This was SUCH a great hotel! So cute! There are ton of "trendy" places in SoBe, but most of them are seedy and gross... this place is new and clean and has everything you want. I travel for work, and was thoroughly impressed with everything this hotel has to offer. Friendly staff, great rooftop, great bar, cute, clean rooms with great decor. Good coffee (Nespresso) in the rooms.... REALLY REALLY recommend! Right on Espanola way (which is one of the cutest streets in South Beach). Honestly, stay here. Its in a great location and for the money, you can't beat it.

Amazingly nice new hotel- upgrading Espaneola way big time! Great rooms / decor and furniture- and the bathroom toiletries are phenomenal! Super comfy bed as well, and great restaurants / rooftop bar/ pool! Great access to a fabulous and sexy gym called Gymage! Fast check in!

They held money on the credit card for a very long time and it is taking a while to release the money which is annoying- but other than that all great!

This hotel is an absolutely gem in Miami!!!!! The receptionists are super helpful and have offered us many help. The room is a little bit small but have all necessities and the decorations are of good tastes. Also the room is squeaky clean! The hotel has a rooftop bar which offers nice food and comfortable relaxing place. It is at great location just next to many great local restaurants. I can have a decent meal even in 2am in the morning.

The Esme is an oasis in Miami Beach. The decor is better than the photos, the service and staff are incredibly warm and accommodating, El Salón has the most unique drinks and most entertaining bartender, and the location is prime. I thought we would miss being on the beach but we did not since the hotel and its surrounding neighborhood had so much to offer, and we were only a 6-min walk from the beach anyway. We were upgraded upon arrival and although we were there during a tropical storm which caused some issues to the infrastructure of our room, they made sure we were taken care of and were sensitive to our needs. As city-dwellers, the noise in the evening from the nearby club was not bothersome to us. We will definitely stay here again.

If you are sensitive to noise, turn on a white noise app if you're staying on the Española Way side. I think the only other thing that could have made our stay perfect is having a map or some easy way to navigate the village as it is extensive and I know we did not nearly visit all the wonderful amenities it has to offer.

This hotel has a “different” style, but I liked it! When I first saw the pictures I thought it was going to be an old hotel, but all the opposite. Everything was new and clean, much better than the pictures. Great location as well, two blocks from the beach. Also you can get chairs and towels for free at the beach and you just have to pay 20 dollars for the umbrella for the whole day. I would definitely come back.

Almost nothing, you guys did great. If I have to say something, maybe you can fix the closure of the second floor door, the one that gets you to the outside stair, since it’s noisy.

Very nice boutique hotel in a great location, close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a small pool on the roof, close to the breakfast area. The breakfast, while relatively limited, was tasty.

The room was rather small, even for European standards (it was difficult to manage with two pieces of luggage in a double room). The valet parking was rather expensive and inconvenient from my perspective, as I usually like to have my car handy without delay. The staff was always very accommodating though and I do understand that providing parking is very difficult in the area otherwise.

We had an amazing stat at Esme. However I must say on the first night we were put in the room below the rooftop bar (avoid this room/ ask what room you will be getting when you're checking in). The noise was so loud that the mirror in the room was shacking. We called down to reception and luckily they were able to move us to another room away from the bar. This room was a little smaller, but all the details were fantastic! The staff went out of their way to help with recommendations. We used the bikes and had lunch in one of the restaurants. I would recommend staying at Esme, but make sure you get a room away from the noise! I would 100% stay again!

The noise, however we were moved, so this wasn't a huge issue in the end.

The staff was extremely hospitable, helpful, and friendly. Thank you Bruna and Sanya! The location was fantastic, and the rooftop and bar were great - Mario the bartender of the salon was phenomenal. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

My only complaint would be that the walls are super thin and we could heat people in the hallway or sometimes even talking in their rooms. Thankfully it was quiet most of the time.

The room is very nice, the building also, the terace for breakfast is nice also. Everything was sparkling clean. The hotel is in the perfect location.

The staff had a very impersonal and unsincere (except for the french lady from the breakfast) smile. Also, they didn't tell us that the minibar was with high pay- like 10 bucks for a small bottle of warer- and not from the house. We had to ask for this information. Fortunately we didn't pay, because we asked for this. So, if they try to do the same to you, ask them where are the prices shown in the room! The breakfast was good, but few options, just scrambled eggs or fruits without or with oats or yougurt. Undrinkable coffee, as in the entire USA.

It was a real boutique hotel, really cool designed with very nice staff. The room was small but comfy and had everything it needed. They are using premium products in the showers and the bed is very good, too. Furthermore, we got a room way before the normal chech-in time, what was really great, too.

Unfortunately, the ceiling fan did some clicking noises and I wasn't able to adjust the temperature of the AC. The bedspreads were not one hundred percent clean after being washed, but they changed it real quick when we told them.
