Great facilities, clean, multiple beautiful pools, extremely helpful shuttle bus drivers, room cleaned every day. Very good restaurant and bar, lots of food, coffee, and drink options. Staying here is a lot more relaxing and quiet than downtown Kety West but the resort itself is in a seedy place. However, there is a nice gate and you feel safe on location.

I requested an extra cot for the suite so we didn't have to share beds, but they didn't have one so we used an air mattress. The food at the restaurant is a little overpriced, but to be expected. Also there was an additional $87 fee to pay at check out which was not expected. Parking is also not free, but it should be.

There are a million things to do and see in Key West. We will be back! Spent many nights on Duval Street. Ate at some fine establishments including Latitudes. Had some fun on jet skis with top notch tour guide Chris leading the way. Took a boat ride with music. The resort was very nice. The room was spacious with everything close by. The pool areas were beautiful. The restaurant had good food.

I wish I didn't have to pay to park my rental car at the resort!

This property was so clean, beautifully landscaped, well-maintained, spacious suites, nicely decorated, attentive staff….peaceful, quiet. Shuttle driver Jeffrey was awesome- knowledgeable, interesting and always prompt! Kris, the concierge, was amazing. He helped my husband carry on an anniversary tradition…. and he went significantly above and beyond/out of his way to do that. Very much appreciated. Also, the pools were clean and not crowded. There were six of them… There were always towels, always cold water.  Food and drink served at the pool. The food at the restaurant was amazing but a little pricey, Thursday through Sunday they offer live music at the restaurant which we really enjoyed. 

The property was not well located conveniently related to other restaurants, or stores or entertainment. Shuttle only offered one stop.

Lovely clean bright property which was reflected in the beautiful large rooms. Several pools available so there was always one for serious swimming. We went out with Noah kayaking one morning - this was complimentary and you must do it, it was just brilliant and Noah especially deserves a mention - keen, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of the sealife around the property. The free bus into Key West was very welcome with a great party atmosphere on the way back!

The local neighborhood is not the most pleasant and I would recommend getting an Uber if you visit Hogfish Bar and Grill (highly recommended).

The hotel was clean and well-kept. The hotel is not in the main part of Key West, so it is quiet and peaceful. The shuttle brings you right into town and runs every hour, which is super convenient. If you ride a shuttle driven by the driver Jeff, you are in for a treat. He talked about history of Key West on every ride and it was awesome to hear about the island from a local.

That you only have 2 hours total to use resort items (kayaks, bikes, etc) 2 hours each would be more enjoyable.

Better than expected. Beautiful views and great amenities. Free shuttle down near Duvall St as well was very key and it ran every hour on the hour. The couple my wife and I were with actually inquired about having their wedding there. So that goes to show how beautiful the property is.

You have to drive by a “not so nice” area is the only complaint we had.

I am a hot sleeper. Good sleep on vacation is most important. Our thermostat was programmed and would not go below 67!!! That is too warm for us. Also… it was reset twice to 70. Remotely? Unsure but I was not happy about it. Waking up in a pool of sweat at 2 am is not ideal. We are renting the room, we should be able to adjust our thermostat to the temperature that we are comfortable with. Also… rusty fixtures in bathroom and our room wasn’t cleaned one day. We had to call for towels. Just minor inconveniences. Everything else was great. Jeffrey the shuttle guy was fantastic. Heather at the tiki is top notch!

The rooms were spacious, well decorated, and comfortable. The pool areas were clean and inviting with lots of lounging options. The coffee shop on-site was nice to have in the mornings and the staff there was very friendly. Pool-side wait staff was also friendly and attentive (even when clearly short staffed). The shuttles were very convenient and the drivers we met were kind and helpful. The water sports staff we dealt with were also helpful and personable, making the rental process easy.

The on-site restaurant was a little pricey on the whole, especially for dinner. I also think it would be nice if at least 1 of the pools was designated an adults only pool—with 6 pools on the property, I feel like this would be reasonable to do.
