Parking was in a different tower, so you had to use the lift, walk over to a different tower (30m), and use another elevator to get to the loft. so with too much luggage is annoying, and there are no racks like in a hotel to help take everything at once. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped

This property is in a secure building with 24 hour security staff. It is very central to tourist sites such as Cerro San Cristóbal which was @ 1.5km easy walk. It has a large supermarket next to it out the rear doors which was very handy for weary travelers. The apartment is roomy enough for 2 people with great internet access. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The kitchen is barely fitted out with two plates, knifes, forks, glasses and tea cups. They do not supply a tea towel for drying dishes or a kitchen sink plug so you cannot wash your dishes without trying to locate somewhere to buy one. The bathroom sink does not have a plug either so again you have trouble if you want to fill the sink to wash your face. There is a lot of city traffic and pedestrian noise at night so if you are a light sleeper you may have issues. It didn't affect us.

The hotel was awesome. The location was very good, easy to find, central and close to several restaurants and markets. The staff took care of our bags when we arrived and gave us information all the time. We were granted free breakfast, which could be a little diverse every day, but hey, how can we complain about something free.

To be honest the shower was a very poor experience. very small, inside a very small, slippery bathtub and too low in height. I´m 1,79m. A taller person would have a bad time showering there.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and able to help me when I was looking for something or translate for me when I had a problem with the transport. The location is very central. The room was simple, clean and well maintained. The place was secure. I would definitely stay there again, in fact I’ve already booked a room for my return to Santiago before flying home to Australia.

the include breakfast was very basic (sandwich in a box). I think it would be better to not include breakfast and discount the price a little. But I found some great places close by for breakfast

Staff were friendly and offered us the option of having a room with a view, or a room with daily cleaning and a simple breakfast. So we chose the former and had a gorgeous view of Santa Lucia Hill from the tiny balcony.

The bathroom is pretty basic. You will need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Wifi wasn’t secured but worked pretty well.

Super comfortable apartment with a great location near the center and restaurants. Mind that there is just enough kitchen equipment for two, nevertheless just enough. Felt very safe, and the laundry next door was also a great plus. Staff was so friendly, they were always willing to help, just ask and they'll help you. They made our stay :) Also very nice that they are fluent in English. We try our best with Spanish, but communication was smoother thanks to this. Did not expect to get this much for this price, great quality!

Everything was great: the super friendly and accommodating staff, the ideal location, the spacious loft, the cleanliness, the comfort. We will definitely come back if we're in Santiago again.

Nothing we didn't like, but if you have a foreign credit card, be aware that it might not work here so you better have some cash in dollars to pay your stay because if you pay in pesos, you'll have to add the 19% VAT to the price of your booking.

great location and facilities, convenient kitchenette, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—especially with storing our bag, lending us an adaptor, and helping us do our laundry. also an unexpected box breakfast!

confusing additional $20 hold charge at check-in—the hotel never actually charged us, but it created sone confusion. no one seems to respond to messages through booking.com

The staff at the front desk were so kind and helpful! They also spoke English so that was great. The room was big with a kitchenette, a balcony and AC. Best of all the bed was big and very comfortable! Location was good as it is very close to the city center and walking distance to most sites. Good food and bars around as well but not directly next to the hotel so it is quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again!

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Good location in central Santiago, next to Cerro Santa Lucia and Lastarria, 10 mins walk to Plaza de Armas, and 5 mins to the nearest metro station. Apartment is well equipped with cooking facility and living room. Plenty of restaurants, as well as supermarkets, in the vicinity.
