Clean hotel with nice rooms and facilities. The pool is great. The buffet offers varieties and the food is tasty, there are fresh fruits at every meal. Many a la carte choices, we tried Asian restaurant and it was great! The entertainment was surprisingly amazing, we enjoyed the water ballet, belly and tanoura dance, aqua aerobics. I also liked their anti plastic initiative, everything in the hotel is reusable, even the water bottles in the room are glass

The beach isn't too far, but it's crowded as it's shared by 4 hotels, and the sand is quite coarse. You can swim and snorkel though. The reception is quite clueless at many occasions, except Abdullah, he is doing a great job

We were absolutely satisfied in this rezort, the staff was kind and accommodating, everywhere clean, beautiful landscaped area with greenery, heated large swimming pool and another swimming pool for families with children, all inclusive really rich selection all day long, sandy beach with good access to the sea, close to the shore you can snorkel around the coral and watch undersea life, shops are right in the resort, sports activities and an evening program with great animators.

If you need the Wifi connection, you have to calculate with unstable signal at the room. Ouside and on the beach is WiFi ok.

We were are a 40 year old couple, that normally does a mixture of water activities and lazying around the beach. Therefore, take this into perspective with our review. The resort was beautiful, with the location of the pools close to majority of the rooms. Also, the staff was always cleaning and ready to help with any requests. The food selection and quality was good. The free access and shuttle to the water park was great. The beach was a 13 minute walk from resort, but it was very easy walk. Plus the beach was beautiful. Overall, we would stay in the place again.

The entertainment at night was hit or miss, which was disappointing. We are not expecting theater level quality, however some nights it was great and others it seemed like staff were just puttinf random stuff together. Also, there is a fee to use the gym, which I found a little strange in all inclusive resort. It would be better to raise everyone's stay by US $1 dollar then charge people $5 dollar US to use the gym.

This hotel is amazing. We spent 10 days here, but we could spend another 10 easily. Staff is super friendly, animation team works hard so you will never get bored. There is a show every night. Room and the whole hotel area was super clean. Food was exceptional, traditional Egyptian dishes and European taste as well. Every dinner there is a fresh pasta bar and barbecue. In the morning eggs and pancakes are served fresh. We got 1 free dinner at the chosen a la carte restaurant. We have chosen the Asian one, where you can eat and drink as much as you want. I have never eaten that good in my life. In the hotel, between the meals you can eat hamburger and pizza by the pool and on the beach. Beach is 5 min walk in a beautiful patio. There are reefs at the private beach area, where you can snorkel a lot. We could see lion fish and ray.

I liked the coral reef on the beach and the food court on the beach. It was very confortable i did not need to go back to the hotel for food- because it was 10 minutes walk away.

The cleaning people were a bit strange- he knew we were checking out that day and he came over 2 times knocking on our door only for talking (we forgot the do not disturb sign, but still I think it was too much distrubance, when he does not need to clean there yet...). Let people rest and do not disturb them unnescessarily.

I have spent 4 nights in Jaz Makadi Oasis wth marvellous stay. Facilities were perfectly maintained, staff helpful polite and always available for support, food was delicious and tasty with many varities Beach is clean with many snorkling spots and corals Many bars for drinks, snacks For entertainment you can find sports spots for tennis, football, volleyball, billiards and gym.

Animation team needs to improve their activities to engage the guests more.

Distant from beach especially for a family with kids - ground garden view might be of less privacy especially during garden / security staff moving around - minimal coral reef can be seen in the sea and you will have to swim about 100 meters to see some fish and corals Makadi aqua is cool however snack bar there is quite poor compared to hotel beach snack bar

We liked heated swimming pool, snorkeling at the reef near the beach, water park, overall service and staff is very good too. Staff was very kind to organize music birthday congratulation for my husband in the restaurant and the room was decorated with birthday balloons which was a nice surprise, thank you very much!

The food in the main restaurant and also cocktails quality is not consistent - some days very good other days bad. Me and my son had food poisoning on the 3rd day of our stay, I would stay away from fresh salads and pasta sauce and stick to the daily grill/bbq or pizza. The hotel was very quiet generally during the day and in the evenings - was not enough good animation/entertainment, except for New Year’s Day which was good.

An excellent experience, highly recommended. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with outstanding amenities and a beautiful, comfortable room equipped with high-quality mattresses. The food was always varied and delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and approachable. Although the hotel is not directly on the beachfront, a short path takes you to the coast in just five minutes. In fact, this location makes it quieter than other hotels along the bay, where an evening stroll confirmed the noise issues some of the beachfront hotels experience. Jaz Makadi Oasis, thankfully, is not affected by this. I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager, Mr. Walter, who was polite and charming, and clearly inspires a spirit of excellence in his entire team. I found this same dedication in the reception manager, Sayed Sherata, as well as in Remon, one of the lobby bar waiters, who was incredibly polite and attentive. He even introduced me to Egyptian coffee, which I highly recommend to everyone! (Though their Italian coffee is also of great quality!) Regarding the internet (I had read some comments about occasional issues), I personally had no problems, and Mr. Walter mentioned they were working to further improve it by installing fiber optics throughout the hotel soon (it would be the first hotel having it in this area... such a great reactivity to the only moderetes reviews I saw the hotel had!) One of the things I was most excited about was snorkeling around the coral reefs. While there are some spots along the coast in front of the hotel, the best snorkeling in the bay is a short 15-minute walk north, where I found one of the most breathtaking places to explore marine life just meters from the shore. In summary: I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.

It is a beautiful place with a lot of activities, not only for adults but also for kids. Food is amazing with tons of options for vegetarians or meat lovers. Drinks are also highly recommended. Shopping stores are better inside the hotel than outside. We heard different experiences of fraud when buying tours outside the hotel and overcharging the cards. All the hotel was super clean and the staff was very friendly.

The air-conditioning in the room was very loud. Only one of the swimming pools was heated but the hotel was quite empty, so maybe not Worthy to have both heated.
