First of all the facilities are great, especially for my small family. There is plenty of locations in the hotel if you would like to do something different. The water park is great for all ages and is great fun. The rooms were a great size There is plenty to offer food wise with all of the restaurants available to use (all inclusive) A big thank you to Yousef from the Kebab restaurant who made our stay very welcoming and was great with the children. A big thank you again to all the reception staff who helped us with our stay. Special mention to Amir Ali and Ereen Emad and kholoud Another big thank you to all of the Entertainment staff, they all have so much energy and really know how to keep everyone entertained - these guys were the highlight of our holiday and they are a credit to the hotel. Special mention the Shami who ran the kids club, my young boy really enjoyed your company and you were so welcoming.

Only issues are the wifi could be better, it’s a paid for service and shouldn’t have any issues if you have to pay for this. My only concerns are, this is no reflection on the Hotel at all. But the shops / supermarkets on the resort are very expensive, none of the items have prices on them and the prices of things get made up on the spot make sure you know exactly what you are spending.

Almost Everything. location and beach is exceptional with lots of fish to see. For food i liked kebab restaurant, it had better food and never crowded.

The food isn’t the best in almost all restaurants. The hotel needs to make more effort on the drinks, the soft drinks they offer for the all inclusive, taste so bad. So maybe use cold coca-colla bottles for example rather than what they serve. Cocktails too.

8 pools, one with waves, kids aqua park, 5 adult nice water slides, lazy river, flow riding, Sandy beach first line, almost 6 different restaurants (Mexican, German, tropical, Italian, Kebab, FINO) and 3 main open buffet (same menu). Very nice staff, super helpful, very welcoming and caring, family-friendly hotel especially for kids. Special thanks to Mr.Safwat, general manger, Miss Erene in reception . And for Chef Walaa for her yummy pies and lovely tone and setting in the dinner. I recommend you to try the stay.

There are 3 main restaurants, the same menu with poor quality. Very poor desert. But you can choose between the à la cart restaurants every day for lunch without reservation, and dinner with reservation. We recommend the Italian one, Last dinner during our stay we discovered á la cart la Pergola which provides super yummy desert in the all inclusive package (few stuff with extra charge), no one mentioned that to us? And there were no clients there? Strange..

Exceptional experience, amazing stay and the facilities, staff were amazing for the support and guidance. Especially acknowledgment goes to Mrs. Dalia( guest relation) and Mr. Safwat ( F&B) manager for making our stay memorable one and excreting no effort for making this trip unforgettable trip.Also the staff Mr khalil from italian restaurant, Mr. Abdelfattah from mexican restaurant, Amr Ramadan from La pergola cafe. The hotel is very large and has a lot of things to do…there are many pools and the beach is amazing. Waterpark for adults and kids is one of the best that we have ever seen. We really enjoyed our staying and we recommend this hotel,if we will have the opportunity we will come again for sure. All the personnel is very kind especially Amr Mohamed from the reception that has been very cooperative and has given us all the information that we needed. Perfect vacation.

The architecture, the facilities, staff, front desk were most helpful. We especially appreciate Mr. Amr Mohammed who went out of his way to accommodate us. He was very kind, understanding and helpful. There is so much to do, snorkeling, water park, pools, slides. Eastern desserts and syrian aspects of buffet were exceptional.

Food could be improved: as an Egyptian for Egyptians.. Buffet, especially western dessert buffet can be better.

Staff is very hospitable & supportive specially Kholoud from reception. I loved place style and decoration which has morrocan style and castle like style which is very authentic and the place is full of natural scenes from trees to the sea which is mixed with the pools and aqua in a fantastic harmony. I love snorkling and the sea is full with coral reefs. The family suite is very spacios and cozy I would live in this room forever. Multiple restauraunts across the hotel with different cuisines each day was a new experience in food.

It was a good decision to go for a family vacation to all inclusive resort such as Grand Waterworld Makadi. I love the service which they provide starting from housekeeping, dining experience, front office, activities, excursions and spa. I would like to highlight and give my appreciation to all team members who made our stay special. And big shukran to the animation team. Rooms are really big and we had so nice clothes room inside, big bathroom and terrace with amazing view. Walking area full of restaurants and shops. The only advice- buy all what u might need in advance because the Resort is 30 minutes away from the city and only taxi services. Souvenirs also better get in downtown in non touristic are. Look for a shops where prices are written down. Local food is delicious. We went few times to experience night life in the club with animation team and we really enjoyed it.

Perfect location especially for keen snorkellers, the reef here is superb. The bath was grubby, didn't have a plug and the shower head needed replacing, but otherwise the room (junior suite) was lovely. The food was surprisingly good for an all inclusive and the staff very attentive.

It was very difficult for a gluten-free person to find suitable things to eat, and only one person (the manager at the German Restaurant) actually knew what gluten-free meant. All inclusive drinks were very watery, especially later in the evening.

the water park is amazing. there two separate water parks based in age groups. the quality of the water park is outstanding and not like anyone. the water surfing and slides was amazing

this is one hotel out of five at the same complex. it very well designed and masterplanned. the staff are always helpful. but you need to plan for some maintenance request when you check in .. I overcame this issue since I really liked the place and facilities. the hotel has 5 different restaurants. where you can book a dinner at any one of them . the food quality is not very good but acceptable . the kebab restaurant is very good.
