I went there with my family and we had a great stay. The room was very big, comfortable and clean. It had a gigantic TV. The internet connection in the hotel was very good. The staff was super friendly and always very nice to help and solve situations. The breakfast was fantastic with gluten and dairy free options. While the hotel is far from the city center, it is 2 min away from the M4 metro line which will take you to the city center in less than 10 min. For ya the location was quite convenient as it is also close to a museum called The Experimentarium which is awesome. Definitely a hotel I will return if I go to Copenhague.

Modern good quality hotel in very good location, particularly for cruise passengers. City centre only 15 mins by metro and cruise terminal shuttle bus only 5 mins walk from hotel. Good quality breakfast buffet.

Booked superior room for 2 adults and 1 child, clearly shown in confirmation. When we arrived at hotel found that all occupants were expected to sleep in same bed as it was a super king size. If a bed was required for child an additional £35 would require to be paid. For a hotel of this standard I consider this to be totally unacceptable. Only other downside is there is little choice of restaurants close by.

The accommodation is very nice and is located close to the above-ground Orientkaj metro station. The rooms had a cool walk-in shower and a comfy bed. The personnel was friendly and polite. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with varied options.

Nice and clean hotel in a quite neighborhood . The room is clean with comfortable bed. Despite being too small, the room has all what you need: (kettle, ironing machine, ...etc). The staff are super nice. The lobby is spacious which somehow compensates for the small room 😂 The value for the money is good (compared to Copenhagen hotels 😅) There is an AC which is not bad. The location was perfect for me. There is a metro station nearby (named Orientkaj) around only 2 min walking from the hotel. Using it you can easly get to the city center using the M4 blue line. The city center is between the 4th (Kongens Nytrov Station) stop and 6th stop (Copenhagen Central). Also there a free shuttle bus to the Cruise Terminal. You just need to go out of the hotel and wave your hand for the 1st yellow bus passing.

Nothing major, however it felt that hotels in Copenhagen are expensive compared to international prices. The room is too tiny if you are interested in economic one. The bathroom door has no lock !

Spacious room, big windows, very friendly staff, quiet location.

You can acces only your floor by elevator, so if you travel with friends that stay at different floors, is bad. NO USB charging in the rooms or adaptors provided to borrow.

oh everything! Nice design, with all the thoughtful touches, green “islands” around the hotel. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are cozy, clean and functional. The lounge area is very relaxing. Breakfast is absolutely superb. Great variety and made with love. we were a bit worried about location but it’s just perfect. 2 mins aways is a subway station and probably in 10 mins you are in the city center.

A few-day visit to Copenhagen with overnight stays at the Comwell hotel is a great idea to combine a business trip with a tourist one. The hotel is well connected with the city, and at the same time it is located in the developing post-industrial port district, which is constantly changing. So you can come back here from time to time and observe these changes :) The hotel is comfortable and gives you the opportunity to both work and active rest after finishing work. The breakfast buffet offers many different organic culinary solutions. Thanks to this, everyone will find something suitable and tasty.

It’s clean. Right next to the last station on the line. Easy to get back into the city. Also, the light in my room started to blink, and the reception was happy to move my room around, as there was no service person available. Wifi was great also. Very Modern look at feel to the Hotel.

Not many things wrong, but... The lady cleaning my room was rushing me out of the room before the 11am check out time. You can’t be knocking on my door by 10:02 and tapping your wrist to tell me to get going. Not cool. Also, the breakfast spread wasn’t the best (For me) …but you’d love it if you appreciate different kinds of breads and sauces, cheeses and some fruits to go with them. A lot of people seemed to love it. Also note that every service is paid for… coffee included (outside of the inclusive breakfast), as they don't have those in the rooms.

Perfect location: you can reach downtown either with tube or waterbus. Very comfortable hotel, with client oriented staff.

I read many varied reviews of this place so I was a little apprehensive, however, I thought it was excellent and had absolutely nothing to complain about. The room was one of the quietest I've experienced, the staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast had plenty of great options and the guests staying were all very well behaved! It was literally 1 min walk from the metro and you could get to many central places quickly and easily. All in all a fantastic stay

I honestly can't think of anything...there is nothing around the hotel but it doesn't really matter as the metro can get you somewhere like the next stop down which has restaurants and shops, in about 2 mins
