the stuff in front desk not that professional they tried to give me separate beds while I’m booking for king luxury bed until I took to the duty manger he solve it and brief them how to act properly, and the menu it so expensive in high prices makes me take everything from outside the hotel

breakfast was plenty of choices, this was our third stay at Sofitel Nusa Dua, we found that swimming pool still remarkable, my kids also love the child pool. reception and staff are still professionally show courtesy to all guests. we’ve booked three plunge pool access room and the hotel upgraded us to 3 villas. overall, we enjoyed out stay at Sofitel.

the pool water in the villa need to be cleaned constantly, air conditioning sometimes drops a water near door in the villa, and there was a staff that drove Buggy car very fast during the morning and he didn’t even slow down and at that time was raining thus the buggy tire splashed me a water from the road. normally when a guest walking around the villa, staff with buggy car shows a courtesy by slowing down their car but this guy just keep driving very fast.

We really enjoyed our stay at the sofitel. Everything is clean, comfortable, modern ,staff is friendly and they have an AWESOME Dayclub at the waterfront!!!

The size of the breakfast buffet is huge - BUT - size is not always everything - means my wife and me both spit out the egg benedict after the first bite. Never tasted something more disgusting like these ones. Further, there is no climate control or vents at the seating area, so it could get very sticky and hot.

Comfortable stay . Room and amenties good . breakfasr spread elaborate.

I would have preferred room closer to reception level howver it was not allotted.

Pool and club access are worth it, everything else is standard good quality.

Breakfast has wide variety but the was the same everyday + it’s quite “heavy”: pasta, noodles, rice and chicken. English breakfast was also included. We didn’t have minibar at all and nothing for the bath, no pool towels in the room. The beach wasn’t clean - we didn’t understand why stuff cannot collect the grass. Selling people were also annoying sometimes, but they probably are under hotel control, so they wouldn’t be removed. Hotel massage is overpriced (300k for 30 mins) but was the same! as the street one (100k for 60 mins)

Breakfast buffet was good. Coffee was great. Only disappointment was the "Honey" provided was not real honey it was a starchy kind of paste. The real honey was "for Display Only" Room was great though we didn't get what we book under "Confirmed Booking". We booked the Ocean View rooms which were confirmed but were not available when we got there. After much discussion, they gave us the Pool Access rooms instead.

The real honey from a honeycomb was "For Display Only" The beach at Nusa Dua was disappointing being full of debris, floatsum, etc and water was murky. We were told it's due to the seasonal winds.

Rooms were spacious and clean. We did have a plunge pool room, but actually down graded to an ocean front as we liked the view better and found this room to be much more brighter. The plunge pool rooms are very dark, as no sun reaches them. Staff were so lovely and helpful and accommodated all of our requests, especially when we wanted to change rooms and they were very busy. The restaurant staff were wonderful, always so happy, helpful and kind.

The best thing about this hotel is it's awesome and very helpful staff. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the pool and restaurant wonderful, the breakfast is best I've ever had at any hotel. Highly recommended!

I booked a room with an ocean view and the view was a bit disappointing. For everything else the hotel was perfect however. It's clearly one of the best hotels in the world. As for the ocean view rooms I would recommend that they are sold as "partial ocean view" so as not to disappoint customers on their arrival.

Kids club, friendly staffs, quick to replace a faulty kettle that doesn't stop boiling.

Room has a musky smell and plenty of mosquitoes
