without having to go through concierge or reception. For instance. The front desk staff didn't know closing time for the bar on a Sunday night ....we had to ask bar staff ( admittedly a minor quibble ) but this info should be available in the bedroom. Perhaps use TV to provide guest information? One to think about ....

Wonderful hotel and everything was great and beautiful and the excellent staff was willing to do anything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location of the hotel in the charming old part of town was perfect for our stay and many restaurants close by. Our room was very spacious and the very comfortable bed and beautiful design bedlinen were the best I have ever experienced!

The only negative experience was the noise from the street on Saturday night - otherwise everything was perfect.

The street facing rooms are exceptionally noisy by night. Acknowledging that it was a weekend when we stayed, but we were woken several times each night by the sounds of people passing on the street below. Their conversations were so loud and clear, they could have been in the room with us! The windows are old and most likely the cause, which is a real shame as otherwise the place is fabulous.

Loved the decor and the location. Glad that I selected to include breakfast - it was terrific! The "secret garden" was such an extra bonus to the property. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

I had booked a junior suite because there were 3 of us, and that was the room recommended to me through the booking process. The room was great except that there was no additional bed for the 3rd person. I thought at first that the couch was a pull out, but it was not and I had to call to have one brought up. On the plus side, the bed with linen and a towel for me was brought up immediately and the bed was comfortable.

Was charged for items outside the mini-bar. It was Never explained that they were part of the minbar. Many fine hotels provide windy, candy etc. free of charge so we assumed your hotel did likewise. I explained to the very nice woman at reception during checkout and said the hotel would not charge me for those items. I hope that’s true.

The location. The room was quite spacious. Everything we need was available. We enjoy the place very much.

We had issue about the key card that my husband cannot enter the room at 2 am. I had already slept and on my sleeping pills. I had terrible sleep afterwards plus jet lag and no staff knew about the incidence in the morning. It was just battery issue of the doorlock. It was finally solved and we were happy with the compensation. It turned out happy ending.
