While every guest's experience can differ, Room size: Though the rooms at Novotel London Tower Bridge are generally considered spacious, mine was found smaller than expected. Housekeeping issues: Some spots were not properly cleaned or maintained during our stay, and re-checking the towels or tissue papers It's important to note that these negative reviews are not representative of our overall experience, and the hotel management may have taken steps to address these issues

Reception lady - Jenna , she is the best!! She greeted us with a big and beautiful smile and she was at the checkout and farewell us so well. We definitely come back to find her. Everything was so hassle free when she checked us in. And she prepared a little surprise for our daughter’s birthday too. It’s very personal and she will remember it always. We will definitely come back to stay at Novotel Tower Bridge. Location is very central to points of interest, breakfast was nice and cooked very well. Although we needed to wait a little for our bacon and cleaned plates but it was worth of waiting. Room was clean and room amenities were prepared to our standard. Bed is very comfortable.

Room was clean & spacious enough for 2 Adults & a child. Bed & pillows were very comfy. Temperature control in room so you can have it hotter or cooler. Shower is good. Check in was quick & easy, staff were polite.

The hotel was great for families. They provided a crib for the baby. The restaurant was excellent; their breakfast was tasty and a great way to start the day. The hotel's location was excellent, it was steps away from Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and the Tower Hill Underground station where the Circle and District lines would take us to pretty much all the points of interest we were interested in visiting.

The shower door was a bit see through, which can be awkward if traveling with older kids or sharing a room with coworkers. It didn't appear that the hotel had bell service; if they did, we didn't see it.

Excellent hotel next to Tower Hill subway station. The Tower of London is just across the road. There is a tastefully decorated cafe downstairs where a breakfast is served. We travel a lot, but I would say that was the best breakfast we ever had. They serve traditional English food such as eggs, baked beans and sausages; variety of cheeses and different kinds of bread as well as delicious yogurts and pastry. Modern spacious rooms with comfortable beds. State of the art shower. We will definitely stay in this hotel again during our next trip to London.

The location is good, 5 mins walk to hill station which is on circle line, accessible to many major attractions. Very close to London Tower and London Bridge. The room is big and comfortable. The best thing about the hotel is there is water filter station on every floor, so we can fill up the water whenever we want.

The bath room wall is glass but can change to opaque, I think not very convenient for a family with big children or teenagers. Water flowing of the bathroom sink is slow.

Good location, good price. Bonus that it has a restaurant on site. Steps from the tube and Tower of London. Very clean room, hallway and lobby!

One elevator broken during our stay lead to a short wait. Signs mention alternate elevator, but it exits into restaurant. Stairs look like you are going to set off fire alarm if you go down. Husband and daughter went down and got lost in staff area, staff had to guide out to lobby. Other reviews mention glass shower, there is a button in shower to make glass clear or cloudy (can only see outline). it was not a problem for us.

Location is fantastic! Very close to the Underground, walking distance to Tower Bridge and Tower of London, Borough Markets. Staff were really friendly. I loved the water dispensers on every floor. Cuts down on bottles and we needed lots of water with the hot weather. We had a double bed and sofa bed for our two kids 8&10. Was enough for us but will be very squishy for older kids. Included breakfast spread was large, tasty and varied.

It was expensive for the small room! But I guess it was peak period and location was great.

Hotel was very clean, room size was good, beds comfy and bathroom was good size with a good size shower room. It seems that the rooms and other facilities had been recently renovated. Good location, right next to Tower Hill station, also Liverpool street at walking distance. Right next to Tower castle and Tower Bridge. Area is away from central London hustle so it is more quiet (and on Mondays all restaurants close at 10 pm)

We had just two glasses in the room that we used for drinking water. So what to use for brushing teeth? Small thing but it a bit annoyable. We had quick dinner at the Keeper's restaurant on the day of our arrival. Food was ok but service was very inpersonal. Staff may be busy but we expect to be treated as staff should treat paying customers ie politely and with a smile

The room was really nice, staff lovely, bar was nice to have a cheeky drink at the end of the day, location was perfect and it was in a nice quiet area but with plenty of restaurants around. We were able to check in a bit earlier too which was ace!

There was a bit of an annoying knock coming from the lift near our room on the 6th floor, when I woke up on the first morning I kept thinking it was a staff member knocking on our door but it wasn't a massive problem once I realised what it was.
