This is the second year we have gone to Las Brisas. This year we upgraded to a Junior Suite with private jacuzzi . Beautiful room. Staff are wonderful.

I did not like the booking.com advertise this room comes with minibar. This indicates that the minibar would be stocked and you could enjoy a drink in the hot tub. In fact the fridge is mt and no drinks are allowed to be brought up to room. The hotel staff even agreed this description in not correct. They offered to bring up a bottle of wine but never did. As this was a special celebration we were disappointed with booking.com. Please change your description of the room to mini fridge not minibar.

I really enjoyed the view, the beach, and the friendly staff.

Our room was, as all of them were, facing the ocean and the gorgeous sunsets. Clean and comfortable bedding. The restaurants served well prepared, fresh and delicious food. We were there 11 days and found not much repetition. The grounds of the complex are lush and well maintained, with stone walkways everywhere (yes, lots of walking!). But the best aspect of all was the staff. Bladimir, Yalver, Jorge, and Belisario were a few of the outstanding people we had the pleasure of meeting. Efficient and friendly, the staff truly made our vacation one to fondly remember.

As mentioned, there's a lot of walking to be done and stairs on the property. I have mobility issues, and I found that fairly tiring. But, they have elevators and never would that deter us from staying there again.

Staff was great! Big shout-outs to Santiago upon check in and during our 10-night stay; Leslie was very helpful as the concierge to set up spa appointments and make reservations to the many fine restaurants in and away from the resort. Also, Mario who oversaw the Las Brisas Beach Club service of breakfast and dinner was excellent to make us feel very welcome.

The bathroom could have had better lighting. Ristorante Portofino was not as good as the last time we visited. We wanted to purchase two towels with the hotel logo but there was none to buy. We have been to the resort a number of times and wished the adult pool had all of the waterfalls in operation this time.

Great views. The hotel is clean and comfortable with an amazing architectural design. Staff was generally attentive, but sometimes overimposing rules to some guests and going easy on others. Breakfast was very good, with variety of food options and drinks

The hotel has an "all inclusive" option. When not taken, Food is extremely expensive and, except for breakfast, .... terrible in quality and taste. Avoid room service altogether. Restaurants offer poor menus.

Room and hotel were clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Liked the beach access. Breakfast buffet was good. 20th floor Club cocktail hour was great and the young man and lady working there were friendly and professional and helpful. A great family hotel.

I requested a bathtub but didn't get one. Couldn't find an outlet by the bed to charge my phone and watch. Coffee maker made an unpleasant loud noise to brew so I didn't have coffee at all in my room. My refrigerator did not work. Breakfast buffet was good but wish there was regular plain oatmeal. No sourcream on chilaquiles. The wait staff didn't ask if I wanted coffee. I had to get it myself and also refill it a few times. No bike rentals unless Friday or Saturday. No night life or activities for singles to do during day or and night.

I like everything about the hotel in terms of location and view

It is kind of weird to pay all inclusive and get charge for a bottle of water a glass of milk and a bunch of other things, this does not make sense, what is the point to offer something all inclusive? Why charging for a bottle of water? Also they make you sing a bill every time you ask for something is insane

The room was in a excellent location for restaurants and swimming pools. Also easy to get to the beach and gym by reaching the lifts. Sea view was amazing!

we have stayed in Las Brisas many times. It is our go to place when we visit Zihuatanejo. Adult pool is never crowded and every room has a view. Beach is beautiful and private. the staff is very accommodating and helpful.

We upgraded to a junior suite. This was touted as an adult level only with an outdoor jacuzzi tub. The living area is almost double of a regular room. The jacuzzi tub had no warm water and when jets were turned on it was not something you would use. The adults only is an absolute lie. We stayed a week and had two different couples with screaming kids. We were very disappointed. A hint for those booking, never stay on a Saturday. Bus loads of people come for an all inclusive two day nightmare. We tried not to be there.

Room was very clean and had a great beach view. Air-conditioning worked perfectly. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job of cleaning each day. Concierge desk was very helpful. Taxi service was very easy and reasonable, Covid protocols were in place and masks were worn by all guest and staff at all times - except outside at beach or pool.

Lots of stairs to pool and beach - anyone staying there needs to understand how many stairs they will climb each day. Elevators are available, but even using these - lots of stairs are involved. I think the hotel has an electric cart that can get guest to the pool area. I did not see it used by anyone.
