Comfort Suites Johnson Creek Conference

Very clean, spacious and nice suite. Breakfast options were good. Ac worked. All but the am staff was very helpful and kind. Our grandkids loved the pool and kiddie area. We weren’t there long unfortunately due to traveling to and from Oshkosh air show.

There was almost nothing for our 4 year old grandson to eat at the breakfast. He has severe dairy and egg allergies. Just apples that were too hard for him and oatmeal but that’s it. Price jumped up 50$ when we booked a few days later than our daughter. We were a long time away from the air show when we booked too.

Place was very clean and staff was helpful. The room was very large. Love the modern amenities in the room. Had lots of pillows. The breakfast was nice and had a variety available. The pool area was decent and not overly cold. The hot tub was spacious and had room for many people without feeling crowded. Loved that the pool/hot tub was open 8am to Midnight.

The beds were extremely hard and not comfortable. Recommend bring extra padding if you like a soft bed.

This place is back away from heavy traffic of Hwy 26 and the Interstate. Easy access to various places. People were very friendly. The breakfast food served was great.

The bathroom light near the conference room at the far end from Check-in, the light always went out when I was in there. I have a GI condition and the timing of the light for no activity is sometimes too short for a senior citizen in my opinion. I took my phone with me simply so I had a flashlight to use until I stepped out and the light came back on.

Our stay was excellent! We had our 2 - 4 year old great grandkids with us. Room was great, breakfast was great. Very friendly check in and check out. Pool was great. Needs a few updates, but loved that the pool was not real deep. Play area for kids was big, pool was also big, also hot tub was good size. Very enjoyable weekend.

Fair price for what you have access to during your stay. Our kids enjoyed the pool area, however the water was a bit cold.

We found garbage left throughout the room when we arrived, nothing really gross, but easy to see. Was disappointed in the dog barking at 7 am, I guess I overlooked the "pet friendly" description.

It was disappointing that the hotel decided to close that pool at 8 am the day of our check out making it not available for over 3 hours. Why couldn’t they have waited until check out at 11 to clean the pool? Also the hot tub was not operational.

My family and I liked the breakfast. It had a wide variety of choices. The gym did not have water available, I think the water fountain was not working. So we had to get water from the breakfast area. Otherwise everything was good. Thank You!

Family suite had plenty of space. I liked having a separate bedroom for the parents. Breakfast area was big and clean...good selection of food. Pool area was big, children's pool was terrific!

Beds were small..like full/double size. Floor plan was plenty big enough for queen and king size bed.

Ease of access. Traveling with pet. Room was very close to outside door. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom good. Very nice shower. Christmas decorations were nice.

Getting out of building and into parking lot or dog walk area. Snow was plowed up too high by the curb.

Nice pool and splash area, and good breakfast!

There were security issues throughout the hotel…tape on doors until 11 o’clock at night on our hallway, and door by the banquet rooms stayed open throughout the night!
