Great location, just a short drive to town and other surrounding attractions.

Night staff wasn't very pleasant or informative. Breakfast crew on the second day, didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Breakfast on the 1st day was delicious. 2nd day was dry, overcooked biscuits with hard, undercooked potatoes.

everything here was fantastic EXCEPT the indoor pool. primary reason I booked this place was for the pool. This was my daughter’s mini birthday getaway and she loves to swim. unfortunately the pool was horribly cold. I’ve never experienced an indoor pool being kept so cold in the winter. and on top of that there were no towels available in the atrium. we requested some and it took the staff 20 minutes to bring any in. I know the pool may seem like a small issue but it’s frustrating when that was the main reason I chose this place

Just came for 1 night. The breakfast was amazing! The best part was the pool and breakfast Also extremely nice lobby and eating areas!

Tvs didn't work, but when they did it was like infomercials on all the channels.TVs didn't work well so pretty much said forget it and kept them turned off..The room could of be alot cleaner from the floors to the curtains! For white sheets on the beds, last thing you wanna see when you pull back the covers are stains everywhere!! The AC in didn't seem to be working right stayed very warm during the night mainly!

This hotel was designed in a very interesting way! Clear elevator, open"halls" - it creates a really cool atmosphere! Not to mention the bed was DIVINE! So comfortable! Every member of staff that I spoke to was very professional and considerate throughout our entire stay!

Because these are suites, there is a "living room" and a "bedroom." There are windows that look out from the living room to the inside of the hotel - which creates a dangerous situation if the curtains are cracked even a little. Everyone passing by can see right into your room. It just made me feel like I was in a fishbowl, even with using hair clips to keep the curtains closed tight.

Book on line requested a early checkin call the morning of too see if the request was granted and was told yes,arrive at the hotel a hour after speaking with the staff 9:00am and was told the room isn’t ready to try back at 2:00 I totally understand early check ins are not guaranteed but confirming that we could cause a lot of problems for my family, We had to change in the lobby restrooms, I was forced to Complete a job assignment in the car for privacy….Other than that everything else was GREAT 😊

Level of Communication

The staff were so friendly, the rooms are large, clean and hot ready to serve breakfast is always a plus.

I stayed at the hotel over a decade ago and not much has changed which is cool but also not at the same time. The fountain no longer functions, the rooms have not been upgraded in any way and the rooms were significantly more expensive than those of surrounding hotels. the hotel is truly exactly as I remembered which is great for nostalgia but I did expect now owned by the Hilton, a bit of upgrades.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast staff was so helpful and friendly, and we really appreciated the positive attitudes, they were contagious! Our room was nice and the pool was a good size and actually heated. My young daughter and I had a blast!

Our only issue was not being able to pay cash for our reservation at checkout like we'd been told we would be able to do. We had limited ways to make that work at short notice and did, but it would have been nice to just be able to pay how we'd been told we could originally.

We stayed here 2 nights during the middle of the week and had a great time! Upon check in the suite was spotless! One of the best things Hilton offers is the Hilton Honors App so we could pick our room a day before check in, bypass the front desk, and use our phone as the room key! The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating! Our king suite was super comfy! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Embassy Suites!

Rubber curtains were torn and need replacing

The breakfast and overall cleanliness was wonderful. Bartender gals should learn to be alittle nicer if they want tips. Easy checkout. Happy hour was limited but nice. Breakfast staff was A+!!

Parking was difficult at times! Upon check in we were charged $65 plus additional than what our booking service confirmed it as. The lady at check in told me I had to call the booking company or I could find somewhere else to stay. Kinda felt like a part of the old bait and switch swindle. So upon walking in the door and starting a special weekend for us, we were upset.

We were surprised that was had a separate seating area in the front that had a door that closed the bedroom off like a little home. We enjoyed that the water was extremely hot. The breakfast buffet was an added bonus with the free happy hour drinks from 5-7pm

The buffet needed more variety. The breakfast was subpar at best in some days. Mrs. V in the omlette station is awesome though! The hostel spa didn't have any openings when we were there, although there was a lot of reunions and bachelorette parties so i assume they took all the spots. Not the hotels fault.
