The parking spot was close.

I didn’t like that the sheets were dirty. I didn’t like that the door didn’t have the seal around the door frame so all the noise and outside de light came into the room. It wasn’t even 11am yet and the room cleaners kept knocking 😡 and talk near the door and we walked out they were waiting by the door it was so uncomfortable.

Amazing location located a short walk away from the beach and close to santa monica for extra activities. Parking was free with the stay. Clean and comfy rooms with friendly staff that are always willing to help. Complimentary coffee in the mornings 😁

The only issue we found was that there were no blinds and due to the window being on the path we couldn't let any natural light in without opening up our privacy. Very small issue

Loved the location. Staff was exceedingly polite and courteous. Super cute courtyard. Although it's off a major throughway, you couldn't hear the traffic. Parking (first come first serve) is for free (yay!!). Gelson's and several food options around the corner, and -- best of all -- the beach is only 15 minutes walking -- again past great food options. One of the nicer parts of the beach in the area, too. Internet is super fast. The rooms are cute but not particularly spacious. The fridge functions well. Loved the interior design. Really enjoyed our stay.

Carpet needs to be replacement (too many ppl have walked over it with streets shoes, going barefoot in the room is not recommended).

Room was neat and tidy and I TRULY appreciate that the new mgt and ownership have put some love into the property. Fresh paint, trimmed bushes and clean area. The location is a 10min walk to the beach and Main St as well as some other good eats within a 5min walk too. Good job guys! Everyone was SUPER nice too

The room was comfortable and clean. Brand new mini fridge. Great bed and towels. Nice young man at check in. He gave us a room on first floor so we didn’t have to carry our bicycles up stairs. Short walk to Gelson’s market for food, drinks and ice

No ice machine. No coffee maker in the room. The road is very busy. Lots of traffic noise almost all night long.

In contrast to many reviews, there was AC. The room is not particular big but definitely big enough, even for a group of 4 people. Everything was clean and the property made a good impression. The location is easily accesible by car and pretty close to the beach. The value for the price is excellent!

The parking lot is a little bit small and it happend that it was full when we came back. But you can also find parking in the neighborhood.

The staff were extremely kind, didn't arrive until 3am and Customer Service came right away to let us in room, they also stored our luggage for the day so we could tour Santa Monica and enjoy the Hop on Hop off bus tour!

Nicely located and within a walking distance of Santa Monica and Venice beach. Host was pleasent and even allowed us early check in. Hotel is indeed a bit older as I read in the reviews, but it is a fair value for money. It’s a 3 star hotel so if you expect any luxury go to 5 star and pay the price for it. As simple as that. We stayed 1 night and felt safe walking around and there was planty of fast food and restaurants options near by. Place had everything we needed and I definately recommend it and would stay there again.

It’s close to the road so you can hear traffic outside, but i wasn’t issue for us.

Amazing for the value. A nice small room for 1-2 people, standard TV and mini-fridge, plenty of room for suitcases, bathroom was sufficient.

Water pressure was a bit low. Room could do with new plaster & paint, and some fixtures are a bit worn.

From check in to check out- everything was on the point. The personalized service and helpful information regards the area was great from the manager. The manager also asked everyday how our day was and what we did, and asked if we required anything. The rooms were super clean and well looked after. The location is great too! Highly recommend this property.
