On check-in we were disappointed by ratings at Booking but the reservation was non-refundable, when we stayed we found Hotel far better than Bookings comments!, Staffs were very polit and patient, especially Emre at receiptient, security was 24h awake, location was good and safe at the side of Besiktash district, less than 1 km to Metro, Taxies available at the door, Breakfast was acceptable, room service was good, fast and acceptable, there were lots of good Bars and Restaurants nearby... You can keep value for the money.

I really appreciated the value for money. Upon arrival at the hotel, our luggage was taken care of and the reception staff were very attentive, friendly, and at our service. The rooms are spacious, the beds are large and very comfortable. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant, a great spa, and is close to everything.

All I can say is the front of desk staff Cansu, lovely lady. You should be proud to have her as a staff member. She helped me everyday with all my needs and always had a smile on her face. The hotel itself wasn’t the greatest but she definitely made me feel like I should come back due to her professionalism

It was very outdated, maybe needs to upgrade but I guess you pay for the what you get

the property location is the best thing, its near to everything the center, and you can avoid traffic. the staff is very helpful and comfortable. huseyn from reception made my checking in and out very comfortable and smooth, CAN the host was very nice and helpful in things even more than the hotel. even the house keeping lady for floor 10 is very sweet and polite it was a very good stay, the delux grand rooms are good

Furniture and facilities looked very old cleaning did not seem sufficient

everything was good, room location was good too and easy to excess. lift sometimes takes time but overall was good. staff were very cooperative and easy to excess. hotel location was also good and everything including shopping, food, super market were as walking distance

rates were little higher it should be less to compete with other hotels in Istanbul

the property is lovely, infact I wish I didn’t leave to move to a different property for medical holiday. if you are going to stay here all the staff, from concerige, waitresses, security, cleaners, management are all fantastic! I was a solo traveller they were very accommodating and looked after my every need. the food is also amazing, I had room service and the steak was to die for. it’s clean and they cannot do enough for you. thankyou so much for a brill stay

I liked the hotel very much, staff friendly, polite, helpful. I loved my room so spacious and comfortable. I had no problems at all. Also loved that so many food places nearby to self cater. I traveled for a dance festival and the service for it was great.

The elevators were a little bit of an issue particularly when I was on 11th Floor so I couldn't use the stairs. The airport is very far away from hotel.

It’s a nice hotel. it’s much better than 7.1 ratings. I didn’t try breakfast but the room service was good and they have got all the basic facilities

The spa and pool staff behaviour was extremely rude and bad . First they couldn’t understand a single word of English. You need other guests help to commute with them and after that they way they treat and talk with you is disgraceful. That’s the only negative of this hotel otherwise it’s a really nice hotel

Location is great, Staff was wonderful. They were very helpful. Their assistance with covid testing for travel was good. Very convenient. They were always pleasant in their interaction with me.

The air conditioning in my room could have been cooler. Was unable to make it comfortable sometimes. Maybe some air fresheners in the room would have been nice. When I first walked in there was an unpleasant scent to the room from air conditioning being off.
