Hilton Garden Inn Oconomowoc

I liked they had coffee in the lobby at all times. Housekeeping staff was pleasant even though my room wasn’t cleaned by them. The location was great for dogs.

The front desk staff needs to pay more attention to requests. When checking in I asked the woman for a room that faces the back of the hotel yet when I got to my room it faced the front of hotel. The following days after that the front desk women were very nice and helpful. I would also recommend a bigger microwave in the rooms. I could barely fit a cup (12 or 16 oz) of coffee in it to warm it up.

Location, Nice view from my room, friendliness of staff, the water and coffee in the lobby, the very comfortable lobby, and the bar and Grill. I was traveling by myself and they made me feel right at home.

Only one thing- I did not like the air-conditioning unit in my room. It blew out very cold air during the day and there was no way to change the setting. At night when I was trying to sleep it would click on and off throughout the night. Otherwise, this was a beautiful little hotel which was very welcoming and I had a wonderful stay.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. My room was excellent, very comfortable. The bartender, Kelly, was wonderful. Give that girl a raise! I also love that as I was leaving, Metallica was being played in the common areas. This alone will make me happy to recommend your Inn to anyone I know who would be travelling to the Oconomowoc area.

Excellent Breakfast and very efficiently served. Amy, was exceptional, and Cindy and Bill were remarkably cordial and eager to serve.

I could not find a way to turn off the fan in the bathroom when it was not necessary for it to be running. While it was quieter than some, it still was a background noise that was sometimes noticeable at night.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again!

There were several outlets in our room that didn't work. The breakfast was good, but not hot enough.

The room was spacious and quiet for two people. Convenient location to our family visits.

B’fast was too expensive, so we ate elsewhere.

Beautiful, airy reception and lounge area. Everyone is hard working and friendly following Dave's example. Looking forward to my visit next summer.

Breakfast was not included and had to pay for this. Set fee for cold breakfast was high as I cannot eat gluten and could only eat some fruit.

We stayed here for several days as we were in the area for a family wedding. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Keurig in the room and free coffee in the lobby all of the time. The outdoor fire pit area was wonderful every evening for our outdoor family time. There are miles of new sidewalks in the area around the hotel if you need a walk. Parking is very convenient and loading and unloading is easy. We had a great week at Hilton Garden Oconomowoc. Thanks!

We did not buy any food . Every thing was great except there was almost no kleenex in the room.

We needed kleenex but there was almost none.
