This is the second time we've stayed here. Excellent facilities and staff. Walking distance from Safeway and Fred Meyer, short drive to the core downtown area. Towels, beds, shower are the best! Very comfortable stay, and an excellent value.

Only suggested change is USB plugs on table lamps. Almost all are the original USB-A, but most travelers have likely shifted to the more modern USB-C which is the standard for cables for newer cell phones, tablets and watches. It would be expensive to swap out all the otherwise fully functional lamps -- maybe another solution?

It was a very nice stay, bed was a little harder than we like, nice big room, bathroom set up is strange, large bar behind the toilet should be on a different wall so you can hang your towels on it, grab bar needs to be inside the shower for safety reasons, need to have a toilet paper holder instead of having to reach behind you to get it. Maybe some kind of shelf's in side the shower to put your shampoo and conditioner on or even the bar of soap. There is no place to put the bar of soap at the hand washing sink maybe a small dish or something to put it in. Other than that it is a very nice place to stay and would definitely stay again. Oh 1 more thing maybe some benches for people to sit on in smoking areas, for me I can't stand for very long

We liked most everything, coffee in the morning and a Continental breakfast would be nice for the price you pay

I was greeted by Matt with a smile and respect when I arrived. I requested a ground floor room d/t a disability and there was no problem obtaining it. The next morning, I spoke with the front desk and the manager, and they were helpful and pleasant. I had no complaints, but as I frequently travel, I like to meet who I'm doing business with. They are new owners and have remodeled the Edgewater Inn to make it pleasant to stay.

The Edgewater Inn does not have a breakfast, just a coffee bar (no decaf available).

I loved everything. The room was beautiful and so clean, great quality toiletries, nice big towels and a microwave, fridge, coffee maker etc. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The views were spectacular, (back of hotel) and the coolest thing was the coffee area, where they had syrups and many different creamer flavors. Saved us from having to go to a coffee shop.

There wasn't really anything bad. The hot tub was out, but that's because they are replacing it. We encountered some loud guests above us, but the front desk very kindly took care of that. But be aware that if you have kids and are on a top floor and they start running back and forth obnoxiously, it will sound like bombs to the people below you. HAVE RESPECT! Especially when you let them start before 7..

the upgraded rooms were comfortable, attractive & functionable. The lighting for the room was great with different wattage for the sink area vs bed nights was appropriate. Also the the computer access from the desk, to bed area was great. The shower was also good with the features of the widened shower curtain, the facets worked well & the shower head was comfortable with good pressure. the clean design improvement from the simple relaxing color scheme, furniture & a comfortable bed made the room a good stay.

Very nice view of the river from our 2nd floor balcony. The room was spacious and renovated. Very quiet. Good location for grocery shopping. We had coffee out on the deck overlooking the river, which was nice. The staff were very welcoming. Good customer service.

The rooms have no microwaves. We had to walk down to the lobby to use the only microwave on the premises. It took a very long time to get hot water in our shower. King bed was lumpy and not very comfortable. Building is being renovated. However, this was stated on their website.

The newly remodeled rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. Location is in a prime location and close to a lot of amenities. Although they are still under construction, they are doing a good job to make sure my stay was good. The staff here are always friendly, a pleasant place to stay.

The design issues I saw were, the sink had no real counter space around it to put your toiletries, even though the adjoining bathroom is quiet roomy. The toilet in my room rocked forward when sat upon. There were no instructions for using the tv, which had two remotes? The curtain was not big enough to close completely, letting light in and space to see into the room.

Great location, easy to find. Greeted with a genuine smile, which unfortunately is rare these days. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and interacted playfully with my toddler. Access was great, room was gorgeous, clean, and fresh. Wonderful waterfront view. Wish we could have stayed longer.

They do not offer breakfast which was disappointing for the price. No microwave in the room but had access to one in the lobby so not really a big deal.

Beautiful room, hotel, newly renovated. Beautiful patio and water view from room. Great staff gave perfect food recommendations for Margaritas dinner restaurant and Pancake Mill for fabulous breakfast. Lots to do in area but on our way north after stop for the night.

Tub did not drain well during shower. Let front desk know. Breakfast not available but gave opportunity to have a great breakfast nearby.

The rooms were large and clean and we had a great view. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. It was in a good location right next to a grocery store and restaurants.

They were remodeling which caused a few problems but not much. The hot tub wasn’t open which was a bummer. The housekeeping was the worse part of our whole stay. We stayed a week and only on our last full day did they actually do anything in our room. They never cleaned our room or replenished our room supplies. We had to ask them for new towels and took our own trash out. Once a housekeeper opened our door without knocking. We were in the middle of getting ready for the day. Had they done their job our stay would have been perfect but I can only rate this hotel a 5 out of ten.
