The breakfast buffet was really good, plenty of options to choose from. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room I booked was very spacious.

In general the room needs modernising. The bathroom in the room was smaller than expected for a room that size (premium suite). The tv reception on both tvs in the bedroom and lounge were bad, with all channels effected by static. The air conditioning unit in the main room was not working. The kitchen area would be more useful if cutlery and plates were provided.

The hotel was located in a great area and the staff were incredibly nice and friendly.

Overall I guess the rooms were a bit outdated and need some renovations done, nevertheless it was comfortable and all the amenities worked ok. The room smelled a bit like something coming up from the drainage in the bathroom. The bathroom could've been a little cleaner in my opinion and the rug in the room was coming off making it easy to trip over.

The place is really clean, even if the furniture is quiet old fashioned we can see that it's well maintained. The pool is not too cold so I got to enjoy it and it was great, we can easily tan as well there. The building itself is nice and the garden as well. The common room are warm and full of plants and decorated with good taste. The breakfast was perfect we have so many choices. I had a suite with a kitchenette, very simple but useful to cook especially dish with the microwave. I like the fact that we could open the windows in the room and not noisy at all at night, so really great to spend a relaxing time. The room was big and with enough lights, even if dark with the painting of the furniture and the wall. Two TV and that was wonderful with the possibility of HDMI as well if you wanna watch movies in the evening after a long discovery day. The bed was so so comfortable and the sheets very clean. Staff people at restaurant and shops are genuinely nice and polite.

About the staff people at the hotel reception I will say that the youngers one (one woman with light/blond hair and a men) are not friendly and professional enough to know how to speak to the customers and that's very important. We already can't see their smile on their face with the mask so at least they should learn how to speak patiently and be more understandable which is not the case. The hotel is quiet pricey and for a certain category of customers so it's very important. Well if they had any renovations that should be happening the most important I guess is the carpet in the room, this is not beautiful and it gets dirty very easily and even bring some allergies with the dust.

we asked specifically if we can pay with the amount was hold for open credit for the room cost and drinks (since the hotel got over 500 $ on hold). We were told that it will be possible when we checked in, but at the checkout we were told it’s not possible.

The suite exceeded my expectations for the price that I paid. The staff is friendly and VERY accommodating. Big shoutout to Yesenia and Jonathan for helping with planning and getting transportation for activities in the area. The location was great, in comparison to other places I was considering staying. And THAT BREAKFAST- I can’t find the right words to describe it right now but just know, I woke up at 5:30 every morning in anticipation of eating breakfast! Lol

A few fixtures in the shower needs to be replaced. And since they have a daily cleaning services, they should consider replenishing water everyday as well.

Roberto and Jonathan were spectacular…… they made this visit so easy taking care of every question and concern we had as well as translating for us at any time….. they truly made us feel like family….. I wish I could give this places ten stars instead of just five……. The buffet breakfast was delicious everyday our room were cleaned spotless daily. I really appreciate every member of the staff during our stay they were truly amazing.

Breakfast was great, delicious buffet and service was excelent, staff very serviceful oriented and friendly... Soraya Puro (weitress) was fantastic.

Evrrything was fine at check in the lady at registration desk (Rocio) very serviceful and friendly.... Once I got to my room and tried to call the operator or front desk never got to answered the phone, needed room service the operator no one ever answered, 1 answer of 10 times I called

I really like the rooms,breakfast buffet everything was excellent exceeded my expectations.

What I did not like was the management of checking the day I arrived, I did not know if it was one line or several and many people got in between, a complete mess. I hope that the next time it will be different.

Convenience and friendly service. Art exhibition in lobby, artwork by many Salvadoran artists among them; Miguel Angel Ramirez, Milton Pocasangre and Marcela Carranza just to mention a few . This was a plus !
