Princess Family Club Bavaro - All Inclusive

I appreciated the staff so much at this resort. they were super welcoming from the reception to the waitresses to the cleaning people to the taxi guys. they also acknowledged our toddlers over and over making them feel so welcomed. The room was superb! it had a bunk bed for the kids with an extra pull out bed and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. the beach was close, the animals around the property made it fun for the kids, the food was decent (I’m from NYC so nothing really impresses me much with food), the water slides were fun for the kids and the hotel was fully accessible to navigate with a stroller.

there were a few minor things that could be improved such as the room door handle being very easy to open by a 3 yr old toddler. I suggest having a lock on top to prevent any toddlers from opening the door. the toilet had a smell that others pointed out too. it’s a bit of a septic smell. maybe have a candle or incense in there? the property is HUGE and while we enjoyed walking back from the beach to the water slides at the family location, the roads ok the property aren’t very pedestrian/friendly. There were several trucks, motorbikes and shuttle buses going by on the same road/walkway which made it a bit uneasy walking with 2 toddlers. I suggest having a separate walkway just for pedestrians? please.good night

Very clean. Grounds very well kept. Loved the little mangrove area and the animals: ducks, flamingos, egrets, peacocks, turtles... Large variety of food on the buffets. Loved the fresh fruits: mangoes, passion fruits, pinneaples, Easy access to restaurants with different cuisines on site for diner. The extensive choices at the bars. Friendliness of the staff. Loved the "quiet" pool.

Long wait at the reception. Had preregistered on line with scan of passeports as requested, got a QR code that was supposed to ease arrival. All for nothing... Receptionnist did the whole process again. Not enough information given at reception when you come on your own and not with a travel agent. Not enough information provided on the activities on site during the stay. For example, there was an event two days in a row at the resort, some kind of modeling shows. No announcement about it, no information provided about what it was or the time table. Just bumped into it because it was in the maincourtyard by the restaurants...

Staff very friendly, food is good. The area for the kids pretty good.

They have three categories the highest is platinum then family, and regular. Platinum needs to pay a fee if they want to use the family area which whatsoever doesn't make sense. Others two need to pay feed to be in the family or platinum areas separate. US dollars conversion to the local currency I lost value in the exchange.

Infraestructure is amazing. The place and scenery is beautiful. The gardens and beach are world class.

The food. The buffet is ok. The a La Carte restaurants are VERY BAD with the exception of Pizzas AT Focaccia. The worst being El Pescador. In family club rooms a lot of light comes in through the entrance door.

The property was beautiful, rooms, restaurants, etc were all nice and clean. Hispaniola Buffet employee Freddie was AMAZING there was nothing he wouldn’t do for guests. Beach was great maybe a few more beach chairs would be helpful but it was awesome!

The activities were never consistent something always happened and they were cancelled. Also the evening show I felt was a little late for children who were at the beach all day maybe they should start a little earlier. Also we don’t speak Spanish so our kids were never offered. at kids activities.

the buffet was extremely good (except the terrible wine), the beach was perfect, the territory was very clean and beautiful, the birds and animals were so nice, the kids club

the restaurants were not good at all plus the alcohol cocktails were disgusting.

The pools were great! The drinks were great!

the food is not to heat but does the job.

They think every detail for you, from check-in to check-out they all try to make you feel good. we stayed as family of 3, and they have special reception just for you, so you dont have to wait-welcome drinks&cookies they serve. There are different restaurants in the hotel and you can book to experience different world cuisines! there is NO additional cost! I cannot finish by writing how good they are, It was our first trip to Punta Cana but not the last we know it! Thank you Princess Bavaro family to make dreams come true!

multiple restaurants to chose from, bar and grill on the beach. very accommodating and polite staff. music and entertainment in the evening.

no apples or oranges at the morning buffet strange ,and the free wine at dinner no matter where you go is terrible. also I was leaving before my girlfriend had checked about and because I didn’t have a check out tag the bellman said I couldn’t leave i didn’t like 7 men looking at me telling me I couldn’t leave the property. I had a flight to catch.
