The staff was very professional although my reservation was processed wrong Gabriel and Beatris they both tried to help me with my reservation issues and tried to make my stay pleasant. Big thanks to Mrs. NORMITA she was always very nice and professional, she kept my room very clean. Better yet every morning I see her coming up the elevator she always gave us a big goodmorning smile and made our day very pleasant. GRACIAS NORMITA

My room was ok, although we had confortable beds the very first night my bed sheets were dirty, but l I informed at the front desk and they came in and changed them right away. The desk light outlet wasn't working properly and I had go buy me a 5 way electricity outlet to charged my family devices. The walls were stained and dirty more attention on little details like that a fresh coat of paint can make the difference. A small coffee maker could of be nice at my staying since I love to drink coffee all the time I had to cook my water in the microwave and it was a hassle. My bathroom had ants other than that I think I'd a great stay.

I traveled with my children 19,16,14 and 9yr, stayed from June 21-July 4th, I liked the fact that it had a swimming pool, my 9year old enjoyed it very much and my older one enjoyed the exercise room too, I also liked the variety of the breakfast they had for every day of our stay. I had to booked it for two rooms because every time I tried to find a family room this hotel did not had that option, the cleaning lady was friendly and I liked the security of the hotel and the location was good too, Galeria, Metrocentro and other places were close by, we only paid five to have taxi take us there, (the hotel has a specific uber company that they call when you need a taxi) we also had different restaurants deliver us dinner to this location, also there is a grocery store near by.

My daughters ended up complaining about a construction company on the other side of the hotel that was bit loud some times, some people that stay next to their room were loud too, I wished my daughters had been placed next to my room, the dry cleaning can be expensive and the hotel doesn't offer washing machine, they would wash your cloth but would charge a fee for every garment and for five people it can get pretty expensive.

Clean and comfortable room. The first room we were given overlooked the road and was noisy so we asked to be moved. Luckily they had a room available facing the garden which suited us better.

Our room had a kitchenette with a microwave but no dishes, glasses or cutlery!

The breakfast was good. Everyday I see one or two things different.

The first two days, it was to noisy. I think you need to communicate to the customers that there are other people who are sleeping and to keep their voice as quit as they can be.

For the price range, this hotel is a solid choice and very good value. I had everything that I needed. There was a pool, which I didn’t get a chance to use. However, there seemed to be some families enjoying themselves. I loved that the room had a microwave and fridge. The WiFi and A/C worked well. The room itself was pretty spacious. The staff really tried to help me with anything that I asked for, which I really appreciated. They also spoke English, which was nice.

The structure of the building is a little weird. The toilet in my room was located right below a low slope in the ceiling. Every time I had to use the bathroom, I almost hit my head trying to get to the toilet because the ceiling sloped so low. I’m very short too (only 5 ft), so I can’t imagine how taller people may feel. Breakfast was the same every day too (typical Salvadorian breakfast of eggs, cheese, beans, bread, plantains, fruit), so a little more variety would be nice.

I liked almost about everything, but I do think a restaurant service would have been nice. We were interested in eating lunch and it was not available as a service.

The breakfasts were abundant and tasty with a Salvadoran cuisine. The staff was responsive to our requests for taxis and allowed reservations for friends to join us for breakfasts,. Beautiful garden area for quiet conversation and reading.

The towels were well-used and even threadbare.

The room was pretty good and clean the staff member of the Friday night was amazing!

But the one on Saturday morning not to good... we have an issue with put alarm and wake up at 10:22 am we call to see if we can get breakfast or at leats something but the staff person was kind of rude

Breakfast Menu needs to be inclusive of American Food like pancakes, waffles, ham, bacon, hash browns etc.

The place is very clean and quiet and everything is within short distance. You can go anywhere within minutes. The food was excellent and the staff very very friendly. I loved it.

The only thing is the shower doors. It only has one shower for that doesn’t slide and the floor gets wet.
