Service (Ahmed helped me to make our stay amazing🤩) location and eye for detail made us feel like royalty 👑! If you have the time I sincerely recommend booking a sunset sail trip on the " bride of the nile"! Captain Hammam and crew will take good care of you and this made our trip unforgettable 👍🏻😎

Balcony was a bit narrow but the view made up for it!

My stay at the Steigenberger Resort Achti in Luxor, Egypt, was fantastic! The service from the staff was top-notch, especially Fares, the receptionist, who made sure everything went smoothly. Despite the rooms looking a bit dated, they were super clean, and I felt really comfortable throughout my stay. Definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Luxor!

Good safe clean resort with polite and helpful staff

Nino restaurant needs improvement in quality of food The hassle to walk out of resort due to pestering by taxi and horse cart drivers very upsetting.

The friendliness of 99o/o. of the staff, courteous and happy and helpful.There was just the reception manager who's attitude was disgusting.Half way through my stay I decided to extend my stay by an extra day.Now making my stay 18 days.l paid at the same time by card and with a receipt.On th 27 th day I was told to leave because I had not paid.Several hours after he acknowledged that I had in fact paid for the room and had paid for all my evening meals drinks etc .l agreed to vacate the room by 3 pm on the 18 th day and infact was phoned many times and confronted by him that I had to leave. So at 2 pm l vacated the with my luggage and sat in reception awaiting my taxi.The foyer was crowed when l, 80years old was confronted by the same person and asked to pay 150 e pounds for a package of nuts from the tray in my room. He ruined what was a fantastic stay and he enjoyed his attempt to humiliate me. However three days later I am remembering the other fantastic staff.

The staff was the highlight of our stay: everyone was extremely professional and kind. In 4 nights they got to know us and our orders, plus they offered us some lovely little extras (dessert, fruit). The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and upon request we received anything we might need: from slippers to extra body lotion the staff was ready to adjust to our needs. The courtyard on the nile just made everything better.

The room is pretty average for the cost of it, don't expect luxury. The wifi worked fine on my devices but was constantly spotty for my companion, and unfortunately the hotel was not able to fix it. So, fine but hit and miss.

This was a beautiful location. We spent two days just lying by the pool and watching the river. The staff were lovely and the view from the room was great. Great choice at breakfast and dinner buffets and we both really enjoyed everything we ate.

The doors to the rooms could be a bit more soundproof. It seemed that people were quite loud walking up and down the corridor at night and early morning. And housekeeping knocking on other doors in the morning sounded like they were knocking on our own door as the sound carried. Maybe a quiet time could be introduced at unsociable hours? But a very small suggestion to what was otherwise a lovely stay!

I loved the location right next to the Nile and away from the hustle and bustle of a city centre. the Nile view was exceptional from the room and the greenery around the hotel.

some of the staff were just not helpful. we were leaving at 5 30 in the morning and all we wanted was a cup of coffee from a vending machine which the waiter used but they said no it opens at 6. it was just not warm and friendly

the staff are very cooperative, smily and helpful specially the very nice man beside the main swimming pool...

the television channels were very limited and not clear...even after we asked for repairing this, the technicion could not improve it and said it is a cable problem specially affecting the garden view room like our rooms and promised to inform the administration to improve this but no thing was done regarding this issue till we left... Another problem was in the bathroom where we found difficulty in draining the water of the bathtub...
