The room was large and in the corner so very quiet . I arranged for another room for my brother and his wife and all was handled very smoothly. The service was wonderful.

Room could use some upgrades burn hole in curtain , sink only had hot water no plug in bathtub and whole in tile where soap dish used to be, and not enough accessible plugs for phone etc. Would have liked to have a soda and snack machine on property.

The bed was comfortable

They did not have the room we reserved. The pool had things floating all over in it.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating with me for a late check out time without charge. Room was in a quiet corner. location was on main road so easy to find event venue we were going to.

The housekeeper on the day of check out knocked and woke me up before 9 am to tell me check out was at 11:00. When I told her I had prearranged late check out she argued with me and insinuated I was lying saying" I will ask the desk because we don't do that." She was very rude. After a few minutes the lady from the front desk came to the room and verified that all was as we agreed on check in again.... she was very nice. The bathroom had a used roll of toilet paper in it, only 2 towels ,( but the desk did give me 2 more) a hole in tile wall where the soap dish used to be and the stopper for tub did not work. They should replace the bedcovers as they both had burns in them. Only 2 lamps worked and the bathroom only had half the bulbs. no plug by beds for cell phone charger.

Some Difficulty with the door of the room

No breakfast was offer.

Just a very outdated room. Which I expected due to the location. Couldn't walk barefoot on the floor without picking up a lot of dirt.

Shower was tiny and bathroom door didn't close properly.

The water was nice and hot. The bed was comfortable . The front desk was very nice

Window in bathroom did not close or lock. Coffee maker not cleaned out. Front door very difficult to undo the deadbolt. Bed cover had cigarette burns in it. Chairs stained. Sink did not have stopper in it.

It was quiet. Was able to make coffee in the room. The water did get hot.

It took a really long time to get hot water to our room. The free Wifi did not provide internet access -- even after telling the front desk on more than one occasion, it was not available in my room. The motel was right next to a homeless community in a vacant shopping center. Although, we did not experience any vandalism or pan handling.
