All the above excellent only had breakfast which was excellent.room very comfortable but in the wrong location in the hotel. All staff very friendly and helpful . All areas spotless well maintained only stayed two nights.

We were given a room on the ground floor which was of a excellent size ,but didn’t realise till on the night time was very noisy by the entrance and it was were the smokers stood ,we like to sleep with the windows open this was not possible. Also on the second night at 2.30 in the morning an incident occurred which woke us up with guests making a lot of noise so not a great sleep had . Next time will definitely ask for an inside room away from the entrance and smokers .

Lovely room very helpful staff reception staff were perfect. Bar staff were difficult to find and didn’t really seem interested .when we arrived back to hotel at 23.45 was unable to get a drink at the bar. I thought the bar of hotels were opened for there residents . Breakfast staff were very helpful.

When we arrive at hotel at 16.30 dirty mugs and about 6 glass bottles were in our corridor these were still there when we arrived back at 23.45. Wasn’t taken till the morning when the cleaner came. This let it down for me and not being able to get a drink when we arrived back at the hotel . The manager was obviously just cashing up was disappointed could have taken it to our room.

Good location, breakfast was surprisingly good for buffet style, staff friendly.

There was alot of half eaten dinner plates and bottles/glasses etc left outside rooms for hours on end. Having to walk past it all smelling of stale alcohol and curry etc wasn't the most pleasant of walks, not only on arrival but we went out for the night and was still there with more added on return. Dont get me wrong, I also like a drink But not a fan of the smell of stale Stella on route to breakfast in hallways lol. We don't stay at hotels weekly, but if thats normal protocol it might be worth sending someone round the hallways once an hour?

Location, most of the staff friendly and welcoming.

The lady on the Reception desk when we booked in, charged me for parking. £7 which was an odd amount. As it is normally £12 I believe. I paid it initially. Upon further investigation I found out that I was entitled to free parking as I was at a paid event I went back to the reception to ask for a refund, she was so rude and impolite. This is the 3rd time I've stayed here and the second time she has been rude and not only to me. Wouldn't stay again..

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast servers, housekeeping and front of house staff! All very high quality. Great selection at breakfast. The location is easy to get to, you can walk into the high street easily. You can open your windows to get air in easily. Despite being near a main road it's very quiet and no noise from guests at the hotel.

It would have been good to have a few more hangers in the closest and some hot porridge at breakfast.

The room is comfortable and spacious and it seems the whole place has been recently re-decorated. There is plenty to eat at breakfast, parking is free. The hotel is located just outside the ULEZ (for now) and congestion zone area. This does mean that it does take at least an hour to get into central London.

The outside of the hotel looks a little tired and is next to the motorway, but you can't really hear the traffic from your room.

The staff was really nice and therestaurant had great choices, the breakfast was top notch, the position of the hotel is also really good, near the train station and in a safe neighborhood.

To be honest, the room could have been cleaner at my arrival and change that shower head because the water is too weak.

We spent here 6 nights. Personal was very nice. Excellent breakfast. Food from restaurant was nothing special. But near the hotel is plenty of restaurants.

Just one small minus - our room was really far from the smoking lounge. Make one more behind the hotel and it would be perfect.

Comfy bed, great breakfast, friendly staff.

Had to pay for parking!!!!!! Poor quality loo roll!!!!!!!! Although the promise of a settee was show in the photo when booking and your message suggested that the sofa bed would not be made up - there was no settee in our room, a great disappointment for a relaxing evening given what appeared to be promised.

Room was very clean. - a bit strong smell of bleach or disinfectant. breakfast good

hot and cold tap was back to front so told reception so that they could fix it no water provided or no sign to say you could drink the bathroom water which we had to as was thirsty in the night
