Very nice and helpful staff. The room was spatious and clean. The hotel itself is in a beautifully renovated house with a bright inner court. The breakfast was delicious and security was taken very seriously by the staff. The hotel is situated very conveniently for sightseeing.

Although its location is very convenient for sightseeing, the hotel is also right by a very busy road. Since it's an old building the windows are poorly noise-insulated. We did not mind the noise the first day. But for longer stays it is recommended to take a room not facing the street to truly enjoy the stay.

The facilities were clean, the staff except for the first person that greeted us was was amazing. Breakfast was OK.

The person in charge of front desk on September 12th, 2023 working during the morning shift has no customer service skills whatsoever. He was rude, he barely wanted to talk to us, gave us ZERO information about the facilities, breakfast or anything hotel-related. The 5 of us were disgusted with how we were greeted by him. I work in the tourism industry, and I would never want to have an employee like him, especially when he is the face of the hotel. The other two guys after him were absolutely helpful and amazing people.

Extremely central location, just a block and a half from the heart of Quito - the Independence Square. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

We reserved the Junior Sweet with Balcony. It sounded great, but that room was facing a very busy street with lots of buses and cars passing right in front of the window. It would be hardly possible to sleep there, so we asked for a different room, and the hotel was kind enough to allow us to move to the Standard Suite facing the inner court. That made a world of difference - the room was very quiet and peaceful.

I highly recommend this place! On what was supposed to be my last day in Quito I injured myself and was unable to walk and had to change my flight and extend my stay. The staff are EXCELLENT. They went above and beyond in helping take care of me, as an immobile solo traveler I was very needy, but they never made me feel like a burden. I am super grateful for all of their help taking care of me during some very very difficult days. Also this place is great for all the amenities. The property is walking distance to all the historic center sights, it has secure entry, 24hr recepción, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast and attentive staff. Excelente lugar Excelente ubicación cerca del centro histórico. El personal es servicial, amable y muy atento. Las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas, seguras y tienen buenos televisores. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar!

The staff were beyond helpful. The hotel is nice and clean, but on a very loud street. Could sometimes smell the fumes from cars/buses passing by. Great water pressure in the shower and it gets hot which is relaxing after a long day of hiking in the cold mountains. Back to the hotel staff… from the moment I checked in, they were amazing. Very kind, patient, and accommodating… thank you!

Very noisy at night, balcony rooms are not for light sleepers… It was a great stay for the price

The bed was comfortable and the place was always clean. Dennis, the manager was super nice, always trying to help and to resolve any problem or inquiry. Nice shower but very small bathroom. Good wifi

The room was not what we were expecting. The photos looked so much nicer than reality. Our room didn't have a window (ok...it has one but looking inside the building). We asked if it was possible to get a room with a balcony but they told us that the noice of the street was terrible! Breaky was ok, but come one...the same thing every morning!!!! Coffee not very good.

Excellent location, two blocks from main square. Close to many inexpensive restaurants. Staff very helpful, able to arrange transportation to/from the airport. Decent breakfast. Very clean.

It would be great to provide more hangers, shelves in the bathroom. Rooms with the balcony noisy, so be prepared (ear plugs are recommended), but those rooms are much nicer and better equipped.

The helpfulness of the staff at this hotel was outstanding , and they helped me with a couple of problems with taxis and atms . As a single female traveller I cannot thank them enough. The hotel was five minutes walk from the historical centre and felt very safe and quiet My room was up several flights of stairs but the staff helped me with my bags Google translate used A clean comfortable no frills room - with free Netflix!

Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Close to the old centre. Clean rooms. Arranged washing and also looked after bags while we visited Banos.

Shelves or wardrobes would have been good. There was a lot of noise in our room, loud music from a shop next door. But we were able to move to a quieter, though smaller, room.

The staff at this hotel were so helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble and we can't thank them enough especially Denis and Demi two outstanding workers. Location in the old town was good, breakfast small but enough and Netflix in the TV was a definite bonus
