The room , except a false fire alarm went off while we were sleeping . It scared us out of bed , we had to go down 44 flights of stairs, stand outside in our pajamas for about a half hour .

The casino and restaurants. Caesar’s casino wasn’t clean and it was difficult to get a drink while playing. The restaurants are closed to early and open to late. The only thing to eat is one little very expensive deli with terrible food . The buffet is gone .

Everyone was very friendly and our room was clean.

No where on the reservation did it say our room had NO Window!! who wants to stay at the Beach with no window. We had to upgrade which cost us an extra 130.00 for a room with a view. Not even Frontal beach view! Also, we had to pay $40.00 a head to use the pool?????? only place I ever stayed I had to pay for a pool. Also the Buffet which was on the Hotels website was permanently! It would have been nice to know that up front. one thing I learned from this trip is next time I will Double check a lot of these things before making the reservation. Another thing, YOU CAN'T WALK THE STREETS IN THIS TOWN YOU HAVE TO UBER OR DRIVE EVERYWHERE!!! THE STREET AREN'T SAFE!

The hotel itself has plenty of activities and restaurants to keep one occupied. Its proximity to the boardwalk, beach, and outlet stores is also a HUGE plus. The staff is also very nice, especially when an issue arose; they were quick to remedy the situation to everyone's satisfaction. The option to express checkout is very convenient and simple to do. We were upgraded to an ocean-view room in the Centurion tower, and I must say that if you have the option to, I would absolutely book a room there (even better if you get the newly renovated room; although my sister and I didnt stay in one, another one of family members were, and that room is very nice).

There is an option to do self check-in, which I completed. However, when I attempted to use the kiosks to receive my room assignment and keys, multiple kiosks were not working. Four of them were not functioning. One gave me keys but did not print out the room assignment, and then finally, the last one I tried just prompted me to just go see an attendant. This may have just been the case for our room, but the shower seemed to need more scrubbing. I felt more comfortable in there with shower shoes than without.

We enjoyed the beach front view from our room and close to the outlet mall and board walk

During our stay, the water temperature from the faucets and shower was too hot. There was no cold water. Tha maintenance guy came with dirty working shoes. We also requested a room transfer but the receptionist said they are all booked. Until 3:00AM. We cannot shower or prepare to go to bed. We went down to the reception area personally. We finally transferred to another room at 3:30AM. When you wanted to relax at the end of the day, transferring another room and waiting for the maintenance to come is very inconvenient. We called earlier and responded in the middle of the night. We were very tired the next day.

Our stay was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had issues with our key cards working the entire stay. Sometimes we could eventually get it to work unfortunately sometimes we couldn't. As I understand this place was very busy which is why twice we had to wait in line the front desk to get our cards corrected. Wait was very long at the front desk and the problems were fixed, just an inconvenience most of our trip. Still I want to add this was otherwise a great stay and appreciate staff being so helpful and friendly

We liked to be along the board walk we liked the amount of different machines available. Liked the free beverages while gambling ( I did tip every time )

The only I was irritated with was at check in after a 7 hour drive and arriving a 4 pm with having reservations for 3 months in advance only to find out I had 2 choices One being sit it lobby for hour(s) because our room was not ready Two being pay a 100 dollars extra each night to upgrade room to be able to check in right of way. I feel like I was forced to upgrade because my room was not ready.

Food was good.

I didn’t like that the room wasn’t 100% cleaned. Me and my spouse did early check in and was told that our room was ready for early check in. But when we got there the cleaner was still in the process of cleaning our room and quickly proceeded to finish when she seen us. We noticed a bottle by the bed and cumulative dust on top of shelf by the tv.

the location for our event was very centralized and the prices were decent. also the shuttle bus was handy

the property could use some major deep cleaning and some minor updating- particularly the bathrooms (quick re-grout would do wonders) . also some of the staff looked miserable and wasn’t friendly or helpful. while there were some that were pleasant and helpful the rude ones ruin it for everyone since they can change one’s experience and overall feeling

The most destination overall

The beds should have been a lot more comfortable for the price each night. Also, they’re should be a complementary breakfast for that price, and a microwave. Furthermore, I do not like all the extra fees for almost everything. Also, did not like there was no indoor pool.

the property is generally well kept. property was being worked on. Room 611 was good; however, the shower vent was dirty with dust. the lamp closet to the window showed mildew starting and by the bed nearest to the window the wallpaper is started to peel off. the carpet needs to be shampooed it is filthy. water spilled and I dry it up and the paper towels where extremely dirty when drying the carpet.

the key cards to access the room from the elevators did not work properly. they had to be exchanged a few times.
