close to the airport and a mall with many nice restaurants

most taxi drivers at sabiha refuse to take you to the hotel. obviously because it is very close and therefore the ride is cheap. some drivers act like they don't know the address, some like they can't read maps, some will tell you that they are "european side" taxis. in the end you have to wait in a very long extra line for "official" taxis (which look exactly the same, so you can't see any difference.) just look for the longest queue in front of the airport building...that's it.

I don't like the Man on receptions, I dont know his name. As I booked the bigest room and paide for it and he was trying to give it to me untill next day after discution. when the other team arraived I expleaned to them what happend and what is his plan, the emidiatly gaive me the room and it was booked for me and was ready. that man put us in normal room. The Laydes was much better than the men

What an amazing place to stay! The hotel was just a couple of minutes from the airport on the Asian side of the city. This was the perfect location for the purpose of our trip. It was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. I found the price fair. The breakfast they served was out of this world. Great selection of cheese, bread, fresh fruit, and hot items. The best part of our stay was the service. From the front desk crew (who were very knowledgeable about my surgert), the staff at breakfast (that brought me soup and water each morning),, to our housekeeper- they were all so friendly, helpful, and kind. We felt like we were staying with family!

Close to airport, beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

No shuttle so you are set up for any taxi scam going at the airport. My advice is get a yellow taxi and a price. We paid 300 lira and then the driver charged for putting the bag in the boot, another 110 lira. On return to the airport, get an Uber. Cost was 110 lira all up with no extras. The breakfast was average. Definitely not up to the Hilton standard you’d expect. Hot food poor.

The security in the hotel is pretty good as only those with a card have access to the elevators. Location is also good because the hotel is about 10 min drive away from Sabiha Gokcen Airport. There are also a lot of good restaurants around the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, as well. I needed to check the weight of luggage, and they checked it for me.

It is kind of far from the main tourist attractions in Istanbul.

Plenty of restaurants in the area open late. Lots of grocery stores and a nice shopping center. Close to the bus stop that took us to the PENDIK train station.

The bus stops DO NOT have schedules posted of their arrival or departure times or destinations. I used MAPS for the bus and train info. We loaded 400 Lira on our card and it still wasn't enough for two days of public transit. It would've been easier and more economical if they offered an option like other places; pay one flat rate for a day or two or more.

The hotel is located a few minutes drive from the airport. The breakfast is great, rooms are large enough, air conditioning works and front desk is working day and night to satisfy the customers.

I was surprised that at 10 am the breakfast food just disappeared. I was informed that breakfast is served from 7 to 10 am, so I understood that I needed to get there before 10 am.

Breakfast rich enough bread choices can be improved.

I have paid for late check out but housekeping staff knock the door two different times while my do not disturb sign was on while I was trying to rest. They knock and escape . I have told the maid to ask reception regarding c/o time and dont knock the door when there is a do not dısturb sıgn. And ın the room there was only one hand towel and two bath towel??

I’ve being staring at this hotel for a few years now and the only reason is because It’s close to the airport. it’s very clean and local to shops and restaurants. 8 stars out of 10

unfortunately the customer service at the reception desk is awful. Need to improve on how to speak to customers. 3 out of 10

Straightforward checking in & out. Friendly & professional staff. Clean all throughout & comfortable white beddings. With city view. Good warm/cold water pressured bathroom with shampoo, shower gel & moisturiser. A wide variety of food for breakfast.
