The location, staff , food were amazing. We had dinner at the hotel almost every night, because after spent the day in the Universal Studio snd sightseeing, we had no energy to go out in the evening. The food was delicious and the staff at the restaurant is really friendly. The location is very close to the Universal Studios and the rooms are clean with very comfortable beds. The location is also very safe especially if you are travelling with kids.

I booked a room with breakfast included. However, it does not include the whole breakfast menu. If you want other options like pancakes for example, you would need to upgrade it. It should have been explained before the booking. Additionally, when you check in, they charge a deposit, which they never remember to mention it. Not a big deal, but I’d like to know what I’m charged for before allowing it.

The bed was very comfortable, and the AC was less noisy on a low level than in the other hotels we stayed. There is a vending machine on every floor which is a good idea. (Prices are also reasonalbe) We didn't use it, but there is a free shuttle to the park.

All together our stay was very comfortable! - If you get your room from the highway side, it's loud. (wasn't a problem for us) - You can wait quite a lot in the restaurant waiting for the food you ordered. ..so order simply burger. - The hotel tried to charge me randomly. - The eight persons hot tub would be nice if it wouldn't be always full, or it would be inside in case of cold weather. - The convenient store inside the hotel is super overpriced, just like the buffet breakfast.

Price. Too many taxes and assessments. Totally unnecessary. Just corporate greed and liberal tax assessment.

The dining establishments and menus were limited. Only one restaurant during the day. They did serve breakfast and the buffet was okay. For the rest of the meals there was only one place to eat and that was in the bar. There was plenty of tables but the lunch menu was the same as dinner menu. Very limited in food selections. The chairs in the bar were in sad shape. The faux leather had worn through on the arms of the chairs and the tables had dents and scratches on them.

I was happily surprised by the hotel itself. Honestly, Sheraton is never my first choice for a hotel. I booked it because our trip was last minute, and they had a great deal going on and were much cheaper than the Hilton next door. The hotel was much more updated and clean than I thought it would be. The lobby is really nice, and the rooms are very clean and modern. The Wifi was great, and they allow you to sign in on your streaming accounts on the TV. All of the staff were lovely. They truly believe in hospitality. From the start, I was greeted by literally everyone... housekeepers, valet drivers, front desk, info desk lady, cooks, pool guy, etc. The hospitality aspect was great. You feel welcome, and everyone is willing to help out or stop and chat. We were taking a trip for my daughter's birthday. During breakfast, the staff brought her a little brownie and sang happy birthday! I have no clue how they found out, but it made her feel so special. We ate at both restaurants and also got room service a couple of times. The food was great. Don't waste your time on the à la carte items, just get the buffet for breakfast (all the à la carte items are already included, and you get more bang for your buck). The shuttle to Universal Studios is so convenient. It's right out front and comes every 10-15 minutes. There's also an app so you can track the bus locations. The line was never long either. There was a lady at the info desk who answered all of our questions about the park before we left and gave us some really good tips. I'll definitely be staying here again!

Staff is amazing, so kind and helpful. Good city view, clean and comfortable bed and the room has a nice size Free Shuttle to Universal studios, available every 10 min or so.

Location - only close to universal studios - no restaurants around, where you can walk to. So, you'll spend a lot of money with Uber or taxis. Pillows are too soft Not enough lights in the room Doesn't include breakfast A bit pricey for what they offer. They even charge for Netflix or YouTube access, more than the actual subscription

Everything, it was wonderful! Easy access to Universal. Food and service was great. Room was clean and spacious, bed was super comfy. Looking forward to a return visit!!

Bed was really comfortable. Location was on point. The amenities were really great too with the pool and hot tub. Staff was really helpful.

I think if when checking in they would've told me we need to pay for parking. All they said was you can use your room key to get in and out the parking garage. Nothing that we would be charged every day for it. Also in our room specifically there were a few dirty towels underneath the sink. Stuffed all the way back there. It was not a deal breaker for me but definitely good for the staff just to double check.

Decor is awesome. Hot tub and fitness center are great. Staff and housekeeping are really great.

The automation in the facility needs an upgrade. The worst is the infuriating parking gate. Never worked. Not once the entire time and I stayed for a week. The automatic doors are squeaky and the timing on them is awkward.

THE BEDS! We didn't have any body aches and it felt like we slept on soft clouds. The awesomeness of the shampoo to hand soap containers, so much better than the little products and less waste! The convenience, location and the free shuttle to Universal Studios/City Walk. The staff were so funny and nice. Valet was a great choice, a little pricey for a 2 day stay. My Mushroom gruyere omelette was so good!

We found a bag of food that was from a previous guest in a cabinet next to the fridge. I notified the front desk after by phone call. The drain cover in the shower was off and not covering the drain. It would have been nice to be on floors above the lobby but it was not bad. I like to have a nice view sometimes where possible. I didn't like that we had a short trip because we would have extended our stay. Valet a little scattered, understanding it was a little busy but we didn't know who to thank or tip and do they share the tip? They do not have complimentary breakfast. You can order from the menu or pay $29.99 for the buffet.
