The staff at the front desk. One lady in particular and I’m so sad i forgot to get her name was exceptional!! She went above and behind to be kind! She told us about a great place to eat which we Chri out and it was delicious! She asked us if we had enjoyed the concert we attended the next day , gave us great directions also ! The breakfast was hot and was more than I expected and was good ! Had some healthy options as well ! Rooms were perfect for what we needed. Very clean place ! Highly HIGHLY recommend the hotel to anyone!!

Loved everything about the place

The front desk staff was amazing. Terry was so helpful and friendly. Gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants, esp. the Greyhound Tavern!!

First, they advertised free breakfast buffet but it was closed and we got a bag with an apple, muffins and bars in it. (When we asked, we were told it was because of the lack of employees, which I can completely understand but should have been informed of this ahead of time.) Second, the pool was closed for repairs, which was not noted anywhere either.

They were able to put us on the bottom floor near end of hall next to exit door as we had a pet and didn't want her to disturb anyone nor anyone to disturb her! Staff was very friendly. Let us know due to a staffing shortage the breakfast is not up to their usual standards but assured me there was still plenty to choose from. I liked the freshness of the fruit and quick variety of choices The lobby and hallways smelled good. Room was a decent size. I was able to fit all my cold items from the cooler in the mini fridge.

The half sized pillows didn't make sense and were not very comfortable. The curtain wouldn't close all the way shut so there was a lot of bright light from the street lamp coming in. Little hard to stay asleep due to that.

Location right off highway. Excellent front desk employees. Very friendly and willing to assist in any way. They’re was a large dance team there for competition, these girls were very polite and excellent manners! Good luck girls!! I’ll definitely be back!!

The door wall door didn’t close tight. You could hear commotion outside.

after a very tiring drive of 850 miles we arrived at the hotel. At reception , the clerk was friendly and most pleasant--seemed happy to be working there. He suggested that we try the Greyhound Tavern for dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal there. Closeness to the interstate highway was a plus as well as we were driving thru to Ontario

Free breakfast was great, nice location, close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Stayed there mainly to go visit Cincinnati. Would recommend to other to stay there.

Rooms could use an upgrade they are a little dated, but overall clean.

Staff was extremely helpful. Upon check-in we asked for a handicap room when booking and we're not given that room, but they immediately transferred us to a handicap room with no problems. The room was very very clean, and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful! Would highly recommend this hotel

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Room & bathroom needed maintenance. Bathroom door jamb damaged, bathroom door knob very loose, striker plate missing, towel bar loose, window drapery missing some hangers and drapery pullback broken.

Clean, Breakfast, proximity to elevator, friendly staff.

The web site said there was a sitting area, which there was not. For Country Inn and Suites, I was expecting a sofa area.and there was not. I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT I COULDN'T GET AN INVOICE UPON CHECKOUT.

Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Even through hotel is dated, the TV worked and coffee pot in the room worked well. Room was very clean.

Blaming the Pandemic and low unemployment making workers scarce, there was no continental breakfast/w both cold and hot offerings I.e. waffles or eggs/w sausage. This was disappointing. The staff put together bagged breakfast for guests. These were poorly considered. There were breakfast bars, apple or orange and an awful Danish from the snack machine. Half the bag was edible, and the other... Not so much. Frankly paying decent wages might make for a decent breakfast.
