Since we had meetings at Smart Village, the location was excellent. All the staff were professional and extra caring. We rented a car with a driver wfrom the hote to go to our meetings and it was a very easy process and the car was in wonderful condition and very comfortable! We also had a business lunch and the food was really good and the presentation amazing. We would definitely stay there again!

My favorite part about this hotel is the customer service, this place has such a great family atmosphere. Their customer service is outstanding.

Not much to not like. Everything was very nice during my stay. If anything, the only thing I didn't like was not staying here sooner. Hyatt Regency really did an outstanding job.

This hotel is thoroughly modern and really well-situated for the typical tours that you would want to do in this part of Egypt. Outside of the centre of Cairo, there is less pollution and the transfer time to the historic sites is much less than if you were to stay in the heart of the city. It is also well-placed for visits to the new Mall of Egypt, a vast and very new shopping mall with late opening. The hotel has great facilities, was very clean and is good value for this quality of hotel. The food was delicious: breakfast was plentiful, fresh and included a good selection of cooked food, pastries, cereals, fruits, etc. We ate a pool-side lunch on a couple of occasions which was also fantastic. In the evening, we had a lot of choice between a couple of different restaurants, including buffet or a la carte ordering. Whatever we ate was well-prepared and extremely tasty. However, the most compelling reason to stay at this hotel is the staff: to a person, they were brilliant. Never before have we stayed in a hotel where we have been treated so well by the staff. All of them were super-keen to help and ensure that our stay was as good as it could possibly be. This was true of the front desk staff (Mahmoud, Merna and others), the wonderful Nadine (Guest Relations), the waiting staff (several Mohameds, Ahmed and others), the housekeeping (Faisal and others) and the pool team (Mansour and others). I would highly recommend this hotel and only wish that all of the other hotels that I stay in would have staff that were even half as motivated, helpful and friendly as the ones that we met at the Hyatt Regency Cairo West.

Everything was lovely - it was a pity to leave!

Amazing staff, rooms and breakfast! I stayed there for my friend's birthday, Sana from Guest Relations got us a celebration cake and the reception and housekeeping made up the room with balloons and happy birthday sign. My friend absolutely loved it. We stayed 3 in the king room and it was perfect size for us, with enough room for us to have a pleasant dinner in the room. The food was amazing, both with room service and the breakfast.

Location was further than I expected from Sheikh Zayed, but everything we need was easily delivered. The hotel itself has market inside and outside for a lot of things.

Loved every single thing about this hotel… The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The pool was great really enjoyed it and our stay was wonderful. Full security especially the dog we loved Kalabsh .. The quality of breakfast was excellent for the full stay … everything was exceptional ♥️😍 thanx to Mohamed Ibrahim in the receptionist who was very helpful and welcoming.. will be coming back for sure … our experience in this hotel was beyond what we expected 😍👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 100%.

Upon arrival of our stay April 2-8-23, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They are professional, welcoming, kind, attentive, and helpful. Our pyramid view room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. This is a beautiful hotel and has a nice clean smell. Breakfast was included in our room price. Very good freshly made omelets. Fresh fruit and juices, very good cappuccino. Great room service. Excellent Spa services. Check in/out was smooth. Thank you to all the staff for an exceptional stay.

I liked everything , with all details from the receptionist, the room ,luxurious furniture, butler service and all details it’s perfect.

EXCEPTIONAL is the word for this hotel. I'd like to mention staff members: Waleed Salama, my room attendant (i forgot her name), ehab Moheb - Front Desk, the chefs n waitresses incl. , John Ahwad, Salma Tarek, Ahmed Ammar, and there are more to be complimented but I just didnt get their names. Customer Service far exceeds other hotels. They aim to please every customer at all levels. The only dilemma is the location - - too far from the common districts of souvenir shopping but I'm sure after all construction is completed - this hotel will be close to everything what tourists are looking for while they are in Cairo.

location - not conducive to walking to restaurants & shops. have to take uber or other means of transportation.

Everything was good (Rooms, staff and facilities) all were very good.

Two things: - I have requested capsule for coffee machine and the staff told me "there will be charge, we serve the capsule only for first day" - Secondly, one of the staff opened the room in the evening without knocking the door and the room were cleaned already in the morning. Even if I forgot to put do not disturb sign, they should knock the door.

The hotel really exceeded our expectations. Upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. We were given the Spa suite which is so relaxing and has its own private sauna and jacuzzi :) Staff members are super friendly, extremely welcoming and helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I particularly loved the interior design of this hotel with its zen nautical accents and calming and neutral color scheme. This hotel is highly recommended.
