Very clean and lovely building, room was beautiful and went above and beyond for a birthday booking with wine, chocolate, cake and a card being left in the room.

We accidentally left behind something in the room, after 3 calls to the hotel we were told nothing was found and to email housekeeping who still have not responded to us. The item was defiantly left in the room. Very difficult to get our item returned or found.

Other customers using phone in spa which made it very uncomfortable for myself as phones were out while as spa we wanted to relax and enjoy our stay, and sock worn at spa did make strange

Stayed for my partners 30th birthday & was lovely would 100% return. Arrived to a nice glass of bubbly at the entrance then the room had a surprise cake which tasted very good, chocolates & wine with the view of the shard/gherkin ect. We were given a complimentary upgrade to the executive room & they included breakfast too at no extra cost which was delicious. We used the pool & sauna area in the evening and again the next morning which was lovely & relaxing also included in the stay! Room is cosy, bath is huge, Beds were huge & comfortable, staff were very nice & the location is good too! The late checkout was good too!

Only tiny downfall is between certain times there’s quite a few children in the pool/sauna area but when we went in the morning around 11:30 it was a lot quieter!

The lift situation is a bit ridiculous only two lifts for the whole hotel, everyone was complaining. They are painfully slow and you’d find people having to go all the way to the bottom floor to go back up just to make sure you got in a lift. I’m 6 months pregnant and our room was on the 6th floor so stairs weren’t an option. I also thought the spa would be over 18s my mistake but Sunday morning it was full of children so difficult to swim, it might be nice to have some adult only times in there. Location was okay but it was a little out the way and we struggled to find a black cab

The hotel was excellent, in a superb location, quiet and 5 minutes walk to Tower Bridge. Breakfast offered the usual selection of hot and continental choices. A very small criticism is that if you are going to offer breakfast until 11am, then there still needs to be tables made up and plenty of choice left in the buffet. It was all looking very depleted when we went down at 10.30. Also, my daughter asked the chef for a poached egg but was told she needed to go through the waiter, which seemed unnecessary. However, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Tower Bridge. The hotel is beautiful, and the wellness facilities—especially the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna—are absolutely fantastic. The rooms are lovely, the beds are extremely comfortable, and we especially loved the ability to cast Netflix directly from our devices to the in-room TV. It worked flawlessly! The internet speed was excellent, making streaming and even cloud gaming services run smoothly. Everything was just perfect.

As hotel receptionists ourselves, the only small note we would add is that the staff could smile a little more. A warm and friendly approach makes all the difference in hospitality!

Room was large and views were nice. Seeing the Gherkin, Tower Bridge. We had an executive room booked, giving us access to the lounge, which was a fab area to take a book and relax for a while. I requested a balloon and strawberries to be placed in the room for my partner birthday and they also added chocolates and a bottle of wine - fabulous addition.

Our room back on to the lifts and could here a loud banging noise whenever the lift was in use. But we drained this out by putting on the air con on. On our last day / evening the housekeeping team only left one tea mug on our room, my partner went and requested a second one from one of the team still working on the floor and they never brought it

Easily accessible from tube station, staff very helpful and friendly, room was very spacious and comfortable, great to have a separate bath and shower. I mentioned at check in that we were there to celebrate my partners 50th birthday, on arrival into the room they had arranged for a little cake, a small bottle of wine, a small selection of chocolates and a birthday card to be left in the room for us, was a really nice touch from the staff.

the lifts were very delayed, they were being worked on on the day we arrived, causing delays. with only 2 lifts serving the west tower, there was sometimes a lengthy wait.

Close to the Tower Hill tube station, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, River Thames. Easy connections to Heathrow. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. The rooms were lovely, beds comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Within easy walking distance of various pubs and restaurants.

Although our room was clean, the rug had not been vacuumed. Lots of ambient lighting but no light by the couch or easy chair for reading. Also 2 out of 5 nights were noisy well past 11 pm and I know the hotel cannot be held responsible for rude and inconsiderate guests but I've always wished there was an option for a "quiet" floor where those quests commit to no noise after 10 pm
