Very nice room, nice accommodations, nice amenities (pools, hot tub, on site restaurant). Really nice stay. There were nice toiletries provided. We rented the largest room they have, a 2 bedroom suite. It had a king suite with connected bathroom with a spa tub and shower. It had a full kitchen, complete with fridge, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, and the cookware and dishware anyone could need. There was also a stacked washer and dryer. The 2nd bedroom had 2 full beds. The other bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and shower. There was also a 2nd living area with a kitchenette.

We rented what we were told was the nicest room. It was a 2 bedroom suite. Nice king suite with connected bathroom with a spa tub. The only issue we had was the drain in the spa tub in the master bedroom wouldn't drain, so couldn't take a bath. Another minor issue, it would have been nice to have an elevator to carry our stuff up in.

The staff was awesome couldn't do enough to help us.

The room was musty, the toilet handle was messed up, the microwave didnt work right . The clock was messed up and turntable didn't work. The bed was not very comfortable.

This property was absolutely fantastic! The check in was fast and easy. Every single staff member we encountered was unbelievabley nice and helpful. The room was very clean. The property itself was very clean too. Even the bathrooms at the pool. We were closest to the main pool. The pool was beautiful. Several chairs open no matter what time of the day we went. Bartenders were funny and welcoming. We loved this property and would absolutely recommend it to others. Centrally located for dining and shopping.

If I had to say one negative thing about this property it would be the weird conjoining door. Apparently it used to be a time share and for larger families that door would be unlocked. We could hear the other family which was a little uncomfortable. They said they were working on fixing that.

Had a great 2 bedroom unit for 5 nights, all appliances including oven, washer and dryer worked great. Furnishings and rug in the bedrooms were in very good repair. Sure the decor is not super modern but excellent value for money, 15 minutes to Disney and the pools/hot tubs were open till 11pm.

Only problem we had was the sprinkler system causing a flood right outside our door on the morning we checked out, that we had to wade through to pack up our vehicle. We called the front desk and maintenance but a third party operates the sprinklers and nothing could be done.

The rooms were big enough to accommodate my whole family. The location made it really easy to get the Disney parks, which were about 15 minutes away. The rooms were all clean, and the kitchen area as well. The staff was amazing, they addressed any and all issues we had right away.

When we first got there, the first suite we were in, was hot on one side and the stove had ants crawling on it. But thanks to the amazing staff, they relocated us right away after trying to fix the AC and realized that the AC could not be fixed right away and seen that I was uncomfortable with the ants on the stove.

Location was ok. Lot of traffic at times. But it was near restaurants and stores.

When we walked in it smelled old. There was bread hanging out of the garbage disposal and the sink was dirty. There was a housekeeping person outside, I told them, and they came in to clean the sink. The phone did not work the whole time. And when we opened the microwave door, it came off. The floors were dirty. The socks of my one-year-old great-grandson were filthy. For the money I spent, I thought I would be impressed. The curtains were old and did not even close all the way. I had to go to Walmart and buy some pins. My husband and I are seniors and we really expected more. Or maybe that is why we were given that room, because of our age and figured we would not care one way or the other. I travel alot, and I will not travel that way again.

Distance wise, it is very close to many attractions. However, because of traffic, plan your departures between 4-6 minutes per mile. Helpful staff. Spacious rooms for a family of 5. Full kitchen for families saving money instead of eating out. And, the room has a quiet over/under washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher. The resort offers 4 pool areas, including a large indoor one, grill stations, mini golf, a basketball court, tennis court, and a fitness center to relax while at the resort.

It is no fault of the resort, but traffic in the area is bearish. And GPS will have you go down toll roads without warnings. Invest in Sun Pass when planning your visit.

Pool, location, room, spa tub, staff, poolside bar. Our flight home got cancelled last minute and we were able to stay in our room for an extra night with no hassle at all. We love Legacy and will absolutely be back soon!

Two nights in a row we did not have parking anywhere near our room then our room keys did not work and had to be replaced. After a long night, it was quite a walk back to our room from the front as we were in one of the back buildings. Hoping they get the parking issues fixed before our next stay.

Our family spent 6 nights there for my daughter’s competition at ESPN Disney. I was so happy with my pick when we got there. The staff, on-site food, amenities, ample activities, the list goes on. I genuinely enjoyed everything from Poolside Bingo, to the volleyball court. For the price- it was way more than expected

Not much to say, except next visit we may rent a car - although a Lyft to most of the Disney parks was only about $15. If I had to say one thing to improve, maybe more lighting in the suites but otherwise it was wonderful

The apartment was nice, the pool was nice and the guest house and staff were all nice. The apartment size was great and they also have a laundromat. The location was also very central to everything. Overall it was a great stay.

The entrance to the units on the other side of the road from the Clubhouse are not easily found. The Ubereats driver took our food because they were unable to find building M. They should put a large sign on the other side of the road that states that it is Legacy property. I also did not like how the main bedroom door did not lock neither the door of the bathroom in the main bedroom. No privacy from the kids as needed. These are all small complaints so don't let it stop you from booking. It's worth the money!
