The staff and the restaurant were excellent

Limited out door space. You have to pay to get the daily wifi connection!!!

- The friendly staff, always concerned about how you feel, always eager to explain meals/history/surroundings to you - The amazing food, mix of intercontinental and arabic => no food poisionning, various tasty meals, a lot of choices - The pool side with a snack bar next to it, always helpful - The cleaning service of the room every morning (with stunning animals made of towels on the bed :))

The additional bed was a bit "raw" and spoiled but nothing serious (the mattress was nice to sleep 10 hours straight on it) A bit disappointing that we had to pay for the spa services (it should be stated somewhere) If you do not play golf, forget about having a nice walk around as it is strickly for the players (and walking outside the complex is dusty and busy)

All the staff at this hotel were lovely and incredibly welcoming! It's your standard 'Hilton hotel'. Bit of an 'old american chain' feel to it if that makes sense. Room was a tad bit dated, but the bed was comfortable and the rooms were large with a great balcony/view! We went with friends and they had their room upgraded, we were able to see what their room looks like and there is a massive difference between the bottom-tier 'standard' rooms we had, and the next level up rooms. Would absolutely recommend upgrading if you can, the newer rooms are really nice!

The hotel is beautiful, and I enjoyed it after my wedding ceremony. They welcomed me with the best hospitality, especially Ms. Nada in the reservations department. She did the necessary arrangements and went above and beyond.

So relaxing , no noise , facilities is nice , view wonderful on the golf Staff are so friendly from enterance to room Nada from the receiption such wonderful stuff and very helpful Really enjoyed and fit for family , couple , group etc.

The staff were thoroughly helpful and extremely nice. We had a bit of a hiccup with breakfast but, they worked really hard to not make it an issue for us. The setting was beautiful and it was thoroughly relaxing. Especially the jacuzzi bath. Every member of the hotel team went out of their way to make us feel very welcome and safe. We had a few minor issues, but the hotel team sorted all of them out immediately. There was a great ambiance and it felt very festive. Fabulous time, we will be back

Minor bits really. Not enough towels for all guests but they did sort that out when they were informed. Slightly dated decor in the room, made it feel a little dark. Jacuzzi bath had moldy stuff coming out of the jets at the beginning. Our biggest issue was the lack of options for vegetarian guests.

Rooms were overlooking the pool which was great, lovely balcony and large room. Complimentary fruit was a nice surprise and eaten by the kids! Bathroom was average but spacious. Hotel itself is large and spread out nicely. Lots of shops to get necessities from. Breakfast is excellent with fresh varieties. Swimming pool was really lovely, very large and lots of play space for kids. Pool food was great. The life guard at the Pool called Ahmed was amazing and helped us for a long time looking for a lost earring. Great member of staff! He made the pool time more enjoyable and really went out of his way to be helpful and friendly.

The dinner buffet is very over priced and I saw many people getting takeaways and ordering in. 600LE each is a lot in Egyptian prices and we were a party of 12. It doesn’t seem logical when the price of the room is so affordable. It feels like simply over pricing and dinner always looked quiet. The pool side service isn’t really there so you have to go to the bar and ask. The staff are lovely and helpful but I feel their set up/staffing levels doesn’t help them give great service.
