Problem with hot water and drainage in bathroom sink was not very happy about that.No microwave in room, needed to be dressed to go down to basement area to heat outside food.

The room was very big and spacious. Location was perfect for us. It was walking Distance to family that's why we choose this hotel.

The bathroom only has one small wash cloth nothing else and when notified the front desk agent she was very nice. We told her we're stepping out so to not bring the towels till we come back and I guess the call was made so when we arrived we found only two large towels placed on the wet floor notice by our door. We notified her and she called and another agent arrived and handed us new towels but made unnecessary comment when handed it to us. Which wasn't really appreciate but took it with a grain of salt.

Staff was great joslin was amazing and very professional room was super clean breakfast was great updates made to the grooms were great very quiet in the building itself

Toilets in the room where very small and low to the floor bathroom was small as well room was facing the highway so its was very loud throughout the night updates were being made to the outside of the building so that's was loud as well fridge in the room froze anything that was put in

Joycelyn was awesome. great customer service. At the time of check in she was the only person attending to cuduomer. there were at least 8 check in. she took her time and processed with out getting overwhelmed. Very helpful and accommodating.

The bed had a sink in the middle could not sleep to the end like I normally do. The refrigerator was broken. the bathroom was not clean. They took the trash out forgot to sweep

The room and more importantly the bathroom, appeared to be very clean and well maintained. The bed was a king which was what was advertised and more important the linens/bedspread on the bed appeared to be very clean and crisp. The bed itself was comfortable. Coffee from coffee machine next to front desk was better than expected.

The room would have been almost perfect if it had a safe (yes, I know that hotel safes aren't infallible but I would feel better). Was surprised that certain TV channels require an upgrade- not sure what the logic is for channels that show old TV reruns (murder she wrote, law and order?). I understand it for such shows as recent movies and/or sports. Breakfast was meh.

The staff were polite, courteous, and respectful. The hotel was handicap accessible . The staff were extremely accommodating to my elderly and handicapped mother.

The only concern I have is that there is limited parking. It is a tight fit when parking. Everything else was very satisfactory. There were no complaints to be reported.

The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable with lots of extra pillows. There was extra wash cloth and towels. I will definitely stay here again. There was breakfast, and there was a good variety.

In the front lobby, the air freshener they use is too strong. I don't really like the location.

Room was cute, quaint, clean and comfortable enough for our needs. Rooms are not dated.

Cost of spa room reservation is a bit pricey for my liking. However, I still booked it. Did not like that there was no closet, or suitcase rack as an alternative in the room. The closet absence was probably at the expense of the added spa bath perk.

clean, staff is very friendly, beds are comfortable and room size was adequate.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t “like” it, but if you want to use public transportation, avoid doing it at night time because it’s a little difficult to take the train (unless there is another way and my small brain couldn’t quite comprehend it) and it gets extremely dark and creepy.

The room was perfect for our one night stay. The beds were made nicely and everything was clean. The bathroom was a nice size and we were provided with more than what we needed. Check-In and Out was quick and easy. Will return!

The elevator is a little slow so I recommend taking the stairs if your trying to catch an Uber. The room key only locks the bottom handle, make sure you lock the dead bolt for extra security.
