Book the private infinity pool room; it is worth it! The AC worked really well, the room was spacious, there was plenty of storage space, and the black out shades were effective. The location is great because you can easily walk to town (there is a pedestrian bridge over the water) but the location is very quiet. Even as a solo female, I felt comfortable walking home alone at night.

The pool was shaded in the afternoon (This was in December), but it was warm enough where it did not matter to me.

We had a wonderful stay here . Our room was very spacious . Comfortable king size bed . Air conditioning , ceiling fan . Very good WIFI , even in the rooms ! Big TV with Option of Cable r Netflix . Coffee machine with free bag of local coffee. Free bottled water Bar fridge bath robes , face clothes Our room had a cold water jacuzzi , very nice in the hot weather incredible views of Zihuatanejo , and if you are a early riser you can catch the amazing sunrise . The hotel has a great infinity pool to cool off in , with a restaurant beside it that has tasty food . The staff are very nice! The hotel is about a 10 min walk to town , with a few great restaurants close by .

There wasn’t anything that we dis liked but we suggest that if you have mobility issues , choose a room on a lower floor as there are many stairs to climb .

The room was clean, the staff was super friendly, and the bed was comfy. The view from the room was gorgeous and great for just chilling while watching boats go in and out of the bay and sea birds dive for food. The walk to the central touristy area is about 10 minutes at a relaxed pace, and there are several good restaurants within 2-3 minutes of the hotel.

My booking stated that this was a queen room with Hot Tub. After a year of cancer treatments leaving me unable to spend much time in the sun for the time being, the shaded Hot tub was the reason I paid extra for this room. But it was not heated water. It was a chilly bubbling pool, so I was quite disappointed at the mislabeling in the room description. I really really just wanted to spend a couple of days being embraced in a warm water hug while staring out at the sea.

We stayed in a room with a small pool and a beautiful view of the water. The staff were amazing at attending to our needs and were very friendly. The room was clean and the a/c worked great. The hotel is VERY close to the centro where all the shops/food are. Just a short 5 min walk away!

The pool in our room was not clean when we arrived, but they were able to clean it our second day there. Our shower water was not hot. It would get luke warm but nothing hotter than that.

This one of the best hotels we stayed at on our 3 month vacation in Mexico . The room we had was perfect . the staff weee hard working and very nice . The hotel was very clean . And the views from our room and infinity pool were spectacular.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like .. one improvement would be to have do not disturb / please clean room signs to put on room door knobs .

the view from the deck was amazing and it had the most comfortable bed I have slept in yet in Mexico. Staff in reception and at the little restaurant/bar at the pool were awesome; super friendly.

wouldn’t work for anyone mobility challenged as it has a lot of stairs. didn’t get hot water to the shower but it was hot outside so we didn’t mind so much.

As others have mentioned, the "Hot Tub" isn't that hot but the ambient temps during our visit were toasty so no worries...

A truly beautiful view, comfortable accommodation, excellent staff, food, helpfulness, secure feeling, close to everything you need in Zihau. I highly recommend this hotel/resort. The pool is brilliant too and excellent coffee in the rooms.

-the mattress is not supporting and over used; -the far view is great with sea but right in front of the hotel there’s an abandoned gas station, and the garbage smell from time to time is not very pleasant -the pool is fresh but not very clean

It is close to downtown without all the noise of being downtown. Great views. Friendly folks. Comfortable. Also, has a coffee maker in the room which is not a given in Mexico.

You can’t have any mobility issues. It is walking distance to centro, but up a kind of rough road and then a number of stairs to the rooms.
