I absolutely loved everything about this place! The staff, the facility, it was super clean, and the food was delicious. Plus, the sandy beach was perfect for snorkeling!

The kids area didn't quite match the high standards of the rest of the resort. The water games were rusty and slimy, leaving my daughter feeling disgusted while playing there. Additionally, the indoor kids' activities were outdated, with old PlayStations and not many interactive games to keep them engaged

most of the stuff are welcoming and friendly. food varieties was ok and the taste was good except for the bakery. and they let you checkout late with no extra charge.

kareem the asst front office manager, he wasn’t professional at all. ye kept me for 1.5 hours for checkin. the room i booked through booking wasnt the same i got offered when i arrived (different pictures) and he said it was a mistake and everything with him was very slow. terrible checkin and got me paying more money to get the same room. bakery is bery poor.

Overall we had a relaxed vacation at Baron Palace. The swim-up suites are really worth the upgrade. The rooms are very spacious and the swim-up pool is great to have a swim in privacy. The staff is very friendly everywhere, from the housekeeping to the restaurants or at the pool area. The hotel is very well equipped, gym, spa, lounges, playgrounds for kids, selection of restaurants etc.

All in all we found the hotel a bit overpriced. For a 5-star hotel the food at the buffet is average, at least if you are accustomed to European quality. There is a wide selection of foods and themes change every night but the taste and quality varies a lot. Also it can get quite hectic and chaotic if you go to the main restaurant at peak hours. If you plan a boat or snorkeling trip we would recommend to check different providers, not only the one at the hotel beach. Our trip was overpriced (280€ for a 3 hour 2 person "VIP" trip with a very old boat) and the staff - even tough very friendly - let us know that they were very disappointed because we didn't buy the fotos and videos from the trip which would have cost another 75€.

The 4-Nights I had at the Baron Palace are one of the best times I’ve ever experienced in travelling, reserved the “Family Suite” with my Family (wife + two kids), the room was very convenient for the Family, the hotel facilities are amazing, and the service is one of the best - thanks to every single member who made sure our stay is memorable. The location is amazing with full privacy and the resort is very conveniently occupied, you feel literally as a Baron in you own place. The hotel facilities are very-well maintained and renovated. I would defiantly recommend it to those who are looking to have luxurious experience.

The staff was amazing, always smiling , welcoming and helpful. Mohammed Ramadan at the reception, Ayman , Mahmoud , Basyouny and Taha at the restaurants. Ayman made my day by the making the Barbarian tea 🍵 in the morning. The place is very organized, spotlessly clean. The scent at the lobby is refreshing. They offer a good variety of food in the main restaurant. Fruits are fresh and delicious 😋 They serve authentic egyptian food which I really enjoyed. The beach ⛱️ is a piece of heaven and is very good for swimming 🏊‍♀️, not deep.

The depth of the pool is not suitable for older kids. It's either too shallow or too deep. The spa staff are not professional.

The hotel facilities are very-well maintained. I totally recommend this hotel if you want to have a luxurious and relaxing experience. The 7 nights I stayed at the Baron Palace were one of the best times I’ve ever experienced in travelling, we booked the Standard Room, super comfortable and ALWAYS very clean, and with an amazing view over the pool and the sea. The hotel facilities are beautiful , and the service is amazing - all team members served us in a memorable good way! Thanks to the reception staff, the super kind waiters at the Red Sea restaurant (they even remembered what we wanted to drink every time!), the pool staff that were also always making sure we had everything we needed (drinks, towels,…), the animation team always so smiley. We were really surprised, we didn’t expect to be so well taken care of. I recommend it highly.

-you need to improve the food taste -you need to make the facilities for everyone not -only for foreigners as you are not allowed the BURKINI in certification time at the days which is so ridiculous!!! - you need to have entertainment program during the weekdays as well not only weekends

If you want a place full of love , hospitality, peace, having you honeymoon, delicious food, then baron palace is the place for all of these dreams , what’s more is the sea and the pool are so beautiful too 👍🏻

The only thing i have objection on is the borkeni unfair judge because it’s not logic to give a beautiful view for some and some no , if someone needs something special or have a problem to join the bikeni people here we can get a solution and tellem that there is other side for borkeni but itsnot fair to take all borkeni people to other pool with unsatsfied view , i wish you can change that 🙏🏻

Pools were beautiful. The beach had soft sand and was very spacious. When in the sea I was surrounded by lots of colourful fish, great to bring a snorkel or goggles. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Layout of the resort was nice and design was exceptional. Very large resort that was quiet. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (shoutout to our waiter Mahmoud) . Particularly the Indian a la carte restaurant was very tasty. If you’re bored you can take a 30 min Uber to the Hurghada Marina for 160-200 EGP for a nice walk and restaurants. Also 30 min away from the airport so grabbing an Uber was also easy (250 EGP). If you want to go to Gouna it’s 1hr away, make sure you have a reservation there so they let you into the area (sometimes having a foreign passport helps).

Lack of entertainment. They do have activities during the day at the pool like water sports and yoga and kids activities. But the evening entertainment wasn’t good. Belly dancer night was embarassing. It felt like they brought just anyone to entertain tourists. The resort needs more ambiance and to feel like you’re actually in Egypt. We were asked multiple times daily for feedback and about our stay, was a bit much. Better to be asked once at end of stay!

good service during our stay. fantastic, smiling and nice staff and they were very helpful all the way. we enjoyed the pool only for adults with heated water. quiet and nice area

that it was impossible to reach the hotel before we came for some questions we had, nobody answered our phone calls, we tried 4 times to call, no answer. very high prices for local wine. two glass cost more (egp 500) than 3 litre (or 4 bottles, egp 450) outside. and only local wine was available in glass. kopi of beverages noted to the room should be mandatory, should not be needed to ask for this every time.
