Staff were attentive and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast options were abundant. Location (although far from downtown Cairo) had many restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance. number of facilities were available, such as a swimming pool and gym, but we unfortunately did not get an opportunity to use.

The hotel took wrong prepayment of our stay, and after chasing them and booking.com and sending all the documents/ screenshots, I was still chasing (2 months+) for my refund even though they agreed to a refund. In the end, I had to claim back the money through my credit card company, so beware if they wrong amount is charged- it will take you forever!

the location very far from the hotel and vibrant places in Cairo. However, it is near the pyramids and new and trendy shopping malls and restaurants and cafes. I tried to book a pyramid tour with the hotel they helped but it was ridiculously pricy and not worth the value of the trip. I recommend to improve their concierge bookings to addd an organized pyramids trips with everything clear in advance from A to Z.

New, spacious room, clean, next to shopping complex with heaps of restaurants. friendly front staff. Amenities in the room is also great, usually I don’t use hotel shampoo but I could use all provided by the hotel.

Far from all the landmarks of Cairo, my parents room could hear banging noises all day and night and we realized they were renovating the lower floor.

I’ve been traveling all around the world, and tried many hotels, but this hotel experience was exceptional. First of all, they implemented ALL of my requests that i sent them weeks before my arrival. During my whole stay, I had no room issues or maintenance issues which you sometimes face in some other 5 stars hotels. The a/c and room equipments worked properly. Its a very clean hotel, clean rooms, clean towels, Extremely friendly & helpful staff, from all hotel areas (security, reception, hotel cleaners, room service, restaurant staff: from waiters to chefs to the lady baking in breakfast buffet area to restaurant managers), all around staff were so delightful to deal with, kind, decent & very sweet. You really see from their looks & face expressions that they want to help u and make ur stay as comfortable & happy as it can be. Hotel also has a Perfect location, next to Arkan Mall with many lovely restaurants and cafes and nice few shops. I loved the safety in this hotel, when I arrived with uber the security checked the car with a trained dog. Made me feel so safe especially as a single young lady staying alone in hotel. When electricity/power shuts down in cairo, it doesn’t affect this hotel cause they have generators. Thanks for making me relax and feel content & fully satisfied during my stay at Crowne Plaza West Cairo🙏🏻

Everything was perfect in a way that i decided to stay in it next time when i visit Cairo. I just wish if they add spa room with steam room, sauna & Jacuzzi. That’s it! Otherwise, everything is perfect:)

The friendliness of the team was always helpful whenever we had a request, security was great, and we always felt safe (an important factor during these times) Michael at the Front Desk was a significant help, extremely approachable and understanding of our needs and the long travel we had done. Iliyana and Omnia (excuse me if I've misspelt names) made the morning even better at breakfast with their warm smiles, excellent service, and helpful attitudes. The Coffee was awesome! We liked being greeted by friendly faces and big smiles from the cleaning team of Abdlfattah and Maha. Importantly, our rooms were always well-looked-after and clean. Thank you!

Not Applicable: there was a large group of us, and we arrived at different times so we would have been a difficult bunch, but the Crown Plaza team were very helpful and made the experience optimal. I'll book in again for my next trip.

From arrival fhe staff were super friendly and accommodating. Mirette was super sweet checking us in. The staff are very well trained, the hotel is very modern and clean, and also surrounded by amazing cafes and restaurants in Arkan area. The gym was also out of this world. There was a confusion on our end with the breakfast we thought it was included in the package we booked and the staff and manager Mahmoud again were incredibly friendly and waived off the fee.. An impressive experience overall that we won’t forget.

Being a part of the Arkan Plaza, the hotel is conveniently located in a very dynamic hub with multiple café, touristic shops, salons, supermarkets, and a cinema. Exceptional level of cleanliness and comfort. The team (particularly Zeyad and Mariam) in no time supported me with all the requests I had. The roof's top infiniti swimming pool is very clean with the constant presence of the lifeguards. The background music requires a separate appreciation ;) If there is a chance I ever travel to Cairo again, i will not search for any other option to stay in.
