This is a conference hotel rather than a holiday hotel, and services are clearly geared towards satisfying business people, which means that the room is rather large and has a good desk and working space, and ample storage space. Nice breakfast buffet.

The hotel is located near a conference centre quite far out of town, with limited public transport facilities, nearby restaurants or other facilities one would like on a holiday. One depends on the car to go into town.

Very quiet, extremely clean. Very polite and pleasant staff, both at reception and restaurant. Great bed mattress, top quality pillows, quilt, sheets. Plenty of free parking. Tasty breakfast. Close location to my business destination. Great looking restaurant.

Dated interiors. Electric cables of ceiling lamps exposed, painted precast slab (no suspended ceiling), cheap plaster on brick walls, tired makeshift gym, Non air tight windows, gave appearance of college accommodation, not 4 star business hotel. No English channels, nOt even news.

We were exhausted when we arrived late with small children. Within minutes the reception had us checked in, we were offered coffees and knew how to order pizza. When the pizza arrived, the lady at the reception ran up to our room to notify us (because I was in the lift going down to get them) and she wanted to make sure we got it. Massive family room, the kids loved it. The restaurant happily made porridge for our youngest for breakfast. Great service!

Good sized, clean room. Great breakfast with good variety of choices. Huge parking lot. For dog owners: you can have your breakfast at the seating area outside the restaurant, there's a little area with grass and bushes outside the hotel for potty breaks and the staff is pretty pet friendly. Great and friendly staff, which made our stay very welcoming and comfortable. Hotel is also centrally located at the city centre which has a good connection with tram/metro. At the hotel is enough parking space.

Although the location of hotel is favourably located near the city centre. It can be quite boring cause it's located in a secluded area. The walk to nearest bus or metro/tram location can be exhausting for some people.

Excellent location, big parking just in front of the hotel. Smooth check in process, very mutual and pleasant conversation with night receptionist after long day and drive. It was like coming back to place you already know. Room spacious, comfortable, clean. Bathroom with some sings of use but everything functional. Breakfast excellent, nice choice of bakery products. Restaurant very nicely decorated. CHeck out yet again without any problems and attended very professionally and politely. I would certainly stay again.

We chose Hotel Odense because of it's connection to the sports arena where we watched the Danish Open Badminton Tournament over 6 days. The hotel provided the perfect base and excelled in terms of breakfast and restaurant options.

friendly reception and helpful staff at reception desk, pleasant rooms, disinfectant everywhere, good parking, big rooms, good breakfast with lovely bread rolls

...in pandemic times, it would have been comforting, if the hotel would have taken more precautions in terms of safety at reception area - to protect the customers, but also their own staff by installing a plexiglass window ... - as seen in many other hotels.

Standard business hotel next to a big conference center (no conference at the time we stayed, so the hotel was not crowded, had plenty of room and no waiting at check in-check out). Easy parking. Good restaurant (both dinner and breakfast). Prices are to be as expected in Denmark and not the cheapest.

The receptionists are kind and helpful! room is spacious and clean.

-it would be better if the hotel rate can be a bit cheaper. -ground level room may have some privacy issue as the window is facing the carpark and you could hear people talking outside
