The staff was very friendly and helpful. One evening, while we were sitting in the lounge, they gave us some chocolate. The breakfast was absolutely great: a lot of choice and great products. Also, a coffee machine (with many options), tea and biscuits were available for free all day long. The common rooms were very tastefully decorated. The location was also a strength: near both the city centre and the train station.

The bedroom was not as nicely decorated as the common rooms and the bathroom had a faint drain smell.

The hotel is centrally located, within a few minutes' walk of the Old Town. It is close to H.C. Anderson's house and near to restaurants, pubs,... Breakfast was good but not much choice, coffee was available all day which is great. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help

The rooms in the hotel are really small and if you are there for more than one night, you have to let them know that they will clean your room and change your towels.

The hotel was clean and quiet, room comfortable, and the staff was wonderfully kind. Unlimited free coffee/tea/lattes/hot chocolate and a lovely space to sit and enjoy it. And they let us store our bags for the day so we could explore before our train left! It is also well located, we walked everywhere. Short walk to train station, quick walk to old town, and like 2 minutes from the Hans Christian Andersen museum. We loved it!

Nothing! Bathrooms aren’t luxurious and a little basic, but they were clean and had everything you need so can’t complain!

Great little hotel in a very central location. Rooms were small but well equipped. Very clean .Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Nice to have breakfast included in the room rate. We had a lovely room on the top floor which had the benefit of access to the room terrace, which was appreciated in the warm summer weather.

Nothing. Rooms were small but bed could be moved to allow access from both sides.

Comfortable bed and pillow in a well-lit spacious room and adjoining bathroom. I had a room on the side of the building and even with the window open, didn't have any big issues with road noise as other reviewers have commented on. Tasty breakfast which kept me full all day, with a variety of hot (scrambled/boiled eggs, sausages, bacon) and cold (including cereals, yoghurt, bread and rolls, cheese, salad items, pastries) food with the usual tea/coffee (also hot chocolate :-)) and juice also available. There was also a pleasant terrace with seating, a pool table and a communal hot drinks machine for use at any time. Friendly welcome from receptionist on arrival. Good location about 10 minutes' walk from the main train station and a short walk away from a supermarket (Netto).

The shower curtain... Not the best choice of TV channels for an English speaker- just CNN of all things! Much as I enjoyed breakfast, the only fruit available was served in small jars containing just 2 grapes and 2 segments of diced melon. This felt unnecessarily stingy from a portion control point of view.

The hotel is well located- a short 5-7 min walk from the train station and easy to find. While the outside is unexceptional, the rooms are very comfortable (small) excellent bedding and bed , good water pressure. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They also have nice bikes for rent. All is immaculate. Nice lounge as well.

Room was very small but that’s not unexpected

The location was absolutely ideal. Served great buffet breakfasts. Enjoyed 24/7 coffee. Especially with access to the roof terrace. Great agter a long day. Staff is extremely friendly. Therefore would stay again.

The paid parking was extremely difficult. Saw car getting damaged when driver manoeuvred in. While room was smaller than anticipated, it was adequate and clean.

Very good breakfast, location is within a walkable distance from tram stop and the old center, check in was smooth. Cleaning is every day, Rituals bath amenities, very quiet room.

There were somewhat too warm on the top floor rooms, the room/pillows were dusty and caused allergy symptoms in the morning, only two hangers in the room.

Helpful and smiling staff, parking in the hotel (one cannot reserve a place but there is space for quite a large number of cars and we had no problem parking at the very reasonable cost of 50 DKr per night. Much better than a kettle in the room, the hotel gives free access to a coffee machine with choice of drinks, cookies and possibility of drinking it on a couch near the coffee stand or in a cosy salon upstairs. Good breakfast.

the double bed being next to a wall, it was difficult for one of us to get out of the bed. except for that we thought that everything was fine.

It's a nice price, the hotel is super close to everything and the staff is very welcoming ❤️

The breakfast was a bit to the cheap side and not many choices for kids. Hot choc was great, though 😊 During sleppeing the mattress wandered off the bed. I don't thtit was supposed to do it, but it was eager and unstoppable 🤷
