The breakfast was amazing. Great selection. Quality food and coffee selections. Plenty of seating. It felt spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal. There is a tram stop literally on one side of the hotel. It couldn't be any closer! Also within 1,000 ft of the train station, so it was easy to get to on foot. Also, there was a grocery within 400 ft. and a quick and easy walk to shops and restaurants., and the H.C. Anderson Museum.

We only ate one evening meal at the hotel restaurant. The food was more like a 6 out of 10. But everything else was spot on! I will be traveling back there in October and will book another week at the Odeon!

Nice breakfast spread - a wonderful combination of hot foods, proteins, and lighter food, comfortable environment, beautiful decor, friendly staff, and wonderful location - easy to walk to 'downtown' area.

Better wayfinding / signage regarding the underground parking. We arrived and were unsure where to park, proceeded to check-in and almost got a parking ticket within less than 5 minutes. An idea for breakfast - larger variety of fruit (e.g. berries), and veggies (e.g. cucumbers, tomatoes etc) that would be lovely to top up the cheese/bread, yogurt, cereals. (not detrimental! just an idea!)

The staff was very nice and very accommodating, when we asked for extra pilows. the room was comfy and quiet, and breakfast was good, both the quality of the food and the options. the location was great to walk the city.

The only issue is the car park. it is very painful to get to it from the main hotel door, or we give up and go to the street which is not very easy to walk with heavy luggage. The car park is so big, why doesn't the hotel have all the spaces in front of the lifts. Apart from that, everything was great

The size of rooms and the decor was great. Having a kettle in the room was a great plus. Location was a quite good... 10-15mt walk to most of attractions.

Would have liked a bit more lighting in the room.. There were windows.. But being next to a tram line and with residential buildings next door...you could not leave them open. Some slight noise from the street due to trams but they don't run into the night so didn't affect sleep.

A good location for exploring Odense. A modern hotel with a Scandi style, very calming and relaxing. Staff on reception were very helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of foods. Room small but comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities.

Staff on breakfast clearing plates to be a little more engaging. We were directed to hotel parking a little way from the hotel however it turned out there were hotel spaces nearer.

Convenient from the station, and not too far from the older parts of town. Felt very new and everything was comfortable. Staff were efficient.

Breakfast buffet was cramped and below other Scandinavian hotels on this trip - and the restaurant is small for a large hotel. Room was gloomy as the windows are small (this is a new build in a very modern part of the city). Receptionists wearing aprons was strange - they double as bar staff.

Modern hotel right in the middle of Odense, yet easy to reach by car, and with ample parking spaces in the underground garage. Excellent breakfeast buffet with lots of choice.

It is rather dark in the room at night: the only lights are by the bed and by the desk, and none on the ceiling or in the seating area, making it difficult to read a book on the sofa. There can be some waiting times by the elevator, and there doesn't seem to be a stairwell as an alternative (or I couldn't find it). The hotel provides an old-fashioned block of soap wrapped in plastic, to be thrown away after single use - very inconsiderate for the environment (all the other hotels have reusable soap dispensers nowadays).

Almost everything was fine. Nice hotel, cozy rooms, very good breakfast, location close to main shops and restaurants, and in beautiful area.

Information about parking before arrival was really badly managed. I have asked for parking before arrival and got info, that : parking spots are unfortunately first come first served. And that we have to check where to park as hotel is located in a no-car area. Really ? While under hotel is huge parking, many free places, despite limited places for hotel guest. When we came to reception, they told us clearly which and where hotel places are in this parking and that payment is cheaper in hotel. And that a lot of guests feel a bit lost with parking. So dear hotel, it would be very nice of you to supply your guests with more clear information about parking before arrival. Despite this inconvenience, Hotel is really just perfect and I will choose again for next stay.

Very handy location, close to the train station and walking distance to HC Anderson Museum and many other sites. There is a new tram that passes right in front of the hotel. We could hear a little noise from the tram but it wasn't enough to bother us. Staff were excellent, very helpful. Breakfast was delicious with fantastic variety. Room was clean and very comfortable with a great shower. We rented bikes, which were reasonably priced, but they do not provide helmets. That made me a bit nervous so we only went for a 1 hour ride along the river.

Excellent location in the middle of everything, we walked everywhere The staff were super friendly and helpful, even recommended us a place where we could buy a backpack in the evening (all the other stores close at 18) The kitchen was marvelous, best burger we've ever had Parking in a garage

The shower didn't drain properly, towards the end you'd be standing in a pond Barely any space around the sink for any toiletries, a shelf would be nice No glasses in the bathroom Finding a parking spot was pretty complicated, there weren't any signs about parking on a different floor (the spots on the first floor were all occupied); the garage staircase smelled like pee Difficult lobby access from the side of the garage entrance, there were a few stairs where you had to carry your suitcase
