the breakfast was great and delicious! probably one of the best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel we’ve stayed at!! staff was friendly and helpful. Things in the hotel room were nicely organized and user friendly.

Few minor things really. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot on. Nothing looked dirty or anything, but the only thing i have to mention is a weird gross smell that I want to assume was coming from the carpet? It was one specific spot so I’m thinking someone who stayed there might have spilt something and it was properly cleaned. It was near the bed so that’s how we noticed and was the only down fall. Everything else was great! Bathroom was clean, beds were done nice. The other thing would be to let guest know when checking in or putting a sign in the pool area, is letting guest know towels for the pool are at the front desk and you need to ask them for the towels

Exceptionally clean rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows, friendly and professional staff, plenty of parking and lots of lights in parking area. It's in a very safe area, and close to everything you need.

The bathtub drain was broken (drained fine, just couldn't close and was caked with minerals). That's it. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.

I like signing big seals and paying on 5599 us bank and being able to get everything for my men and my children as well as boxes were delivered that got to my kids to have a show of culture pride for Tahiti and france wow. It was an honor to be so well protected by law and best Western that all my business with state capitol will be at best Western.

The visitor were never invited.

Breakfast was an exceptionally good value, tasty, fresh real hot food and a great selection of foods that a diabetic could enjoy like berries, greek yogurt, real egg omelettes etc. It was clean and the coffee was very good. Without the breakfast, this hotel would have been good but fairly ordinary. We also really liked the size of the room, that it had a closet and dresser drawers, a large bathroom and a couch, as well as a fridge and desk. It was also quiet. The interstate access and having many box stores and restaurants nearby was a plus. We stayed for 5 days so those factors were helpful. The front desk staff responded quickly to the two requests we made

The pet fee was unexpectedly hefty ($35 per day) considering they had no concessions at all for pets, no designated walking area or poop bags and no access to a ground floor as we had requested. Thus my husband had to carry our arthritic dog up and down the stairs several times daily as our dog is afraid of elevators. I understand having pet fees but they need to state up front how much they charge and what they provide for that fee (nothing). The only other negative comment is that the bed is a smaller queen and could use a soft topper. The hotel overall seemed clean and pleasant despite the low staffing due to the after effects of 2020.

The breakfast was great. There was a variety of foods to select from, all very good.

We couldn't figure out how to close the blackout curtains so were wakened by the sun shining into our room.

Breakfast was good. Good variety of food choices. Waffles were a big hit with my daughter.

All was good. We had no issues with anything while we were there.

It was very comfortable breakfast great view from our window great and close to the friends we were visiting

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Met an islander from Palau (staff at front desk) who was very nice upon check in. Breakfast was awesome. Hotel was clean. Very quiet and good location. Would definitely recommend...

No complaints!

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was. Everyone was so helpful and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The room was so clean and well appointed. The breakfast bar was clean and fresh.
